每道菜都很美味，最喜歡魚塘番茄菜苗，湯頭極好！服務勤快又熱心，是會再訪的優秀餐廳
半島酒店內的中餐廳，東西非常的精緻好吃，次點了沒吃過的西班牙紅蝦小籠包，一個一籠，紅蝦的鮮甜和香味，輕輕一咬之後就直衝口內，裡面的湯汁滿溢，真的太好吃了
質量不錯，連前菜小碟 (合桃)也做得一絲不苟！
環境舒適，菜色好！
Very nice service indeed. Dim Sum was good (not mind blowing, but certainly good). Went for lunch and prices were very fair for the portions you received. Tea selection was incredible. Service is certainly highlight here–spot on.

Great dim sum selections and all were prepared in traditional Cantonese style but with different kinds of premium ingredients. Black truffles, pork from Hungary, lobster from Sicily…… so special and MUST TRY.
Service is professional and attentive, I never had to refill my tea. (Basic but not many restaurant actually succeed to do so)
I’d love to comeback for dinner soon!
工作人員很有禮貌，味道也很完美。我午餐吃了點心。還有一門課程，但點菜是沒有問題的。由於菜單只有文字，如果不是很熟悉，可能不知道會出現什麼樣的東西。價格相當高，所以如果你有心情，你將很難支付。
總而言之，這是一家美味的餐廳。
我吃了據說是世界上最好吃的芒果布丁，好吃到忍不住笑了（笑）。
Crews are very kind and every dish is great. Little bit expensive, but really worth it.

食物的選擇是很好的，並且準備精美。服務對我們來說有點太努力了，所以氣氛不是很輕鬆。昂貴而不是非常好的物有所值，因為在香港可以以更少的錢輕鬆地生活。餐廳沒有窗戶，所以看不到風景。

Pretty good dim sum, but I was expecting more at this price. The BBQ pork crust is definitely not the best I had. The abalone tart is also relatively small comparing to other places. Only suprisingly good dish is the dessert, the date rice cake. Very soft and tasty. Service was excellent.

星級酒店內中菜，服務有水準，不過有少許照顧失誤，泡茶茶味清新，食品未試齊，叉燒和大蝦蒸腸吾錯，熱到及煙韌度都很好，蝦餃的口感很好，其他感覺一殷，特別一提，服務生送別客人笑容親切，還有洗手間內的服務員，有禮及服務很好，大致相評分都很好，有少少瑕疵。
中菜黎講食物一般般，
片皮雞都只係桌頭野，價錢貴
超水準.高尚格調清靜.值得去試。

One of the best dim sums in Hong Kong. Beef balls and shaolongbao are the must-haves.
It’s located on the 1F of Peninsula Hotel which is right in front of L3 exit of TST MTR.
If you want to try the core of dim sum, this place is it.
Worst mooncake of 2019!
The mooncake didn’t have an appetizing smell to start with. after microwaving it for 10 seconds, the room stunk. baffled with this pungent odour I took a bite and had to spit it out because it was that bad. the butter was really rancid and the filling didn’t taste right.
We had dim sum here. It’s good but not very impressive. There are other choices at the same price range which are better.
