Like wantun noodles? This place is worth the trip. Not to mention the price is better than right. As my friends and I were traveling throughout the Hong Kong area, we would stop into the noodle shops for a little snacking.
I say snacking because the portions typically quite small. The price reflects that though. We still thought that it was worth the value though. It made a great place to take a little break from walking around, shopping or sightseeing.
That being said, this shop was one of the better ones. It wasn’t the best, that was a Michelin recommended shop on Hong Kong island, but Mak’s Noodle was and is worth going out of your way to try to get a little taste.
Hands down best wonton noodles in Hong Kong. Noodles are delicate, refined and delicious. Even though there are only 4 wontons in the bowl but they are so beautiful and tasty with one whole shrimp and some lovely minced pork. I always have to have at least two bowls. The steam vegetables are nice and healthy. I love this place!

這是一家香港特色蝦餛飩麵店。餛飩面是 38 港元。麵條很細。餛飩是用蝦預先準備好的。湯很辣。碗口徑約12厘米，量少。
一個可以以實惠的價格品嚐香港麵條的地方。數量很少，所以我要點兩個碗，工作人員很不友好。
蝦雲面最好吃。尺寸有點小。 3港元
Should be a 3.5 not a plain 3. Instead of the soup tried their tossed noodles with shrimp roe , it was good if a little dry but the accompanying broth was welcome. I like Mak’s but maybe they are for the food tourist as at lunch this shop was pretty empty, whereas all other restaurants around were packed. Higher prices and small portions putting locals off…
湯底還是一貫的好味，但還是一貫的細細碗，食一碗一定唔夠飽。環境要改善，有些小昆蟲在檯的玻璃下走動。
Ordered beef tendon and Wanton noodle soup. Average. During payment, I paid using coins as it was 83 but that chap refused to take, told me he don’t want and ask me to use it for public transport. Wtheck
這是我最喜歡的肉湯餛飩面餐廳。它比其他餛飩面餐廳貴一些，但這個地方是最古老的餐廳之一，當然也是最好的餐廳之一。
Expected better. Noodles were really springy and thin. But wanton and soup were rather average.
Delicious broth, perfectly tender wontons, friendly fast service. Everything I want in a snack!
Famous noodle chain. The dish portions are a bit small for what you pay. I would expect to get twice as much. The food tastes good though.

One of the best congee I’ve tasted in my life! My friend got the wonton noodle and it was also very good. I think they deserve a Michelin bib or star! Great service. Nice ambiance.

進去是因為看到招牌覺得歷史悠久。我知道有幾家商店。員工親切，彷彿冷漠。吃了招牌雲吞面。內含蝦餛飩，味道一般，量少。
Pretty fantastic food. Love the consistency and texture of the wanton noodles. Shrimp dumplings were also fresh and tasty. Soup was flavorful – couldn’t help but get second servings. But prices are quite steep. Portions were also small. Service charge of 10% is also applied in the bill.

Very pleasing wonton noodles. The soups are all very smooth and tasty. Although the portions are on the small side, they are very delicious noodles that won’t dissapoint!
我點的是世家雲吞麵。
湯頭很有味道，滿滿的海鮮味，但喝到最後會覺得略鹹。麵身我很喜歡，略硬且Q的質感，沾上湯頭後顯得非常美味。雲吞大小適中，且滿滿的蝦肉讓人十分滿足。
這裡的雲吞麵其實很小碗，感到價格偏貴，美中不足的地方。

Miserable amount of wanton noodle. Average quality. The soup is so salty. There are much better dim sum around.

The restaurant does not serve alcohol. But you can bring in the beer you bought at the nearby 7-Eleven.
No up to the hype written about Mak Noodles ( Not sure about other outlets). Try out their top 2 signature noodles with shrimp dumplings. Nothing special to warrant second visit
The wontun noodle is really tasty, but the portion is quit small… still hungry after one dish.
