Stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day of shopping, dining pleasantly surprised.
Ordered late night dim sum and a side order of rice. Everything came out pretty quick, food was fresh and very delicious. Quality is fairly good as well, not sure why the low marks.
Restaurant is cleaner, typical restaurant to be honest. Casual atmosphere, relaxed.
Staff are quick, direct and to the point.

Very polite and accommodating server who explained their food offers. Their menu is filled with a variety of treats, hard to choose when you are tired walking and hungry already. So we settled for a simple, hot, and yummy chinese dish which was served in an area at the back of the street.
The food is served in average sizes but very good and flavorful. You can even ask for revised portions and request for specific things.
Yangchow is good, perfect with the barbecue. Prices are a bit high, since this is in a tourist district.
