普通の店、普通のあじわい。 一次很一般的体验,为什么网络上有那么多的推荐?店内装潢像大排档,服务一如既往的港式生硬。关键是口味也没什么特别呀!比起我2013年10月在庙街威记饭店品尝的煲仔饭不知差了几条马路!
Food is not delicious and overprice. The place is dirty and service is very bad. Not recommend at all. I don’t understand why there are still have the client. The price is 63 hkd for 1 pot rice.

出YMT C出口往右掉頭,晚上有各種吃飯的地方。 (剛到香港後第一次去吃飯的地方)。
你必須嘗試煲仔飯,因為有很多中國電影哈哈……總是嘗試新事物。即使我們來自我們的家鄉,在這裡嘗試也不是問題,也許更好?..享受您的用餐……
傳統煲仔飯
食物一般,配料不足,如白鱔細塊、排骨、雞都少,蠔餅還過得去,只不過像這樣的飯店已不多了 ,算OK,早10年這樣的料不值得提。
价钱進步,食品退步。不值一试,飯只有濃味。
潤腸雞飯,配搭金銀蛋芥菜肉片湯是本人首選,有緣試試呀
从来都未食过这么差的煲仔饭,简直不知所谓一塌煳涂,卫生环境极差!为什么食环署没有来这里检查卫生。
this is more like steam chicken rice in claypot. it was hurriedly cook hence the there wasn’t burnt edges on the rice. the chicken is tender though. one time experience thats it.

難得門前今晚得10個人左右排隊,大概等左15分鐘已經可以入去坐低。叫咗潮雞臘腸煲仔飯、滑牛排骨煲仔飯和細蠔餅一份。蠔餅炸得好香口,而且每一粒號都肥嘟嘟!但係煲仔飯就非常唔掂,飯太濕了,完全唔合格,煲底的並不是飯焦而係真係焦了!
喺香港已經冇乜出名煲仔飯嘅情況之下,相信四季同埋興記繼續會好多人幫襯?
食風味嘅話絕對適合你,但講嘢食質素嘅話佢絕對唔再入流!
冇去一兩年 ,加價30%,但食物質素及分量大幅降低, 個煲仔飯唔夠熱冇飯焦, 打隻蛋落去都唔熟, 叫個炸壕餅又林又唔脆, 啲粉漿好似格仔夾餅軟淋淋, 往日嘅好味都全部消失曬喇, 以後唔會再去食

排隊但非常好吃。飲料在隔壁的商店購買並帶入。加入大量醬油並攪拌均勻,使其更加美味。

We visited around 7 pm on a sunday evening. There was a pretty long line, but we only waited about 10-15 minutes for a table. The tables are shared and quite cramped , the service not particularly friendly and the place pretty loud but that’s pretty much what you’d expect from this kind of a place and it’s not much of a concern for us. You pay for your order upon the reception of your clay pot rice dishes. We tried the chicken rice and the chinese sausage and assorted meats and rice. (178 HKD)
This was our frist clay pot rice experience, so we’re not experts but we weren’t very impressed. There wasn’t any crusted rice at the bottom of the pot, which is a big part of the appeal from what I understand. Also the rice and meat itself wasn’t very flavorful and needed lots of soy sauce. The chicken I had was mostly bone and fat, so it wasn’t great. Overall, we weren’t thrilled with this particular spot, but it appears to be very popular so I might be missing something. I intend on trying more clay pot rice places in the future in order to compare.

事隔多年後重返FOUR SEASON煲仔飯, 又再記起, 呢份回憶中夢寐?今日早到唔駛排已經有得食, 舖頭真係食堂風格, 多年黎都係用透明膠做門, 入面就好似個未交吉既裝修舖咁, 零裝飾, 摺枱同櫈小齊整咁一排排, 牆上貼住黃底紅字既餐牌, 好似天師啲符咁?♀️?♂️重點要有埋ENGLISH, 驚鬼唔識睇 (無歧視成份架)
煲仔飯外, 必食既係佢既鴨蛋蠔仔餅?以前因為鴨蛋平, 所以傳統既蠔餅都係用鴨蛋?今時今日唔係好多地方用番鴨蛋去做~ 兩塊炸到金黃色既蠔餅係吸油紙塾底下上枱; 炸脆既表面既你一篤開佢就知, 四季用番細蠔仔黎做蠔餅, 令蛋香味唔會比蠔既鮮味搶走, 而且炸得細細塊, 作為小食份量亦啱啱好??
仲有腐乳通菜?上枱既翠綠色加埋一PAT既腐乳係家常口味, 但今日既通菜堅係靚, 新鮮無渣點埋腐乳, 簡單而味美?
到左主角咸魚?肉片?煲仔飯 (試下譯番做ENGLISH吖?), 呢度特色係黎齊嘢收錢, 店員亦都提醒你唔好咁急即刻吔, 先打開蓋, 倒豉油, 焗番佢5-10分鐘, 等豉油香由煲既溫度蒸起滲入飯? 仲有等啲飯焦可以更加焦,跟住指令等好後, 留意到佢係用實肉咸魚 (個人偏好梅香黎做飯), 記住有骨架, 同埋都係鍾意肉餅多啲; 飯真係主角, 一淡淡豉油飯入口, 同埋最尾係煲邊掘起既飯焦焦香可口✨
有個重點提番, four season 係唔serve beverage 既?要嘢飲請到旁邊既士多買吖。事隔多年, 再食既味道係一致既, 用料都無差到, 不過個人感覺係份量細咗?無論係蠔餅定煲仔飯都係啦, 重遇廟街情懷, 唔駛排隊等都唔錯既:

簡單的味道少。就我個人而言,我只是吃它。
作為獨行旅客參觀。聽說是人多的店,所以8點30分後就來店裡了。店里人很多,但我不用排隊就能進去。當然是拼座。我把訂單提前寫在了備忘錄裡(在人多的店裡,店家會感謝你,微笑待你?)交出來等著就好了。由於這家餐廳主要供應白飯,所以副菜的種類很少。我一個人,所以只有kamameshi就足夠了。我點了雞肉和香菇釜飯厚厚的香菇很好吃♪湯料也和雞肉搭配很好♪這是正確的答案!桌上撒上醬油(甜),很好吃。在超市買了做釜飯的醬油,非常喜歡,回國後經常在家做?
Thought the claypot rice was abit meh and overrated.
Very delicious rice and meat. Probably these reviewers didn’t put the sauce in the rice and are very stupid……..
四季煲仔飯
N年前吃是28元,隨著時間流逝,租金升,工資升升升,2019年煲仔飯最平66起,加價可以接受,希望保持以前的味道
Food quality is okay, service is alright. Have had better claypot rice, not really worth queuing up for.
The taste is authentic and good. Zero ambience, poor service and cleanliness. Really long queue in the evenings too.
晚上要排隊的名店。營業時間是17:00-18:00左右,不過如果想感受一下當地的氛圍,還是晚一點來比較好。

炸牡蠣很好吃。泰國人盡量帶上海鮮醬,很好吃,米飯剛出爐。

Service was okay, but food was average. They make you pay for the food immediately after they deliver it, which is a little annoying because you have to take out your wallet right before you eat. We went around 8:30 PM on a weekday, and every table was full, but they seem to move people in and out quickly. The food was very average – I think you can find better clay pot rice places in Hong Kong. We had to add a lot of flavor to our food. It seemed that a lot of customers ordered the fried oyster cakes, which we did not order, so that might have been something that we missed out on. But, I don’t think we will be visiting this place again.
Oyster omelet was OK
But not as good as the online travel guides said
It was presented like normal steam rice in a clay pot instead of traditional clay pot rice.
A bit disappointed, a bit too pricey for the food and services.

好一般,做出咗名,大部份係遊客,問心講大快活夜市啲煲仔飯好味過佢,佢煲啲湯幾好飲,蠔餅都係一般但唔係差
排曬隊,但係冇乜大不了,普通招牌食品,但比旁邊的兴記煲仔飯好,所以比多粒星
Was expecting some crispy rice, seems like they rush the rice out (a bit under cooked) to get the turnaround to be faster.
食品無以前好食,服務又唔好,見游客一味推薦食海鮮,如果唔要食堡仔反等好久。價格又唔平。可能多大陸人食。
