Hello everyone , My first time tonight here and find out nice decorations and food is nice too , all is nice except one of the male server is kind of impolite and his tone is kind of harsh , the story is they have free drinks for Every each person that need to like Facebook page and one of the female server said we can use one person to like and tag other people will do … Well then we try ok and done …And then the male server came and we ask for our drinks for free and he said we need to like Facebook page each of us , then we reply him that the female server say to us is just tag only …And he seems like no good on the look and tone …. So we all 7 pax like the Facebook page then …Then we at last have our drinks tho ….Well just a soda pops only, why so serious and long face … Actually if you treat better to customer isn’t that a win win situation ?
Well overall this place is a good gathering Taiwan style hotpot Resturant nice food and each of us pay only $250 each well after 9pm paying cash have a discount.
I hope that next time this male server will be change his attitude for work.
First time here and the soup is absolutely the best one I have tried so far for hotpot. The waitress suggested us to drink the soup before we put any food in. There are a large varieties of food. Portions are quite big compare to some other hotpot shops which the meats may only have few slides. They give you ice cream at the end of the meal which I feel is considerate. Even thou the price is expensive compare to other hotpot but I would highly recommend and definitely come again.
湯底好味，湯料充足，每人消費大約 $250
食物真高級，櫻桃鴨肉真的只有這裡有，鴨味很濃。
酸菜白肉鍋 QQ粉，白肉，湯很入味。QQ粉煙韌，正。
寧神養心鍋 有川芎，白芷，天麻，當歸。
非常香，未滾其他野，要飲湯! 原味已經非常吸引!堅好味!
環境正，烏雞湯底好飲。

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT, unless you can accept the bad temper and the low quality of waiters during the meals and the taste of food was not that good with a quite expensive price.
Actually, it is a Taiwanese hotpot restaurant, I have been to other stores of this restaurant and this was the worst experience. There is only one kind of table which I think that it is maximum to serve 6 people, but even you are groups of 7 people or more, the same table would be arranged for you, it is quite crowded for a large group.
The quality of the soup was not that good, the taste of the mala soup was not rich enough.
The service of the waiters was much worse than the quality of the food, the male waiter just put his hand to the remote control just in front of a girl’s chest without any prior inform, it makes the girl feeling so bad and I should think about what is the purpose of the waiter to have this action.
When I ask for some missing food, the waiter had a lot of things to reply me and let me think that it was my fault to let the food serving so slow, I’m not aiming to get a very nice service, but I’m not going to suffering from their bad temper, the waiters have their own ability to make you angry during the meal.
I think all of the customers can deserve for some better food and better service of Taiwanese hotpot with the same price.
It is alright, but quite expensive.

第一轉湯底不錯，冇錯，只是第一轉！隨之後加湯，味道就走了樣，因為之前叫什麼湯底都是refill嗰隻湯給你，就是這個位扣分，其餘的配料就不過不失。總體來說感覺不太值這個價錢。

Great fresh food with yummy soup base!! Good service and cheerful staff in the restaurant! Definitely will go again!
Strongly recommend to make reservation. Be mindful discount will be offered during less busy hour. Save some money if it fits your schedule. Also this hotpot place offer karaoke for more than 6 people.
