No service at all, I feel unrespected. It was not that bad last time. Since it became famous, the quality declined rapidly. I will NEVER come to this hot pot chain AGAIN!

Went there for hotpot and karaoke in a private room. The decor and facilities are a bit old and the door of the washroom in the room could not be locked…
Food is good and service not bad.

養生殿尖沙嘴分店設在地牢，其佈置格式和其他分店同一格局。
養生殿的特式是食材新鮮，今次要了很台式的姜母鴨湯，相當不錯。
此店另一特式是自携酒不收開瓶費，對於我等酒客而言，實是大好消息。
店的價格屬於中等，以這等食材，這個收費，算得上是合理。
以前常光顧此店之佐敦店，可惜佐敦店已經停業，以後要吃台式養生鍋，會選此處。
值得一提是員工服務不錯，有禮又勤快，只是近來時令不好，飲食業生意受大影響 ，但願此種情況能早日改變。

Surely the worst hotpot place I have visited in HK!
The soup is full of MSG and still taste bad
The food are heavily overpriced with the quality of fast food store and the portion of kids meal
The service is bad that the staffs just chat at the corner and never come to refill the soup or collect the dishes
The ventilation is bad that the smells in the place stays at your hair, bags and clothes.
Extremely poor hygiene, table and benches are all oily and sticky, utensils are full of dirt and stain. Food are highly overpriced, u can get way better food even at fast food chain store like Café De Coral. Surely the worst hotpot in HK

Not bad as comment as mentioned. Foodwise, I like the black chicken soup base very much… they really put the whole black chicken into the pot, the chicken is very tender.
Assorted dumplings are nice also, there are more than 10 kinds of different dumpling from one order, every dumpling is impressive。
But…..still have no idea why don’t they accept credit card, only cash is accepted….really abnormal….. mark is deducted.
Very expensive for its quality. Rude waiters. Highly not recommend it.
nice hotpot restaurant with good food at reasonable price
啲湯底好得。主力都係做湯底。食材一般，尖沙咀而家好奇怪，好多時想帶啲嘢都冇晒貨。台灣飛機菜，響鈴，牛胸，豬天梯都冇。連續幫襯兩次。3am & 5.30pm 29/9/2019. 以前嚟過食好多次。都有幫襯佐敦分行。因為呢兩間都近公司。尖沙咀服務好一般，佐敦分行服務非常好。3am 四人 $1197. 5.30pm 兩人 $552.
假的店，完全不是台灣那間！
東西貴又難吃，店員態度很差，不想幹可以不幹的其實。最傻眼是只能付現金，然後位子真的很擠，地板油油的。環境超級吵，不要來不要浪費錢。

需提高房間裝修的素質； 食物如多點款式揀就更好
環境舒適，清潔乾淨，食物新鮮味道好！

Bad Experience
火煮
After my first visit to YXD, I was hooked on their herbal soups.
Tried the Sichuan broth and herbal chicken twice so this time had the duck and chicken broth.
The duck broth was also good with a fiery ginger kick to it but the fried tofu rolls that were already in it made the broth quite oily.
Next time I order it, I shall take the tofu out asap when they bring it to the table.
As I was there mainly for the broth, I ordered vegetable sides to keep the broth oil free.
The Taiwanese vermicelli was a wise choice as it goes well with the broth.
Since the vermicelli was already cooked, I just put hot broth over it and it was good to eat.
The vermicelli worked better with the herbal chicken soup as it was stronger while the duck broth just gave it a sweet taste.
麻辣鍋+酸菜白肉鍋，鴨血，手切牛肉? 8:30pm以前現金結帳7折 …
湯底掂，不錯
