Perfect juiciness with a thoughtful pleated fry at the bottom for a delightful crunch. We tried both the truffle as well as the regular. Truffle is worth the try despite being twice as expensive. Follow the instructions on how to consume the soup so you don’t burn yourself!! There is no seating here.
好吃但我覺得比較鹹
可口的。宋煎泡裡面滿是肉汁,吃的時候要小心。稍微咬一口血,吃肉汁。小心,因為它很熱。如果你只是咬一口,你可以和你旁邊的人一起開個多汁的派對。
來這家店是因為評價很高,但個人感覺沒有那麼好吃。
當然,也不錯,但大菜單強調皮薄容易碎,但皮厚,我覺得我就吃飽了。
很不錯,肉又熱又多汁,但我想我下次不會去m(_ _)m
Best pan fried dumplings I have ever tried! Prices are reasonable and everything is freshly made. Very authentic and local cuisine. Don’t expect a restaurant tho, it’s more of a take away place. But definitely a must try when you are in Hongkong.

餃子皮和餃子餡都很棒。餃子皮既有酥脆的口感,又有濕潤柔軟的口感。餃子非常多汁。松露的價格是兩倍,但味道卻不同。恕我直言。價格也不貴,不妨過來嘗試一下。

Shanghai Buns, just like they are in Shanghai. It’s a takeaway place, so don’t expect anywhere for you to eat, though they do have a dining ledge if you want to stand on the pavement and eat.

The best shanghai pan fried buns ever.
4 prom pan fried buns for HKD 32, almost no waiting time.
There’s no seats so everyone is standing outside the shop and eating.
The buns are hot when serve and very juicy.
Location is convenient but not super easy to find. You will new to find it’s sign and follow the instructions.
Will definitely visit again.
Damn good food, but please have some chairs.

我跟不上米其林的味道。
我快瘋了,因為我不能習慣中國的香料。
招牌的豬肉餃子多汁,但無法與我在台灣吃的鼎泰豐相比。
餛飩餃子在肉湯中有中國風味。
我只是要去韓國,去一家餐館點餃子湯。我也會放一些段落。

我去了上環羅富記旁邊的分店(谷歌地圖上沒有POI,所以我在這裡寫了它),但可能是一個受歡迎的分店,所以他們似乎提前做了最好的菜單。
這是一種可以取出或站著吃的結構,感覺就像在我迄今為止吃過的點心的味道上增加了鬆脆感。有一部分血有吃煎餃的感覺,汁水也如你想像的那樣。
一句話總結:只裝一盒,趁熱吃(baro)。當心肉汁。烘乾衣服可能會花費更多
Yummy juicy pan fried dumplings. Crispy on the outside with lots of soup inside. No sitting place in this shop. Just takeaway or stand and eat at the table outside the shop. 34 HKD for a box of 4 dumplings.

Yaki Xoryu Baoya 被列入 2016 年米其林指南。比起平時在日本吃的烤小籠包,裡面的湯汁很多!太好吃了……好想再吃一次❤

Signature one is pork. Prawn bun is available as well. Also, noodle soup is popular.
Small bite first because there is hot soup inside just like xiaolongbao.
Soy sauce is not initially provided, but you can ask for it.
This is basically takeaway only shop. But just along the street, there is a bar table where people can stand and eat. You can also watch them making dumplings with their hands.

非常好!!!!!!
5星。任何住在這個地區的人,步行到這裡。餐廳很容易找到,很好吃。裡面有帶湯的豬肉或蝦。吃飯的時候要用筷子,以免太燙。配上香噴噴的叮噹醬,這家店上菜速度很快,排隊也不長。但不要害怕。這是一頓飯,不一會兒就吃完了。

不建議那些對中國豬肉菜餚的氣味敏感的人。
相反,松露餃子是可以食用的,因為豬肉的味道被松露的味道掩蓋了。

是香港本地人經常光顧的餃子專賣店。餃子汁多且熱,要小心吃。當你咬一口餃子時,湯汁就出來了。

原味生煎包最好味
We arrived at around 11 am on a week day and there was no line! We got the signature pan-fried buns and the pan-fried buns with shrimp. They were sooooo goood. You get about four dumplings each but they were filling. They were extremely hot so you do need to be careful in biting into them. The shrimp ones seemed for whatever reason even hotter than the signature pork ones. There isn’t anywhere you can sit down and eat.
