Bad service !
最鍾意飲呢間嘅芋圓烏龍拿鐵，
因為佢啲芋圓偏細粒，
好容易用飲管飲到。
而且份量好多又QQ,
有時有少少口痕就會落去買返杯。
但呢度啲飲品都比較甜，
我覺得7分甜就啱啱好嗱！

I have been here multiple times. This shop’s amazing and convinient location is the reason many people in the area come so much! I have seen so many people with KOI Thé tea around west kowloon. Now, onto the tea, it was nice but the regular sugar level is too sweet. Most of the time, they are out of golden bubbles, unless it’s a working day morning/afternoon, so that is certainly a pickle. This issue probably relates to the demand of golden bubbles, so it is obvious they should make more. I have been here around 10 times and they only had golden bubbles 2 times. However, the milk tea is creamy and tastes quite good! I would recommend getting the Jumbo bubbles as a topping if they do not have the golden bubbles. I also like this place due to the fact it is placed in one of the best MTR stations in Hong Kong! Overall, on a scale of 1-10 I would give this place an 8/10. There are only a few downsides of this place.
