Great dimplings although its more street food than a sit down
The gravy and texture are unforgettable. Four pieces in one box, but I even forgot to take a picture and ate two pieces. ?
Another one with shrimp is also great. I recommend to try both of them.
(Be careful of first bite! It is hot.)

Best pan fried pork dumpling, even better than the ones in Shanghai.
Tried the truffle buns. Nice snack but would not rave about them or go out of my way for them.
Fantastic local snacks with really affordable price. The buns are juicier than Xiao Long Bao I used to eat in Jakarta

皮薄多汁又夠熱,不錯的生煎包。略嫌底部收口位過硬,如果輕脆一點會更好。juicy pork buns with thin dough skin, usually hot and tastes pretty flavorful. could be nicer if they make the bottom dough layer more light and crispy, now is slightly on the hard m rough side.

4 pork buns cost 28 dollars so it prices fairly. Juice is full of flavor but could be very hot (it literally burns my tongue). Although there is still a gap to catch up with the buns from Shanghai, I have no complaints here. Give it a try if you can!

Fantastic dumplings! While they are more expensive, splurge for the dumplings with black truffles they taste amazing. FYI this isn’t a sit down restaurant so be ready to eat on the run.

我訪問的時機很糟糕,我收到了含有鬆露的湯劑。
是像上海小籠包一樣的烤小籠包。
可以在路邊的小櫃檯吃,也可以帶回家。
啊,第一口一定要慢慢吃,不然肉汁會被擠掉。
一試愛上的生煎包,佢令我對生煎包重新定位,皮薄,爆多湯汁,懷念元朗店

One of the best pan fried bao I had b4. Super juicy n thin wrapped. Nice.
室內沒有吃飯的地方,不過靠窗的店前有一張邊桌,可以站著吃飯。吃起來有點不舒服,但它足夠美味,值得冒險。一定要嚐嚐單獨出售的松露餃子。
即使它看起來不是很熱,也永遠不要把它放進嘴裡。它會撕裂你的上顎。
