Amazing eggs.
Hands down the best eggs I have had. The eggs are cooked to perfection, tender yet not runny. For pork and egg over rice, which I highly recommend, the pork is seasoned well not salty with a hint of sweetness. The shrimp egg dish has great garlic flavor in the shrimp, which is perfectly cooked just tender before it turned rubbery.
The milk tea is quite good and served in a cute little cow cup. Love the presentation

Food is good, ginger milk tea is my favorite. always crowded, best time to go there would be 11:00am or 4pm 🙂
食物質素不錯,炒蛋及蕃茄湯底嘅通心粉出色,餐肉好大嚿,煎得好好香,算有特色。但係服務一般,西班牙咖啡好淡,欠啡味。
A local restaurant serving good local food. As fried drumstick always my favourite food, here serve the drumstick with “nam yu” sauce. Must try if you like Hong Kong local food.

滑蛋真的滑、灑上日本甜豉油反而更好吃。飯粒分明、正常、甜豉油送飯十分配合。自家製叉燒肥美、不會乾身或硬,同樣非常不錯。絕對沒有令我失望

咬下去很軟腍又香口,因為採用日本蛋
炒得相當嫩滑,加上自家製的豉油同蔥花
吃完好滿足,好想再來一碗?
又叫了一碗特濃番茄午餐肉通心粉

番茄湯底相當濃郁,酸酸甜甜好醒胃
這個餐還有配一份多士加一份滑蛋
這些餐點都有包一杯飲料,我們各叫了一杯鮮薑汁奶茶和凍奶茶,奶茶都好有水準

成日聽同事話旺記冰室暗然銷魂飯好好味?今次就去朝聖。因為落雨天☔️午飯時間吾多人並沒有人龍,直入店內。
店內茶記裝修,鋪面面積不大, 容納大約三十人左右,設有卡位雅座,以香港??茶記特色畫作裝飾,環境乾淨,燈光明亮。
滑蛋叉燒飯(HKD 55):蛋係夠滑但唔夠蛋香,而且沒有奶香味,正常會加牛奶?去炒至滑身,吾太夠味。 甜豉油圍左一圈飯既外圍,水浸飯咁,甜豉油又吾夠甜,叉燒仲要係柒色叉燒,吾係傳統蜜汁叉燒,仲帶肥膏,咬落焾身,有點失望?,整體一般。

中午食飯叫了個午4號,豬膶通粉及滑炒蛋多士,蛋食得出係用日本蛋炒得幾滑,多士係麥包多士,熱辣辣幾好食,豬潤就一般不過不失湯底好重薑味這個加分。
款式唔多,但以同價位嚟講,質素很好

When I saw pictures of the egg and soy sauce with spring onions looking just like the ones served at Tai Hang’s 順興 I had to go!~!
Ordered egg with roast pork but it was sold out so it was changed to prawns.
Also had the chicken.
There is something special on the breakfast, lunch and afternoon menu which means I have to come back to try them except breakfast because it is too early.
The egg came beautifully done with lots of spring onions embedded in it, and the colour of the spring onions were still green and fresh.
The egg was delicious because it was cooked just right with a thin layer of half cooked egg in jelly form.
The prawns were bouncy and fresh.
Before I tried the chicken, I tried the soy sauce first, the one thing that made me come here.
The soy sauce had some stir-fried spring onions in it, and there was some spring onion sweetness and aroma to the soy sauce.
For drinks I had coke with salted lemon.
It was really good because the coke was served separate.
too rush to have meal for only 30 minutes
Not much choice and food are just fair.

食物水準可以接受,唔係話好好味,不過呢個價錢,我接受。
普普通通,無話好好食,無話好難食。
午餐 滑蛋蝦仁叉燒飯 性價比高,味道及份量都理想,今次叉燒略為遜色,希望下次會有所改善。

~自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯($55)?
通常唔知食咩又驚伏就會叫翻餐廳嘅招牌或者推薦?。因為本身唔鍾意食肥墨肉所以叫咗瘦叉?,雖然係瘦叉但係食落去一啲都唔會太乾身同硬??。叉燒同啲蛋係覆蓋晒喺個飯上面嘅?,感覺有少少似蛋包飯?。最欣賞嘅係個滑蛋真係好嫩滑?,有少少似嗰啲牛乳炒滑蛋?。滑蛋撈埋甜豉油真係好好餸飯?,上面仲加咗少少蔥花食落更加香口?。
~凍奶茶(+$2)
唔知由幾時開始叫奶茶已經開始叫少甜少冰?,真係老啦?。
平日下午茶時段,寧靜位置識得行先揾的!叫了茶A茶B兩份,加多一個豬扒包薯皇。首先環境乾淨適中企理,牆上更鋪上很多唔同港式畫作,好warm嘅感覺。茶A用多蕃茄蓉湯底配厚切粒午餐肉口感幾好又醒胃,而茶B用忌廉雞湯底做腿仿鮑絲通都幾有心思的,兩個配上卷花滑蛋多士,價錢係尖沙咀食到呢個都算不錯,最後豬扒包內有煎香洋蔥芝士裡面,係汁醬少了一啲但勝在薯皇搭夠,再加了少許醋汁沙律伴碟。整個下午茶足夠到夜晚嗰餐了。
食物選擇不多,啱晒有選擇困難症既食客,但每種都好食~~

Absolute gem – if you love bbq pork, eggs and rice. Had a small wait of around 20-30mins at 8:30pm.
The soy sauce etc was absolutely flavourful. BBQ pork was salty and sweet.
Would love to try other menu items when I return.
部份午餐可在晚上食,用日本蛋嘅叉燒蛋飯是必食,鮑魚火腿通粉味道有些怪而且比較硬,食物水準有些退步。
Great local breakfast sets, would come back.
