The food there is mediocre. Not worth 120 USD for a two people course. What’s worse is that the service is abismal; the waiters are not attentive, had to call them on various occasions so they could get my order (they just nod and leave without returning). They also kept forgetting simple things such as providing me with thongs to grill the meat or bowls for the stew we ordered… And they also made me pay while I was eating, which I found extremely rude. The most shocking thing is that I saw two waitresses EATING THE LEFTOVERS of another table instead of promptly servicing our table. One of the waitress’ name was ‘Fe’.

Ginseng chicken soup without taste of ginseng at all. Very bland.
Dinner for two
Delicious authentic Korean cuisine. One star less for the restaurant being dated, the tables are very old and need an upgrade. But if you can get over that, you are in for a great meal.
一周中每天都在變化的每日午餐令人滿意。沙拉和南瓜湯自助餐。餐後提供一片橙子。大約 10 年前? (笑)你確定是sikhye嗎? (甜點)也包括在內,但似乎已經停產了。顧客群(午餐時間)顯眼的是一群穿著西裝的駐港韓國商人。
中午是一个商務午餐好店,服務尚可。
Good food, bad service, not that clean.
食物保持水準,金獎的牛肉很好味,但整体都要吃肉,不吃多肉的朋友未必合。好冷,凍僵。

The food looks and taste good but have concern about the cleaniness and quality control of the food, my partner and I both feel not well after dining and we suspect it has something to do with the raw vegetable for wrapping the BBQ meat for eating, really questionable if the vegetables had been properly washed before offering it to the customers, the service is pretty so so we were forced to seat in a very crammed space but there were plenty of empty of tables there and claimed to be fully booked, although eventually it was really full house but I don’t think they should treat walk in customer this way

開了多年的韓國料理,中規中矩。
不是我们提醒根本不拿酱料,不是我们提醒也不给水果,还可以吧,以伦敦/内地的水准,就是一家很普通口味的韩国餐厅。牛骨倒是可以的。

午餐各款泡菜任食
The food was not worth the costs, and the service chaotically bad. We tried to order and chase down a single additional dish multiple times only to find that they did not even record the dish when we asked for the cheque… Besides one server (who had a fairly good attitude), the rest expressed poor attitude and quality of service. Seems like the bad service is a consistent thing according to the previous reviews.

第一次食TST分店,之前一直食開銅鑼灣都覺得唔錯,服務又好又會幫你燒埋。TST完全係反差。食物亦完全-10分。如果銅鑼灣係8分,TST就係負分。太失望了
泡菜湯,鹹到無法入口,加飯都飲唔到嘅果隻。
冷面,剪刀✂️剪完都係痴埋一舊,完全冇feel.

喺尖沙咀心血來潮想食韓國菜,雖然呢區有條韓國街,但餐廳質素參差,醒起朋友介紹過呢間餐廳嘅煎餅就去一試。舖面幾大,疫情之下都接近滿座,有個韓國叔叔門面廚房一腳踢,睇黎真係韓國人經營嘅餐廳。呢度除左烤肉外,鍋物、海鮮、麵食等一應俱全,睇餐牌先知原來佢係米芝蓮推介嘅餐廳。坐低無耐會送上五碟前菜,有蒜芯、芽菜菠菜、泡菜同豆腐,唔夠的話可以去自助區加泡菜。
?炆宮中牛排骨 Palace Stewed Beef Short Ribs ($215)
餐牌標明呢道係獲獎菜式,排骨炆到好入味同淋,骨同輕易分離,醬汁甜甜地唔太油,配料有蘿蔔、紅棗同冬菇,仲有幾條年糕,不過面頭嘅肉上枱時只係微暖,好彩個底嘅湯汁夠熱,將啲肉浸一浸湯都唔算大問題。
?烤五花肉 Roast Streaky Pork 180g ($160)
呢度嘅五花肉肥瘦均匀,唔會 2/3都係肥膏,娘親話塊肉嘅質素唔錯,同價錢成正比,食落無豬羶味,燒到金黃色後充滿油香,肉質唔太靭,學當地人咁一片泡菜一片五花肉嘅食法會比較解膩。另外要讚下個爐會向下抽走油煙,所以店内唔會煙霧彌漫一朕味。
?海鮮葱煎餅 Seafood & Spring Onion Pancake ($170)
最期待嘅煎餅果然無令我失望,鐵板上熱辣辣,煙靭得黎好足料,邊脆葱多夠香口,唔會太油,八爪魚好彈牙唔韌,唔點醬油都夠味。
餐廳都幾旺場所以有漏單情況,同店員反映後即刻幫我地跟進,可能即叫即製所以都再等左幾個字,但要讚下門口帶位嘅姨姨好好客,會問我地嘅意見仲邀請我地入會,整體黎講食物水平幾高,值得再訪。
