Price marked too high, not worth it
試了兩個煲仔飯,飯未夠硬,但飯焦適中,配料排骨太細粒,但味道可以,臘腸可以不吃,窩蛋牛肉可以。蠔餅炸的,炸過火了小小,蠔肉剛剛好。
價格過高,食物不值這個價。對不起。
我從一位著名博主的推薦下得到了這個四季鍋飯。當我來吃晚飯時,這個地方真的很忙,所以看起來真的很好。我點了豬排煲仔飯。價格是 65 港幣,對於 40-50 港幣的香港餐飲標準來說有點貴。
事實證明,演示文稿真的很簡單!只是在瓦罐裡放米飯,上面放著豬肉。豬肉太少了,我吃不完米飯。調味料也少了點。米飯很多,但是感覺很乾,好像沒煮熟

我也做深水港的Tokuho。這是一個簡單的食譜,所以到處都是一樣的味道。醬油和日本有點不同。
風味的煲仔飯,味道可以。坐位狹窄,服務態度可以。

In a back alley off a main street, this place has the old school HK feel and has the classic pushy & abrasive service of HK servers to go with it. I was asked what I wanted right when I sat down and didn’t even look at the menu yet. The most disappointing part was the clay pot rice which didn’t have a crispy layer at all. Just fyi, you’re supposed to pour in the soy sauce then cover it again for a few minutes to let it cook some more more. Oh and I ordered the eel & beef version. Beef was great, but the eel was so super tough.

Fried osyster egg is a must order dish. Claypot rice is fragrance enough, chicken and sausage are nicely cooked. Do not order vegetable dishes unless you like it soggy.

食煲仔飯需要付出一點時間和耐性,在等候期間,我們點了炸鴨蛋蠔餅、腐乳通菜先填填肚。鴨蛋蠔餅分量超大,每粒蠔仔十分飽滿,蠔餅炸得酥脆香口,加上鴨蛋比雞蛋多了一份濃郁香氣,不沾醬油已經好好味。
腐乳通菜爽脆嫩綠,將蒜茸、腐乳醬爆香,再放到通菜一旁,可以隨著自己喜好調教口味,確實細心。
在吃蠔餅的中途,主角煲仔飯已經登場!煲仔飯選擇衆多,上枱夠熱,雖然知道白鱔營養價值高,可是我真的不太喜歡其口感,朋友卻十分喜愛,大讚白鱔蒸得爽脆鮮甜,肉質肥美爽滑,看他吃得很滿足。

所有煲仔飯都煮定晒,臘腸都係後加熟既,個煲仔飯點會好食。
我去的是興記而不是四季,市度差,要出去吃吓煲仔飯及食蠔餅。
地點方便,油麻地港鐵站C出口步行3分鐘到達,煲仔飯OK,價錢公道!

一家非常受歡迎的飯鍋餐廳。牡蠣天婦羅也很好吃。
Contrary to what most people say the service for me was quite friendly (for HK standards). The claypot on the other hand was not that special. Usually the rice should bake on the sides and bottom so you have some crunch and that doesn’t happen here. Personal preference but it’s disappointing.
The oyster egg was OK but for me it’s too light. I prefer when it’s a bit more compact but overall it was good. Better than the rice.
Overall this is a decent place but other clay pots are better.
It closes at 1am so that’s quite nice
Totally rubbish! The rice is not completely cooked. Tiny portion of meat and sausage. Insect was found in the soup. Totally not recommended
差左超多囉!蠔仔餅一D都唔脆,無鴨蛋香味,又要細份左,錢又比多左!個煲仔飯重失望,多水左令個飯太淋,無晒煲味!真係超失望……
服務質素麻麻
這是一家中式火鍋店。店員習慣了外國遊客,會用手手勢教你吃東西。如果您要求額外的雞蛋,店員會在您面前打破生雞蛋。因為是國外的生雞蛋,所以有點緊張,但肚子沒有痛。
煲仔飯味道比想像差,感到失望,飯沒有飯香,亦沒有飯焦…
都不明白這家店為什麼有人排隊煲仔飯沒有飯焦食煲仔飯嗎? 蠔仔餅是用炸的超難食。
以前…是炙熱地好食,出名了,就变种太大了,完全沒有燒至飯焦,因為全部煮好了,再有人叫,再扮-火炭烤成,可惜騙人!
現在沒以前的多人了,七時多不用等位,坐下點了三㷛飯,飯比想像中多,不過不失,如果不用等位,可以一試。
專營蒸飯的餐廳。氣氛很深很刺激,但是一進店,阿姨就會一一包辦,從吃法到蒸飯的最佳時間,連遊客都安心。真的很能享受當地的感覺.

Place where you eat is quite dirty. Pot rice here taste really good. Best time to arrived is at 5-6 PM because at 6 there is already going to have a really long line.
