Delicious, savory, has soup inside (careful it’s hot), it’s a must try food while visiting Hongkong
A bit pricey but it’s good quality
外皮煎的薄脆微焦,內餡湯汁爆多,說是湯包也不為過,吃的時候建議先開一小口,把湯喝掉,才不會像我旁邊的客人噴了一身。
不管什麼時候去,總是人山人海。但是有很多人站著吃,而不是排隊買。味道很好。吃的時候一不小心,裡面的湯汁就會蹦出來。不要讓身邊的人…
The buns are very good indeed – like the crust a lot and they are really juicy inside. Tried the soup too but I will not recommend it.

和你在上海吃的烤小籠包的感覺幾乎一樣。
溫熱可口,但我想吃得更熱一點。
而且金額是上海的4倍左右?

這是2016年米其林指南中列出的小籠包餐廳。這家商店主要是在外面的站立空間或外面吃飯。很好吃,但是剛做的時候很燙,所以要小心。

Great place
The freshly made order was amazing! The crisp exterior from being fried had an amazing mouth feel that contrasted well with the tasty broth and soft interior meatball. Piping hot is too hard to put in your mouth. Bring your own spoon to get all of the flavorful broth if it spills while you eat (they do provide chopsticks). Only has a counter on the Lock Road side without seats. Garbage can by the order window. Definitely deserving of the Michelin star they got in the past when in Tsuen Wan.
滿滿的肉汁!除了不厚道
因為是烤點心,所以入味香脆,肉汁爆棚,低湯是港式的酸湯,還有香菇等!
I just had the signature pan-fried buns. They were delicious.

但是湯汁很多要小心
The truffle one was excellent! The plain was was still good but pls don’t leave this place without trying the truffle!

由於沒有店風和啤酒,就在前面斜對面的7-11買,在攤位吃。
小籠包麵團烤的有彈性! !

算是小點心站著吃,搭配醋的真的很好吃,內餡飽滿湯汁包覆的很完整,沒吃到松露的有點可惜,可以回訪的餐廳~

晚上去了結賬時如果有長得像餃子的婊子就不要點了。這是一家米其林星級餐廳嗎?給客人點菜時,他一邊看手機一邊接單,皺著眉頭。我差點把餃子扔到臉上。即使是現在
還好住宿就在附近,收拾起來立馬吃了,真的很好吃! ㅠㅠ太好吃了,回香港還想再吃一次,可惜沒有位子,不過等位的好地方。
你可以站在街頭小販面前,也可以把它拿出來吃。蝦仁餃子很好吃。吃的時候會流出熱汁,所以吃之前先放涼。
真的非常非常非常好吃。 ????
可以理解,它沒有白拿一顆米其林星。只提供外賣,沒有桌子,但可以站在像大排檔一樣簡單的架子上吃飯,或者有人在建築物內吃飯。

The fried bun is yummy but the environment is not tasty.
At the end of the June, this building was under constructions so it was hard for me to find.
But buns are really delicious and cheap! For me it tastes similiar with Xiao-long-bao.
+This place colses at 10pm but sometimes it closed before that time so be careful to go there at least 15mins before 10 for eating these tasty buns!
+there is no place to eat
Delicious, bring back the memory of my trip to Shanghai (first time tasting this)

香港吃過的比較好吃的上海生煎包,距離小楊生煎還差些
烤點心別具一格,爆漿的口感也不錯。。。但是特有的香料味有點討厭。雖然我是吃粉狀的東西時像牛一樣吃香菜的類型……

我可能會在另一個國家找到 Albochil 哈哈哈
並且以防萬一左右沒有人,用筷子戳破上面吃。
