Nice atmosphere, very friendly service, tasty food.
It’s run by a social enterprise to offer job opportunity for retired people. The services staff that evening were very helpful and attentive. The dining area is spacious. Though the choice of food in their menu is not too wide ranged, the quality and taste are above average.
裝修靚，地方寬敞，支持一下銀杏舍唔錯。午市主食跟沙律吧，湯，及飲品。沙律吧質素唔錯，有中東米，有機菜，車厘番茄等等。我地嗌左香茅豬扒碎米飯及春卷撈檬，2樣都比較普通，食物味道唔係特別出色，沙律吧最好。如果想食好越南野就應該唔係呢間，但支持下同埋食一個包沙律飲品既午餐係可以既。
食物, 招待和環境也不錯, 食物材料新鲜有要求, 價錢十分合理, 值得支持的ㄧ間社企。

It’s tucked away on the first floor of a commercial building. It is very difficult to locate. But once you located it is a surprise. Nice decor and great food. Price is reasonable as well. Since we were there for a gathering, we stayed for hours and nobody tried to kick us out as the place was empty during tea time. We each order their happy hour special and they were great deals.

銀杏館是一家社會企業，是香港首間策動長者就業的機構，提供長者就業機會，企業包括餐館、有機農莊、食品製造、餐飲到會、長者樂隊、銀髮士多及長者就業中介服務。
銀杏館-越老是企業其中一家越南風味餐廳，亦由一眾長者主理，當中不管服務員至下廚均由長者負責，提供優質服務及具越南風味的食物。
餐廳取名越老，除了回應了越南菜的風味以外，老意指年長者，正符合他們協助長者就業的理念，餐廳裝潢亦以復古元素為主，非常有六，七十年代家的情懷，與他們年紀相互呼應。
餐廳平日中午設有半自助午餐，從港幤$48元起，視乎所選的越南主食有不同的價格，半自助午餐除了主食以外，還包括自助沙律吧，湯品及飲料一杯，當中自助沙律(沙拉)吧及湯品可無限吃到飽，供應時間至下午2:30，其後開始提供下午茶套餐，包括主食及飲料，從港幤$38起。
當中有點過香茅豬扒(豬排)撈檬及烤豬肉撈檬(干拌越南檬粉)，水準有維持著，也不錯吃，沙律(沙拉)吧的料每天都會換，一般有四款不同的沙拉配粉，如沙拉菜，玉米，紅菜頭，紅腰豆，藜麥，小蕃茄，葡萄乾，瓜類等。
A Vietnamese restaurant with vegetarian options. The elderly are hired as waiters/waitresses, so that customers should not speak too fast when they order food and be patient with taking order. The taste of vegetarian pho is not impressed as well as the salad and Vietnamese spring roll. The restaurant locates in an old commercial and residential building in obsolete decoration, but the restaurant is decorated well.
They hire elders to run the restaurant, food isn’t bad. Good environment

A bit pricy and the taste is good but a bit mild compare to local Vietnamese. Not much selection though.

食品好味，分量足；環境富特別，如置身越南；服務………一流又細心。多謝伯伯提醒我們二位女士沒有叫二人餐，否則真的是要外賣帶走了。

Very solid chicken pho, good chicken broth at a very reasonable price, best value in the area, large portion size, not sure how they can profit from it, also the servers told me it’s also part of a social Enterprise, help elderly find work, and have a social lunch box program for the poor. I also bought some furmented mini organic limes, will leave a review after I try it.
Value for money, I like the vietnam coffee there

餸菜份量較少，味道還可以
食物不錯及份量十足，四人套餐足夠6人（唔大食的話）食飽飽。

可以再去，支持社企。
首先講感受，坐得舒服，價錢平，食物有資素。這裡工作的人全部是公公婆婆，工作 節奏比較慢少少，反而令我體驗到何為慢活生活。再者這店由 社企銀杏館主理。我個人十分推薦大家 光臨
菜式味道很好，侍應們亦十分友善，環境氣氛也很舒適。
