The ramen chain Ippudo recently opened another restaurant in a retail space inside the Eaton Hotel. There were plenty of empty tables on a weekend evening, so there wasn’t a wait whatsoever. I had the cucumber dish (the name of which I forgot) which I liked and would recommend, as well as their well-known Tonkotsu ramen. The broth was rich and was delicious, and the noodles had a good texture. The meat was also nicely cut, with no fat being left behind. Ippudo served a good bowl of ramen that I enjoyed, and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a good Tonkotsu ramen.

清静，人不多，食物可以，服務員有禮貌，比朗豪坊好好多。
我揀左白丸原味，友人揀左另一款唔辣既拉麵（忘記名，有柚子粉，食落酸酸地幾開胃）。另外再叫左叉燒包、白丸蒸蛋。
對上嗰次食一風堂已經係幾個月前，我幾鍾意呢度既拉麵湯底唔會太濃太杰，麵條屬幼身，麵質彈牙，叉燒煮得岩岩好，夠滑。
本身蒸蛋上錯左辣味，換返個原味比我，可惜個蛋蒸得有點老，係就係足料既，呢個可以慳返錢。友人個叉燒包既煙un，厚切叉燒，不過上枱時已經有d凍凍地，少少失色。
佐敦吃拉麵的好選擇

Food tastes good but may need to wait a bit longer
Unexpected hospitality. Services provided by the team of young and energetic floor staff was way above average here in Hong Kong. They are also like super attentive. This is the one thing that can’t be trained. It takes initiative in the young people to work hard. Coupled with tasty ramen from Japan, it was a very enjoyable lunching experience, albeit a really quick one. This shop is so high on my list that I have no reservation recommending it.
以前喜歡食，因為覺得味道好好， 依家唔喜歡，份糧少左， 味道差左， 提供配菜，唔係放係枱到， 係另外叫侍應拎比你!重有食沾麵， 想加湯落去， 竟然話無。。。。❨後尾另一個店員知道先至話有❩ 如果真係日本沾麵食完，係可以加湯落去濃湯到加番落去，然後再飲!應該black list, 唔會再幫襯!因為比以前差左好多服務同食物質數也是!

Very good semi-Japan style noodle,desert,rice. Taste good. Pleasant staff. Tidy and clean.
Very disappointed. Ramen was OK but soup was tasteless. Meat, oyster, and eggs were all mediocre. Totally not worth the pricetag.

一風堂的質數相信大家都知道是挺好的吧，這分店有下午茶時段，一個套餐有拉麵, 小點和飲品，衹是48元，雖然拉麵和小點都是半份，算起來沒有優惠，但可以消費少一點吃少一點。
食物質素普通，價錢貴

我們是在平日下午2時多來到這間拉麵店。疫情下，可以供應的款式不多，但也不知怎樣選擇，服務員JAC很友善，講解清楚，我們試試那個豬肉+雞湯拉麵，叉燒很入味，麵質Q 彈適中，好吃！坐下來，我們請服務員為我們拍照，她也主動除下手套，拿相機；客人離開後，很快清潔檯面，在這疫情下，食得很安心。這是個好地方，輕鬆安心嘗好拉麵！

Excellent service and delicious food. Very typical of a Japanese small but comfortable noodle shop. The service was excellent and the waiters were helpful with explaining the menus and proactive to bring condiments. Prices are within expections of other similar japanese noodle shops.

今日中午第一次到佐敦這間一風堂食，由於未夠12:00，人不多，揀了窗邊位坐，服務員已好細心咁幫忙拉低部份窗簾，因她表示稍後太陽會曬到，好窩心?
此店採用自助點餐，服務員簡單介紹點餐要留意的地方，使我們不用浪費時間去尋找所需的餐點食物。有枱客點餐時因遇到問題而表現得比較勞氣，對服務員的語氣態度亦不友善，但服務員仍耐心溫柔地協助該名客人完成點餐，値得一讚。
食物方面也滿意，點了一杯宫崎蜜柑梳打，味道不錯，可以一試。? …

話說一風堂香港開咗成十年年都未食過，早排見佢同安記海味合作出咗十全高湯拉麵，望住店員以虹吸方式係你面前煮高湯，過程幾得意！高湯用咗金華火腿、瑤柱絲、鰹魚同昆布等熬製，鮮味十足，配上軟滑慢煮豬肉同滑嫩雞胸，完全係中西合璧～ 另外叫咗招牌白丸元味拉麵，豚骨湯底濃稠而不膩，未食拉麵之前已經飲咗半碗湯，最正係炙燒豬腩卷，食落去豬油味好香仲肥瘦均勻，呢個價錢喺香港來講應該冇其他地方比得上? 套餐加埋小食$100都唔使，想平平哋食碗正拉麵一定要嚟！
