新羅寶韓國餐廳(Sorabol Restaurant)

在旅途中，我媽媽說她想吃韓國菜，所以我想也沒想就順路去了，但是真的很好吃ㅠㅠㅠ泡菜湯，牛骨haejanggukㅠㅠㅠ我印象深刻如果你想享受真正的韓國菜，去這個地方.這些人知道韓國菜是什麼。

One of the best and most authentic Korean restaurants in Hong Kong. They have another one in Causeway Bay.

Well we had dinner yesterday, Saturday on 7th of May 2016. Three of us had dinner over there and spent almost HK$800.00! We had ordered Korean BBQ however they didn’t provide fresh vegetables for wiping the BBQ meat! I had asked the waitress about it and got the answer that in their restaurant just eat like that NO ANYTHING FRESH VEGETABLES PROVIDED FOR WIPING THE BBQ MEAT! It’s rediculars! I am Korean! I know our food….This is FIRST TIME in my life eating Korean BBQ without fresh vegetables for wiping the BBQ meat!!!
And also, the side dishes was poor and dingy! Totally 6, two kinds of Kimchi /김치, 1 piece of Toufu/두부, 1 seaweed, 1 soy been sprout/콩나물 and 1 zucchini /호박 ! When I asked the waitress about it and got the answer was that Yes ! That’s all!
I feel so embraced front of my friends as I was told them how good this restaurant, recommended and took them to the restaurant! I believed they will be never ever come back again!
I don’t know what the waitress nationality as she seems didn’t understand English, Chinese and Korean!
Highly recommends this restaurant to give their staff a proper training to improve their services! Otherwise, CLOSING DOWN the business is their future!

Tasty Korean Food

I would give this place a 4-star if the staff was more polite. I came here with my friends who were visiting HK. We were “served” rudely by those non-local waitresses. They rushed us to order when we were still deciding. As a customer, I do not want to come here again to be “served” by those waitresses, because I seriously did not feel any respect from the way they served me. But food was great! Love their seafood stone pot rice! The side dishes were special and kinda tasty. I just hope the owner is aware of his/her staff’s attitudes and train them how to serve.

Good Korean food, fair service. High price.

Rubbish service,.give 1 more star for ok food. Reception man was sad, impolite and the woman reception the same. Stay away and spend elsewhere.

Yum. Great Korean BBQ. There is a private room which is great when you have small kids running about

海鮮蔥煎餅好吃，與眾不同。還有必須點炆宮中牛排骨。

有點失望，新羅寶在記憶中很美味的韓國餐廳，但今次再試午餐，確實失望及午市套餐，韓式配菜還可以，但主菜實在太差，似搵個阿姐煮。。。求其了事。。再不控制品質 。店主這樣下去，生意只會越來越差。。

好坐，食物新鮮。

It’s an OK Korean restaurant- service is rather basic (took a while to get the wine list), wine glasses were not really clean, food served (we ordered hot dishes from the menu no BBQ) was authentic but a bit tasteless, atmosphere rather plain and woody/old fashioned. Prices were good- 900 for 3 people incl wine, so in total not bad for a casual dinner.

My god, this place get a one star from me due to service. The food was good and same was drinks. But the staff was horrific, they rushed us and sat around in the different booths lokking grumpy. Stay away from this place. (The lady at the front was the only one smiling, she was ok, but all the rest of them was very bad..very)

服務绝對有極大改善空間，唔可以因為午市價錢唔高而提供咁嘅服務水平…..

所有食物都很出色，上菜即吃，忘了拍照。

一代名店服務差到離譜。坐低後發現水壺無水， 請服務員加水嘅時候竟然被黑面。其後前菜黎到枱面重未有筷子，點了兩個餐，第一個食完後第二個餐還未到，個餐未到重叫你埋單。以後都唔會再幫趁！
