The food was so-so, the management and chef were arguing in front of guests about the state of food, about why the chef was cooking scrambled eggs in advance before any order was received. Chef argued during it would make sense during peak hours, but the manager said it wasn’t even very crowded (and I testify it so). Besides, the sunny side up served to us was so raw, the whites were not set. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Came here three times during our visit. The freshly baked egg tarts are silky smooth. The buns are good too. They offer a variety of food, from traditional to international style. Try the baked porkchop with tomato sauce.

Food is extremely normal or bad I would say. Service extremely disappointing and staffs are not helpful.

This restaurant is 5 decades old now. Yet, it is still the crown jewel for a typical Hong Kong style desserts and cuisine in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui.
The service can be much better but then again it’s quite genuine and real in the Hong Kong way. Great food as usual 🙂
great choice and pretty fast service (unless it’s super busy, which is fair) the hot dog is delicious and big ! and the prawns are good too.

Air con is not working well and they claimed it is hot because the door opens frequently. When we asked for Maggi seasoning, the waitress don’t even know what it is. Keep telling us that is soya sauce.? …
Off to Macau today but here for a set breakfast before walking to the ferry terminal.
I’ve chosen Set C for 38 HKD which consisted of a rice noodle w/diced chicken, fried shrimp, preserved vegetable, a buttered crispy bun plus a coffee.
That was a great wake me upper!
Service was excellent too.
Drinks are pricey but good is typical hk style. A reference for tourists

The restaurant is just a walking distance from the hostel we stayed at. It was easily found since it’s right by the road.
The restaurant is very spacious however it’s packed as it is quite known among locals and tourists. The staff are also accommodating.
The food was served quick. It’s my 2nd Hongkong meal so I wasn’t certain if it’s the best. However, basing on my taste buds, it was okay. They had chili which was a plus. I liked my meal. I liked my drink even more – hotel lemon tea.
牛肉拉麵、炒雞蛋、香脆烤麵包，甚至還有牛奶咖啡。 b套餐便宜又好吃。當你把一種看起來像幹芝麻的醬汁放在調味容器裡時，味道會更好。它可能有點辣，但無論如何這是我個人的口味。 ^^
Little to no service, had to get the menu myself, waitress put in one of the orders wrong, food was hot enough but underwhelming, but the drink we ordered were nice. Would not come back again myself.
Honestly the worst place I’ve been to eat in Hong Kong, ever. I went here after reading that it was one of the places to go to in Tsim Sha Tsui from an article, and I now regret wasting my time, my holiday food quota and almost $200HKG!
Service was so poor, the wait staff made a mistake with our order and got shirty about fixing it; we ordered a “Lime Sherbet” drink, what came out was some sort of mint drink, I had to explain that mint is not lime, they exchanged the drink but I had to actually ask for them to take the original drink off the bill!
Not long after that the chicken satay skewers came out with literally a teaspoon of sauce for 6 sticks! We were made fun of to the owner when we politely asked for more…and they brought out CURRY sauce! I love curry sauce…but not with chicken satay sticks.
TL;DR
Awful service, pointed and laughed at when asking for a mistake to be fixed, food is average at best. Do. Not. Bother.
No service, get order wrong. Food quality worse than before.
