Not a bad place. The Yunnan noodles are soft and the broth is simple. I got the bone broth since I don’t like spicy. My friend recommended this place because he likes spicy so I think Ill try that next time. The chicken wings was the highlight of my meal. Definitely get that!

I was reading a resto review and it was noted how meaningful an honest review is, so i realized i need to provide this experience on June 6, 2019.
We surveyed several places before deciding on this spot, btw, we’d tested several restos in the area.
My partner ordered a dimsum soup – the soup is so bland that it tasted just like a towel soup, then the dimsum felt not thoroughly cooked. we addressed the situation but no response or action. Mine, a grilled pork over rice was passable but there is an issue too – i can’t remember how it tasted but we were starving and make do with whatever. when i was paying, i mentioned to the cashier that we did not eat the dimsum soup as the dimsum itself seems raw and the soup is so bland. she went to the cook and eat one in front of us to demonstrate that it is edible. i was just disappointed. My partner actually works for a Chinese resto in Palau catering to tourists including Chinese and she interacts/works with cooks/chefs so she knows about Chinese cuisines.

Price is reasonable and have lots of assorted meat and vegetables in my bowl of hand made noodles. I will always come back here.

Fish spring rolls are not bad but not the best in the town, lemon tea is mediocre. Luckily place is clean and service is good.

三哥新出嘅麻辣鴨血米線，係麻辣迷嘅我梗係要試吓啦，我揀咗佢的水煮湯底，水煮湯底的辣度由5小辣開始，咁我就揀咗5小辣試試（我一向只食10小辣的）湯底辣得來野味，好食，鴨血做得好滑，亦好入味，配埋咸檸梳打簡直一流！

Super slow. The reception was constantly on the phone, while the ticket machine wasn’t working.
After getting a seat we had to wait almost 10mins for service, and then the server had to find a spare menu as they didn’t have enough menus.
The food then took over 30mins to arrive.
Awful overall.
在不知道吃什麼的情況下，吃一碗米線好像都算不錯的選擇？
所以就去了朋友常常吃的 譚仔雲南米線 ~ 尖沙咀的這間是在地庫。 座位都算多啊，而且我們是差不多晚上9點才來，所以基本上已沒什麼客人了。
除了主餐牌，都有一些看起來幾特別的湯底～像是香茜皮蛋魚湯湯底。
我點的是 – 自選兩餸的米線 ($43)
米線口感不錯，份量都幾多。湯底是湖南酸辣湯底 (+$1) 味道偏濃偏酸。
餸的話選了墨丸和魚腐～
有四粒的墨丸，口感彈牙，但吃落其實沒什麼味道 …
魚腐倒是比較有味，或者是因為有吸到湯的關係？
另外+$9 可以點豆漿，見是譚仔雲南米線自己出的 (香港製造)，
不是無糖的~但也會太甜。
小食點了 – 蒜泥白肉 ($26/細) 吃落帶辣外蒜味幾濃。
過橋米線和蒜蓉白肉好吃。但蒜蓉白肉常常售完點不到，很可惜。

如果有0顆星我一定會給0顆星，有夠爛爛到不行的服務態度，如果今天講普通話就要態度那麼極差，那是不是太歧視了？有沒有先搞清楚到底我們是從內地還是台灣來的？雖然不知道是不是講普通話一致都會被認為是內地人，但你不想要那麼熱情甚至帶著笑臉微笑服務都沒關係，但能不能不要邊點餐邊催促快一點我很忙.好了嗎.到底要什麼和發出不耐煩蹭牙的聲音？我們也並沒有讓你站在那邊等超過三分鐘，點餐過程也沒超過三分鐘，別人到店看菜單要點餐你們都看得到我坐了超過10分鐘卻每一個人要理，我還要跑到櫃檯低聲的問請問我想要點餐可以麻煩你們一下下嗎？還是我可以在櫃檯點？不是說我花一點小錢要多好的服務，而是比我們晚進店的都幫他們點完了唯獨我們，我想我打那麼清楚櫃店也知道是哪一天哪一組客人，請你們重視一下你們的服務，而不是普通話一致就認為我們跟你們反感的那些是同一群人，而歧視甚至排擠也是講普通話的我們，真的是非常極差的體驗，希望能警惕幫助到更多台灣遊客
