Excellent food!
It’s a pretty small and tight place, but the food is quite nice. Hot and spicy, so it’s a nice place to go to during winter! Be sure to use different utensils for raw and cooked food, otherwise if you have a glass stomach like my friend does, you will suffer a lot afterwards.
Reasonably prompt and appropriate services. Very mediocre decoration which does give a bit of a grunge local atmosphere. Very poor quality local hand-sliced beef and other food was just about below average. The best of the night is BYOB Alter Ego with a 100 hongkie for corkage. Very surprised that they actually gave me an Evaluation Form to fill out. 1300 hongkie for 3 persons. Probably would recommend a miss for all those who are tempted by the openrice review

可能這是吃雞煲專門店,但吃火鍋非常失望!特別是本地手切牛肉(3百多元一碟)簡直不知所謂,其他食材也很一般

奔住網上唔少好評先過黎試一試,晚飯時段,全場爆滿啊。。。。點咗個招牌菜 雞煲,雞肉嫩滑,瑤柱群翅雞湯味道濃郁,整個搭配very good!果然系好評店,贊一個!
Start with the chicken and the add the soup bases. Delicious fragrant chicken with Sichuan peppers. Go with medium or less if you cannot handle chilli heat. Perfect with a few cold beers.

一睇就知道雞煲有幾足料!
加入大量洋蔥和芫茜,香氣四溢~
辣度要左小辣,
但已經夠晒麻,夠晒香,
而且雞煲越食越辣~?
雞煲比較乾身,
雞件嫩滑入味,麻辣惹味!?
豬皮吸晒雞煲嘅醬汁,正!
食完雞煲之後,
就可以選擇不同湯底打邊爐啦!

一份有四、五隻「巨型」桶蠔,
每隻都有一隻手掌之大✋?~?
只看貝柱有成粒波子咁大,便知道桶蠔絕對唔惹小?!
桶蠔好新鮮,洗得乾淨,沒有多餘嘅腥味,
肉質肥美鮮味,值得一試!?
自家製即炸響鈴($59)
一份響鈴有7-8條,份量好慷慨呢!
而且全部即叫即炸,香脆可口。
皇帝菜($49)幾新鮮,
唯份量略嫌太少。
好吃但價格有點高
上次試左藥膳拼龍蝦湯雞煲! 店員親切地介紹雙拼湯底如需要加雞要放在藥膳那邊味道會更好(可以揀雞部位, 例如雞脾, 雞胸, 半份一份揀)上次3個女仔叫左半份雞脾都夠! 試左雞脾位, 雞肉嫩滑, 唔會太老, 而且超級入味, 仲有個雪花牛 不得不讚, 雪花均勻, 加上龍蝦湯(超濃郁), 簡直一流 ! 唯一試左個皮蛋豆腐太甜? 不過完全無影響其他食物既地位??
雖然店面看似比較舊, 但係食物水準同入面裝修就喜出望外, 仲有入面既店員, 每位都親切友善, 下次一定再去!
係地鐵佐敦站一出, 步行10分鐘左右就到。
墨魚丸好好味,值得一試
這是我在香港吃過的最好的東西。這是辛辣和令人上癮的。
點個雞鍋吃就好了,然後澆上白湯,點火鍋料吃起來像火鍋一樣。
菜單可能有點難看,所以用英語問工作人員就可以了。
好像我們兩個人點了雞鍋(半份)紅白湯,蔬菜,粉絲,玉米,丸子,但是量太多了。
強烈推薦丸子和粉絲。
它在一條小巷裡,但直到很晚還有很多人。

Not bad. The hot chicken pot is too spicy even I think Myself is a chili guy. The seasoning should be good, but too spicy to taste.

With a table of 8, we have tried no spicy, mild spicy, and medium spicy in 2 twin side hot. All are delicious, but the medium is too spicy for us.

湯底味道合適,火鍋料良好。
味道不錯,點火鍋料的時候,是個人點的,所以如果不點太多的話,會是很不錯的選擇。

雞煲好吃,價格合理。
我中意無咁辣嗰款,雞肉嫩滑,豬皮、洋蔥都好入味。比較辣嗰款就真係太多辣椒,個辣味完全蓋過左d雞味,搞到豬皮都超級辣。不過大家都認同雞肉分量太少,平均每人食到3-4件,而且雞件亦比較細,食豬皮仲多過食雞!
我地以極快既速度清曬個雞煲(一d飽既感覺都無),之後就落湯、其他配料打邊爐。叫左呢個鬼馬墨魚,係蝦膠釀油條,上面鋪滿蟹子,係既爽口彈牙既!

地方較擠迫,但也因此有較熱鬧地道的打邊爐feel。雞㷛多肉但稍嫌過鹹,可能預了吃完雞轉成湯底。火煱食材ok, 響鈴鮮炸,三個人九百蚊有找,可以接受
食物黎講 肉類幾好,蝦滑都唔錯。
但坐位都幾逼 坐大牌檔膠櫈,啲人行過會有少少碰撞。
其中一個員工唔識講廣東話,落單會叫你講普通話,我樂觀啲諗可以當練下普通話。
收費方面320 per head ,個人覺得有更好選擇,多數唔會再黎。
