點心底部的酥脆質地不適合我。
聽說這裡總是很擁擠,所以我一打開就瞄準了。
已經有好幾組日本遊客了,想必是一家人氣餐廳。
目前,我以 35 美元的價格訂購了 2 種 2 種。
我立即把小籠包放在一個盒子裡,排在鐵板上,然後搬到站立的飲食角。
四個餃子一開盒就翻了個底朝天。
然而我不小心翻了個底朝天,皮破了,湯汁流了出來。
顯然,最好在底部留下硬化的烤痕。
即便如此,破爛的小籠包裡還是流著湯。
當然味道也不錯。
大大粒,湯汁飽滿!鮮肉鮮蝦足料!新鮮熱辣辣!可自助加醋或豆辦醬!

松露餃子比蝦餃好吃。
The Shanghai pan fried buns (生煎包) here are pretty authentic. They use the traditional cooking equipment to get a nice crispness to the outside of the bun and there is a nice soup filling as well. Unfortunately, when I came the buns have been sitting out for a while and were not just prepared. There is a huge difference in taste when the buns are reheated vs just fried.

The food: 4 stars
Overall value: 3 stars
Service and environment: 3 stars
The price for 4 buns is 32 hkd. That would be fine if the establishment was at least somewhat of a restaurant and was a table service component to the place. Here you order at the counter and stand and eat your food. The cost is really high for what you are getting. I would rate this place higher if the price point was lower.

Good taste
We bumped into this bun shop by chance when noticed there was crowd queueing up. We decided to try the buns although we just had our lunch! We tried the prawn with pork bun as we need to wait around 15 minutes for the signature pork bun. The bun was good with its tasty soup inside. The skin of the bun is also nice.
The server was rather rude but that’s Hong Kong for you… The food! Undeniable delicious !

Perfect on-the-go dumplings! Some of the best I’ve eaten. They’re fresh and have a lot of meat in them. Get the pork dumplings and shrimp dumplings. They’re part-pan-fried, part-soup dumpling. So tasty!

味道可口,考慮到價格,絕對是一個有優勢的地方。但是沒有地方吃,只能站著吃或者外賣,而且蝦點心很快就賣光了,等待的情況也很多。
It’s very hot, so be careful. But don’t wait too long, it’s best to just stand that and eat them. I won’t say it is cheap.

A shanghai fried bun shop with Michelin star. Located on a small street close to Tsim Sha Tsui area, it is quite hard to find this store, but once you see a queue on a small store, you’ll know you’re on the right track. No wonder people kept queuing on this store, since they have an incredible taste of the fried bun, gosh this is so yummy. If you read this review, make sure to put this on your travel itinerary, I guarantee this won’t be disappointing your tummy.

巷弄中的小店,生煎包的皮脆,內餡多汁,非常推薦。

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now an I have to say that their listing on the Michelin guide before is well-deserved. I also love how they’re making an effort with keeping the dining ledge clean. They’re signature buns are the ones that are good. They have been 2 more variants but I prefer the original ones. They also have other dishes and they’re not bad. There’s no seating here so it’s either you eat on the dining ledge or you take it away. Be careful eating the signature buns as they’ve got liquid inside.

Comparable to my favorite shanghai shenjianbao, fried dumplings. Very good! Go early in the day to avoid the lines!
