Fun place selling everything you need to make a cake in Hong Kong – including a fridge full of French butter. Moulds of every shape and size can be found here. Also along the street nearby are other shops selling cooking supplies at great prices.

投訴灣仔男店員!！
我買咗個雪條模，已表明擔心太高怕雪箱唔啱位，佢話可橫放，巳覺奇怪，液體橫放會漏，佢話唔會！再誤導是矽膠，但打開6個模中只有一個係，打算更換，但佢話內裏膠袋巳打開，不能換，我想話唔打開點知道貨又不對版！
唯不想爭論動胎氣，算！一肚氣！

Fun and good baking class. The shop downstairs sells wide range of cooking products and ingredients. However, the place is a bit small and crowded.
Lots to home use Bakery items but quite expensive
Staff is friendly and helpful.
One of the more reliable places in HK to find baking ingredients and accessories. Vanilla Pods are particularly good value.

Good place for restaurant supply
Baking supplies store. Most pans I saw are not American or Australian brands I recognize. There’s a selection of interesting buttercream piping tips, some with illustration of piped buttercream. You can pay with octopus but they have minimum on credit card payment.

Give this place a try if you’re looking for baking iingredients. Their prices are not as pricey as the regular supermarkets and they have almost everything you need for baking.

It has a great stock of all baking needs. The moulds and different patterns of cookies and cake are very impressive.

I have shopped here until I’m a VIP, good selection of bakeware and ingredients, things that I cannot find elsewhere at a reasonable price.
I found in this little shop many things that I couldn’t find in many huge shops… And the staff are amazingly helpful!!

姐姐超漂亮的
大量的糖果成分。小麥粉有很多種。對於在家做甜點的人來說，這是一個非常有用的地方。您也可以在隔壁的附屬商店購買糖果工具和包裝。
The staff here need to watch out for their attitude toward each other and customers. I’ve recently been to the Yau ma tei branch few times, the staff are either arguing with each other( or talk loudly in their language) when there are customers around. It’s quite disturbing when I need to wait for them to finish arguing to ask a question. The staff in wah chai branch are way more civilized and easier to talk to compare to this one.
Regardless of the staff attitude and tone of voice this place offers variety baking supply.
