Delicious soup dumplings. Beware there is soup inside! It exploded, on the first bite, all over my shirt! Despite that, I was very happy!!
The best pan fried dumplings. Must try if you’re in Hong Kong. Great flavour and soup holds well without making dumpling soggy. Pro tip, bite hole in bun to cool, sip out the soup and eat.

最好的點心….值得一顆米其林星!!!它裡面有美味的肉湯….非常小的地方,只有一個櫃檯..把它帶到隔壁九龍公園的ckmer ;)

Tried their truffle fries dumpling and it was amazing! Thoroughly surprised. $17 for one does sound a bit pricey but it’s worth it. The taste of truffle mixed with the meat was a pretty awesome combination
尖沙咀一條破舊的購物街,卻有人排隊吃。米其林推薦餐廳。個人覺得比大多數小籠包都好吃,大家可以試試。
遺憾的是我沒有照片。真的很好吃。底部是炸的,上面是肥肉,哇,太好吃了。炸的部分打個洞,先喝湯。太棒了!!
真的很好吃,回味無窮,湯汁爆漿、味道也不會太死鹹、外皮酥脆!

Excellent pan fried dumplings. Just be careful because there will be hot soup inside. It will be difficult to wait to take a bite. However, u won’t be a happy camper when your mouth gets scalded by the soup or the soup spills onto your hand for a 3nd degree burn. Eat the dumpling carefully like a XLB. The soup is soooo tasty and flavorful. There most likely will be a line, but it goes quickly. . Just writing this review makes my mouth water. Will need to eat it again b4 going back to the states..
The shanghai dumpling is really very good. Thin skin, filled with soup, and a crispy base. Love the truffle flavour the most!
This food is great. Though they don’t have dining area.
We went here for the famous pan fried bun with black truffle and if I weren’t too full from all the foodtrip we were doing, I would definitely go for seconds here! It’s worth it even if it’s quite pricey, and I love how it’s fried to perfection with the bottom a bit crispy and the inside so flavorful with the hint of truffle at the right balance. It’s quite an experience if it’s your first time so don’t forget when you bite through it to immediately sip the soup before it pours off!

Delicious dumplings, well let’s say a bit “gourmet” style, because the original SH dumplings are much more simple look and presentation, but the concept is similar, the fill is good flavour and truffle ones amazing, although is not cheap 2 Euro for 1 piece I think maybe is a bit exaggerated… I want to try also other of their products in the future.
When I went there it’s quite late around 7 p.m. and pork was sold out then, I ordered shrimp and crab but both of them are too salty and oily!
Best food value taste experience in HK. The skin is crunchy chewy dough with a soupy interior and delicious good quality pork meat center. I still dream about this dumpling after returning to the states.
Holy wow, you don’t know what you are missing in unique dumpling flavor until you try these. i did the classics and the truffle. Unbelievable. And all for about $10 USD in a pricey prt of town. Get some!

Very very delicious pan fried bun! Cashier’s service is the best in the world! The pork soup tasted ultra flavorful, fresh and delicious! The bun tasted very very fresh and I would buy it again! It’s a must try if you are in this area!

Oh man, the closest thing to Shanghai-style soup dumplings. I am talking about soup inside, and pan fried on the bottom. Note, there is no true vegetarian as the other types of dumplings have pork mixed in as well. Coincidentally enough, I was unable to try truffle because they were sold out every time, which was a bummer!
人生吃過最美味的生煎包,皮薄餡多,蝦仁口味更是完整蝦仁在口中爆開,太棒了

本人在11/1下午大約二時到旺角這店,同收銀那個四眼姐話要那個排骨麵($40),四眼姐話排骨麵$30,我心想 特價 於是比錢啦,四眼姐就打機然後將那張飛放了在收銀機隔離一塊 類似抹枱布的物體下面, 然後以光速去執左四隻生煎包, 同一時間有位阿叔入黎話要四隻生煎包,四眼姐話等等, 之後四眼姐就攞四隻生煎包畀我, 我話我冇叫, 那個阿叔就話係佢嘅, 然後畀30蚊 (阿叔即刻有得食)。 跟住我話我係要排骨麵, 四眼姐就問同事有冇收到排骨麵飛呀, 同時當然冇啦, 咁我就話張飛你頭先攝咗喺嗰塊布下邊呀, 咁四眼姐就攞張飛出嚟睇一睇,然後同我講排骨麵?補返十蚊啦。
究竟呢位四眼姐係發緊夢定係有預知能力嘅呢?
順帶一提 那個所謂上海排骨麵 只係煎豬扒清湯上海麵。
就是因為我天天吃或者在我的博客上傳播,所以這種狗屎餐廳沒有出現,.. 結論 親切又好吃。
