Not the most elegantly wrapped dim sum in town but dishes are bursting with flavor – especially those including seafood. Very good pork based dim sum dishes as well. Professional service, nice surroundings
Abalone is really good, as well as most of the dishes, u can’t expect it to be cheap though

這裡須然取價較高，但服務及食物質素都屬於一流，食物應沒有或很少味精。但這裏一檯只能坐四人，再多就要間膠板，其他食店現時是可坐6人，有少許不方便。
A very disappointing lunch on the first day after the Lunar New Year holiday. Disappointed less so it is 2 ~Michelin starred than it was once my “dream restaurant” where I spent my first ever year end bonus many years ago and although competition has arisen ever since it still had been able to maintain high quality, until this afternoon.
First visit in 13 months owing to Covid. The starters dim sum Har Gau and Siu Mei were satisfactory but just that. The daily soup became more like a chewy meat and seafood pate but where is the good old Cantonese soup ? All the main dishes , the beef steak cube, the barbecued chicken with shrimp paste were again bland like Maxim Chinese. What was supposed to be clear stir fry spinach came out to become thick leaves drowned in exceedingly salty broth. Was that our soup ? Thankfully it was just salty not MSG…….
Perhaps it was just a busy day. Perhaps we may have better luck had we gone for their signature abalone or sea cucumber or shark’s fin soup. Perhaps they had changed their chefs during Covid. One thing for sure I am in no hurry to re visit. Perhaps in another 13 months ?
P.S. the service team on the floor were all trying their best but visibly under staffed.

With no doubt, Food is absoulatly good there. Hot food hot, cold food cold!! Attending services. Dont know if CNY, the food comes super slow….. Spent 3 hours for a lunch!!!!!

Have not been to this legacy restaurant for years, and our dim sum lunch here was a pleasant surprise. Decoration & service both first rate, even better than many starred hotel eateries. All dim sums are very well prepared with generous portion. Prices are not cheap but at least not exorbitant.
Not worth the 2 stars. 百花脆皮乳豬件 is great, the rest are not as impressive as it looks. Shrimp was abit over cooked, and we order a 生炒糯米飯 at the end, but it was a disappointment. Service was excellent and environment was great.

講真！本人覺得真係一般，未有驚喜嘅感覺。點心普通。唯一交足功課算是翅了，料很足。燕窩糖水亦超多燕窩? …
很長時間没光顧此一级食店。當年很高名氣的魚翅撈飯令人回味。食物質素保持一流。當照一分錢一分貨。價錢也一流。建議午市食套餐較化算

Heavy was the overall impression for the premium set dinner menu. Shark fin cooked in traditional Chinese style remained to be the signature dish. Their Western way in cooking frozen tiger prawns, however, brought unsatisfactory result, Campbell soup-like sauce was salty and the flesh was not tasty or bouncy. Award-winning beef dish did not suit me, though it’s broiled and very tender. Steamed fish with cabbage and fish maw in soup was superb. Starter abalone salad tart was eye-catching; the fried tulip cake was refreshing and excellent. Durian tart was oil-less and not heavy in sweetness. Worth a try.

不枉米芝蓮之名
星期二的晚飯時間，在尖沙咀美麗華廣場，米芝蓮二星中菜廳，客人數目不少，所以要訂位，不建議walk-in。
餐廳裝修不錯，空間寬敞開揚，私人空間足夠。餐桌有中間的，也有靠邊的，整體是一個大廳，有足夠採光。我喜歡它環境華麗、有氣派，食物款式多，是商務聚會的理想選擇。員工服務親切、專業、有效率，會細心介紹餐牌及酒水。
我和朋友點了套餐，食物份量比想像中多，我們二人都吃得很飽。整體而言，味道及分量中上，價錢較高，性價比恰可，很視乎當時餐廳優惠。
