Best Dimsum
樓面雖小,聚氣有勢,服務OK,優質出品,推介燒味,尤其是乳豬。午市最低消費约$300/位,訂位為上。
已經10年沒來新道樂了,但換了位置,在優衣庫所在的時尚大樓4樓,不知道還能不能享受到昔日的味道。我很不安。
然而,這種預感是正確的。
提供的食物是最糟糕的,而且沒有以前的殘留物。
菜單現代而時尚,但老式的
菜單不見了,這是一個時尚的菜單。
一家6口大概花了8萬日元,但我再也不會去那裡了。
燒汁乾煏牛肋骨 ,金包银丝肠粉,红烧大鲍翅是同樂魚翅海鮮酒家(美麗華店)特色精典菜,這間一直站在米芝蓮二星和三星之間的餐廳,所以在世界各地的美食指南,都必定有介紹,建議到店前先預訂,這裏所做的是粵菜,食材新鮮,攞盤精緻,以及味道,都是相當出色,而且在米芝蓮二星餐廳來說,價格可說是良心價格,值得推介。
食品有:百花脆皮乳豬件,紅燒大鮑翅,竹笙煲雞,將軍蟹,姜蔥炒蟹,燒汁牛肋骨,砂鍋生菜,燒乳鴿皇,雜菜煲,粉絲蟹煲,榴蓮酥,鮑魚酥,魚翅灌湯餃,乳豬焗飯,荷葉鮑魚飯,臘味糯米飯,紅豆沙,栗子布丁,燕窩蛋撻,鮑汁鳳爪,鮮蝦餃,金銀絲腸粉等等,都很不錯,XO牛舌,椰杏汁炖官燕椰皇燕窝炖雪哈也很漂亮。
The service has dropped a lot compared to when it was rated Michelin 3 stars . Have been to this place many times ( more than twenty times) before it’s 3 stars , rated 3 stars and dropped to 2 stars . It seemed that the newer staffs were not trained well by the management to learn how to serve . Even the captains/managers didn’t care how to serve well like a Michelin stars rated restaurant waiters . The last time when I invited some guests to dine here in October 2015 , one of my guest dropped the napkin on the floor when she went to the rest room . At least three staffs went past it (lying in the midway of the corridor next to other table ) many times with one even stepped on it but no one picked it up . After my guest was back , I told one of the staff to pick up the napkin and expecting they will change a new one but he just put it back on the table !!! How can this happened in a Michelin stars restaurant ?? This will not happened even in a normal restaurant ! Rediculus ! The whole time , no waiter come voluntary to fill up the teapot even when we put the lid on the top of the teapot or changed the plates and bowls unless they were asked to ! Plates were not changed even when they were full of bones ! Yam Toh Heen , Cuisine Cuisine , Fook Lam Moon Kowloon or Spring Moon restaurants near by supply much better service and food than this one !!! If the service is keeping on like this , it should be de-starred again !

Food was above average for some items, but service wasnt expected of 2 stars. Didnt even have napkins served..

接受信用卡。我去的時候有幾個會說英語的人,所以沒覺得有什麼不便。
菜單也是用日文寫的。
預算約為每人5,000-10,000日元。
點心僅在午餐時間供應。
味道還不錯,但總體來說性價比偏高。

我第一次嘗試魚翅。不適合我的口味
這是《一夜美食之旅》主廚 Kim So-hee 的房子。
截至 2017 年,它是米其林指南的二星級。
電視上播放的招牌菜蟹肉皮蟹肉點心,酥脆獨特,但就是不那麼好吃之類的。想要嘗試新口味的朋友,我們建議只點半份(一半8個,4個)。
午餐套餐真的很糟糕。不是很好吃,作為甜點出來的甜點也有funrisu,但不是很好。(也許是因為它是最便宜的套餐)
但打5星最大的理由是孫東樂的《燒賣》藝術味十足。蘑菇的味道在你的嘴裡蔓延開來,讓你有一種欣喜若狂的感覺。如果我再去香港,我想再嚐嚐孫東樂的燒賣。
作為參考,我最近在 Son Tung Lok、Tim Ho Wan (IFC)、Ray Garden、Yeman Bang 和 Ding Dim 1968 吃了點心,而 Son Tung Lok 是迄今為止最好的。
以Dingdim 1968為例,韓國遊客很多,但不推薦。(無意再去)
High end Chinese foods
很有水準的粤菜酒家,点心很好味
Rated a 2-Michelin star restaurant.
Not sure if it merits one Michelin star, let alone two.
Food’s fine but lacks finesses: prawn dumplings did not have the clear, fresh taste and texture of good quality prawns and wrapping was too rustically thick.
Whole roast pigeon was competently roasted, but meat was lacking in the sweet game flavour of a good quality bird. Overall, rather devoid in flavour.
Table cooking at another table resulted in a clay pot exploding in middle of restaurant which could have been rather dangerous.
Overall, it’s a decent enough msg-dependent restaurant, but does not merit a 2 Michelin star rating.

Giving it 2 stars because Michelin gave them 2, the service staff are polite and friendly however, the food service took Soo long, the 1st dish of beans came out in 5mins and then the long wait of 45mins for another dish and another dreadful 40 mins then they hit our table with all the rest of our dishes at once, no pacing or what so ever.
most of the food are bland and no outstanding techniques or what so ever , I guess I’ll call it overly pretensious.
Shrimp in mango sauce, can taste anything, Foie gras is panfried to oblivion, Wagyu cut thinly and stir fried but I can’t taste Wagyu, utter disrespect to these wonderful ingredients it’s sad that they did not pair these with the proper Cantonese style of cooking.
My only highlight of the meal was probably that one pork dish with toast and frozen vegetables.
Food is on point. Perfect buttery pastries although slightly on the greasy side. Flavors are elegant and well balanced. I do agree that the service is not comparable to other Michelin-starred restaurants. Our server was attentive enough though. Overall recommendable experience.

拉麵蝦的外觀說得過去,但味道不如拉麵。
我真的很奇怪為什麼這個地方有米其林二星
點心很好吃,但在其他點心餐廳可以嘗試的水平。絕對不是米其林級別。
炸蝦丸配豬皮和五花肉菜真的很好吃。但是,服務是一流的。去東南亞吃街頭小吃,狗屎比服務還嚴重,嚴重到懷疑這是米其林三星級還是二星級餐廳。服務的人就像住在江蓋大陸的孩子一樣,所以都是狗屎。只是一團糟的服務。
那兩個檔次的食物都挺高檔的,但是服務就什麼都砍了,而且沒有會說英語的工作人員。
Luxury chinese Michelin cuisine!
傳統中國菜式及點心,製作精堪,服務員態度熱誠,座作宽敞。
Absolutely stunning… the food, the ambiance and unfortunately, also the price. 😉
Don’t come here for dimsum or the typical Chinese family-friendly but noisy resto atmosphere. It’s snobbish and classy fine dining, so order accordingly….pricey stuff like pigeons, abalone, prime ribs, scallops and other Cantonese delicacies. ‘

Dim Sum Hana 是一個很棒的房子
不像其他高級餐廳那麼高端,但我認為這裡的點心是香港最好的點心之一。我知道如何在低端菜餚中品嚐美味。
服務和裝修都不算太正式,所以推薦去別處刷Instagram。
在這家獲得兩顆米其林星的著名粵菜餐廳,您必須嘗試魚翅餃子(每個 118 美元)和清蒸蝦餃子(68 美元)!
