staff looks overworked
Its a busy place and usually has long lineup. Sometimes difficult to find seats. Nonetheless cleaning staff are quick to clear up table when guest leaves. Great location for a coffee break while shopping & walking along Nathan road.
Crappy attitude. Messy Food. Not up to the usual McDonald’s service standards. Filthy as well.

有Mc Cafe， 附近沒有餐廳和快餐，是裹腹的好地方。 這鎖快餐店其實已經有很久的歷史，曾經經過多次翻新，在我記憶之中，我兒時曾經在這裏吃過快餐。 當時識食，一定要食巨無霸。

有麥cafe
地庫收不到無線電話，提供的Wifi連接困難，常斷線。多張會議室長檯，放無背櫈，極大機會要與陌生人共用，雙人檯又超細。我抵達時，Cafe 櫃位連我共7個客人，祇得一個職員，收錢是她，沖調咖啡又是她，做好的咖啡隨便擺放，放在收銀區，咖啡好久無人認領，原來她的客人一直在出品區等候。

Some people don’t line up and no one argues. Strange.
This place is absolutely worth avoiding. The toilet is always dirty and there is never toilet paper. The staff do not speak english. Result there is always a problem in the command. And as in many Chinese businesses they never smile and are not at all friendly. They swing the food bags instead of posing them without ever looking at you.
