必須嚐招牌即燒乳豬！
My first trip to Hong Kong and trying out Dim Sum is something cannot be missed, but I have no idea which Dim Sum restaurant is good.
Thanks to a helpful Hotel staff’s recommendation, this Dim Sum restaurant was truly is one of the best Dim Sum I ever had.
A bit pricey but worth it.
We tried a few Dim Sum restaurant later, but nothing come close to this restaurant.

That was my first time visiting this restaurant during the lunar new year holiday. Fortunately we can get our seats easily. The dim sum and food tastes quite good and it’s not expensive, worth a try.

傳統中式酒家，推介食乳豬仔，皮脆；燒味很多時好早的時間已無貨供應，樓面那些是大陸來港人仕，好 hea，不要對服務有任何期望，睇住呢間新斗記形象、水平由以前上對高－線，符合尖沙咀區標準，然後逐漸滑落｡｡｡不過都係嚟開餐，食物質素味道重要些。
石燒乳豬皮脆內嫩！粟米鱼塊、泥猛魚粥、豬潤浸菜不可不吃！食價相宜！

Food not as good as expectation, oily vegetables and dry noodles. Expensive price, most dishes cost more than hundred dollar but the serve portion just enough for 2-4person. Staffs service so so.
Outstanding suckling pig and chicken but fish dishes was a let down it didn’t tasted fresh at all.
Don’t expect good service as was under staff which is a common problem with most restaurants in HK.

乳豬脆卜卜好好味
Famous for its goose and sucking pig. The goose was surprisingly good, not too fatty, tender meat and crispy skin. Sucking pig is pretty decent as well. The barbecue (char siew) pork is also outstanding and not on the menu.
Excellent Chinese cuisine. Great service.
Good authentic Canto food. Service a bit spotty.

星期六晚八點，大部分菜式已賣光否則唔肯做。服務盡差，碟炒麵催左四次後，半個小時先黎。間酒樓好似唔想做生意禁。
