We ordered a set menu. Food, service and environment were all on point. Dishes were creative (a bit of western tilt) and well-balanced.
I would rate 3.5-4 stars for my previous visit because of the greasy stuffy feeling it gave me, but for this visit everything was perfect. (Probably because we’re having the chef to decide our menu instead of doing a la carte like last time)
星期日午市去飲茶，唔使等位，服務幾好。蝦餃大隻有蝦味；叉燒肥瘦均勻。甜品叫咗燕窩蛋撻，冇乜特別。三個人埋單計數要~$1300。
原隻火朣雞燉鮑翅（12両翅)…好好味！d翅好入味！湯底都濃雞味！堅好味！鐘意食翅一定要試吓！must try item!
西班牙紅蝦 竹笙蝦湯蒸蛋白 配 港式伴料…一般／蝦麻麻地唔知點解係“林林地”無咩蝦味！個蒸蛋都硬得濟！

一間已開業幾十年的傳統中式酒家 能獲得米芝蓮二星 算係有交代。
魚翅果然名不虛傳， 一定要試。 佢嘅九州大蝦 兩種味道也非常出色。 但我最欣賞嘅係日本大根的做法， 清甜多汁， 在各主菜上 反而係最令我十分喜愛的。 和牛及日本豚肉的汁味道太濃， 如果能將汁分開上就更加好。

Great ambience great quality dishes and great flavours. Service is perfect as well. Only comment is the red prawn steamed egg dish. Its great but they put some bbq pork cubes in the egg white which in my opinion ruins the great flavour of the dish itself.

Disgusting service ! Over 3000 hkd to buy a bad experience ! The quality of the food is very ordinary , the level that can be achieved by any common restaurant in HK, and it does not show the level of other two-star Michelin restaurants at all. The food is mediocre, but the service is extraordinary. It is worst in the city!! How bleak is the catering industry in Hong Kong? ! Hiring standards are so low! ! Eyes wide shut!
This restaurant is located on the fourth floor, so at the beginning I could only use the disposal glove to press the elevator button for hygiene. After sit in the restaurant, I would like to ask the waitress to take the glove away. But the fat waitress just pretended not to see me and walked away. So I had to put the glove on the chair ! Later, when she was serving the food, because her body was too big to draw the air, no one noticed that the glove fell to the ground. As a result, the fat waitress shouted extremely rudely, what is this? Although she pretended as blindfolded, I believe anyone can tell that this is a disaposal glove! Everyone in Japan’s high level hotel use it for breakfast buffet! What’s all the fuss about? ! ! The most ridiculous thing is that she also blamed us for throwing it on the ground. If it’s not because she is obese and big, glove will continue to sit on the chair !
Then the grandmother told her not to pick it up , because the grandma was very worried that the waitress would pick up things from the ground and bring up dust. The obese waitress said to grandma in a vicious voice! Do not pick it up? Then pick it up forcibly, and then deliberately hit the plate loudly when serving the meal. It’s just a small item dropped in the corner, and it can be picked up after the guest leaves since the request of the guest. Looking at herself in the mirror every day with an obnoxious and obese appearance can be tolerated. I really can’t see how snagholic and perfectionist she is! After all, she pretended to be blind the whole working time, just lazy and rude. Even the manager helped us for add waters of tea instead of her!
I really don’t understand how a high-end restaurant would hire such a person. Even McDonald’s staff are better than her!
As a customer, I like beautiful and delicious food, and at the same time, I also like handsome waiter and beautiful waitress or at least polite and nice waiters. Is this ugly, fat and vicious person hiring to make us unable to eat? ! ?
The manager is nice and keeps apologizing for his colleagues. I really recommend the manager and owner go to visit other Michelin two-star restaurants such as **xuan to see how young and decent the staff are and how great the service is! No wonder other restaurants are fully booked, only this one can be booked at any time, it turns out there is a trap! Before I think it is weird that so many bad reviews from other local guests , how can a two-star store be so bad? Now that I experience it for myself, I understand that bad reviews are all polite! It’s disgusting! I don’t know this terrible restaurant how to get two Michelin stars!
好正！如果平少少份糧少一點就完美！（帶子有點凍）

I had booked the set dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was my daughter’s wish to eat at a Michelin star restaurant. Food was good except there were shells in the crab meat in the soup and the pork in the fish maw, sea cucumber and abalone dish was cold. With being a Michelin star restaurant, I think this is unacceptable. The portions of the dishes were big which is a bit overkill. We had ordered a bottle of wine for dinner but the first two bottles we selected were not available which was a bit disappointed. Service was good overall. Staff were attentive when we first arrived and as the restaurant started to get busy, staff were less attentive. When we were leaving, I was expecting a staff member would send us off with a nice greeting but none of this had taken place. The staff were too busy to say goodbye to us or ask us to come back again.

最近已沒有光顧了，因為發覺出品質素太參差，接近每位二千元的餐，竟然會難以入口，花膠居然腥到重薑重糖都要掩鼻，海參霉到可用飲管進食。

Faultless food. Perhaps manpower is strained during lunch service when we saw our tray of desserts seating nearby but no one was available to serve it to us. Pricey but worth a try for occasions! Friendly service 🙂

Fired Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage
Well, the Dim Sum here is at the top of the game. You pay for what you get. The best Sang Chow Nor Mei Fan I have ever tasted. Can’t fault anything. Service is very good too.
