Tasty meal
很好吃… 2個hogaeng是16,但是是32,而且他們還提供餛飩面作為另一個菜單,這很特別。
天熱了,沒地方坐,不過很好吃!很好!!很好的體驗
在香港每個蘆葦蕩都能聽到的餐廳。
餃子之王。
不是蒸餃子,是煎餃子,血流成河。我只是這樣做了,但工作人員很友善,用醋醬吃更好吃。
早有準備就吃了,但真正的熱度足以讓我昏倒。先冷卻幾次再吃。味道真的很好!!
比想像中差
One-of-a-kind food chain with tiny menu and no seating.
The pan fried buns are authentically juicy and tastes like no other buns in Hong Kong. Although fried, it doesn’t feel greasy at all and has a great balance in taste and texture.
The chain has other locations in Hong Kong but the one located in Mid levels has a similar, yet different menu. Watch out if you loo’ for a specialty that is not their ‘flagship’ item.

This place is amazing. It is a hole in the wall but one of the best dumplings you will have in your life.
Great place for 生煎包. The truffle bun was a bit disappointing, as there was barely any taste of truffle.
皮薄多汁 選擇比較多
We ordered half and half of original pork buns and pork with shrimp buns for HKD37 and it was worth it! This is a hole in a wall type of food stall so don’t expect any tables or chairs. You can standing outside. Savor the soup inside the dumpling, you’ll definitely enjoy it especially on a cold weather.
工作人員的品味和友善程度成反比。
與評價相反,我很驚訝他們賣的味道這麼差。它在過去可能很好吃,但沒有什麼比這更值得吃的了。
這次過來吃,印像不是很深。外面的麵團沒有上次那麼脆。裡面的餡料味道是一樣的。
Best Sheng Jian Bao!!!
非常好吃,但太晚去買只剩原味,沒嘗到黑松露或鮮蝦口味,不過原味就十分驚豔,目前吃到最好吃的上海生煎包,可惜沒有內用的位置,品嚐時稍嫌克難

The pork bun were a bit salty but the bun with truffle were not too bad. I’m not a fan of fried bun then I’m not going back there.

Glorious must try Street food. I’m rather sceptical and hard to please when something gets way to many food recommendations but this one deserves all the praise and Michelin Stars. You eat the dumplings by her carefully biting an opening into the top. This is super hot like lava so focus! You slurp out the soup and take a small bite from the dough and meatball that’s hiding in the soup that’s hotter than the surface of a thousand suns.
The composition of soft dough at the top, crispy bottom and liquid salty goodness from the soup is rounded off by the amazing meatball.
Go there. Eat it. Don’t burn yourself.

Freshly made pan fried buns with soup inside. Tasty, savory, and warm. No seat but no problem, easy to eat at counter bar or take away. Not only provide pan fried buns, but also variety of soups.
米其林餐廳的烤小籠包
少點肉汁。一口不吃,肉汁都出來了,可是個頭太大,一口吃不完。
而且味道一般般。
路過澳門的一家餐廳閒逛,食物好吃,價格也好
Love the dumplings here, different to the usual dim sum style in HK. A floury dough with crispy bottom and flavourful broth inside. 4 dumplings is never enough, I normally get 8 because they are so delicious. Eat the dumplings at the stand up table against the shop front of get takeaway to have later at home. The service does leave a lot to be desired, but that shouldn’t worry you since you aren’t there for the service.

最基本的菜單34 Hongdal。
咬一口裡面的湯很危險。
味道非常非常好吃!!一面是軟的,另一面是脆的,所以我喜歡它。。。
裡面沒有吃飯的地方,可以拿出來在外面吃!

Ordered c combo( (2) shrimp and (2) truffle). It had a lot of soup inside the bun but no truffle flavor wonder if they gave me the wrong one. Skin was thin and little dry. Not my fav had better in my hometown in la. Not bad taste but will not be returning.

Delicious always
Fresh, hot, fast. Dine in and enjoy these savory morsels on your feet while your food is atop a ledge across the serving counter, or take out and relish the dumplings at home. We had these for a snack before our afternoon walk and were treated by a friend to an order of the original dumplings – mindful of the “how to eat” cautionary instructions on the wall. Already made a mental note to get the truffle dumplings next time. Yum.

我吃了其中一份招牌菜,真的很好吃。但是吃的時候一定要先用筷子扎一下,吸完汁再吃。如果你不這樣做,當你咬它時,熱肉汁會爆炸。我扣了一顆星,因為工作人員不友好。
每次去香港都會去的味道不錯的青興基!在附近的iSQUARE前買杯虎糖,配著多汁的點心吃!
