The choice of food was good and beautifully prepared. Service was a bit too diligent for us and so the atmosphere was not very relaxed. Expensive and not very good value for money as it is possible to easy well in HK for a lot less. The restaurant has no windows so there is no view.

冬至一家團圓在嘉麟樓。
往日經濟好的時候,大時大節連訂枱都有困難。今時今日經濟沒有那麼好了,得到酒店主動打來邀請,老顧客的我們決定去嘉麟樓吃飯。
琥珀合桃:餐前最愛的小食。新鮮、香口,又不會太甜,永遠吃不膩的。
炸子雞:皮脆肉嫩,每次必點。
酸菜魚:隱藏餐單。因制作困難,所以不在節日供應。這道是特地要求做的,用上新鮮石斑片,粉絲入味,非常開胃。
蟹肉粉絲煲:這道味道較淡,粉絲炒至乾身,配上啖蟹肉,也很不錯。
梅菜豆腐菜心:健康清新之選。
乾清棗泥糕:大推!超濃的紅棗香味,不甜不膩。
燕窩蛋撻仔:一般般,坊間有其他蛋撻出色的店舖。
服務一如以往的一流,無可挑剔!

半島酒店向來是歷史悠久而且世界著名的甲級酒店,是日我男人便邀約我到此一同聚餐慶祝節日,正直中秋之際當然要品嚐中式菜餚,因而便揀選了嘉麟樓一嚐粵菜點心。
餐廳是以上海為主題的,入內可見其裝潢一致用上木系元素,再擺放有中式屏風、茶壺等作裝飾,配搭播放著老上海的音樂,整體設計讓人猶如置身於該城市之中。而且由於光顧當晚是中秋節,所以桌面上更貼心擺放有燈籠裝飾,讓顧客更能感受到節日氣氛。
餐前小食
餐前小食是餐廳富有名氣的核椰酥,外層包裹有糖漿,再灑上白芝麻點綴,賣相已甚為吸引。入口酥香爽脆,香甜滋味,而且絲毫不黏牙齒,愈咀嚼味道愈散發濃厚氣味。
紅蝦小籠包
小籠包是期間限定款式,其外皮色澤晶瑩剔透,薄身得隱約看見內餡,口感柔韌軟糯,而內裡湯汁紅通通的,分量飽滿豐富,溢滿口腔,配料用上地中海西西里紅蝦製作,味道濃郁鮮甜,滑溜香嫩。
春風得意鮮蝦腸粉
此款腸粉同樣是店內有名的點心,其外層皮薄柔軟,中層香脆鮮爽,內層放有蝦肉,蝦隻入口新鮮彈牙,清甜香嫩,數層配搭同食咀嚼令口感層次豐富。
鮮蝦燒賣
燒賣一籠三件,上桌時熱騰騰的,入口可嚐到餡料很是飽滿,肉質滑溜鮮美,富有肉香,而且每顆燒賣頂部均配搭上新鮮蝦肉,使整體更爽口彈牙,味道增添清甜鮮味。
匈牙利鬈毛豬叉燒包
叉燒包外層雪白薄身,口感鬆化柔軟,內餡用上來自匈牙利的鬈毛豬製作,肉質鮮香嫩滑,帶有淡淡肉味,醬料則有輕微偏鹹,但幸而仍是屬可接受範圍之內。
燕窩龍蝦湯龍蝦金魚餃
此道點心是店內的主打之一,師傅將其外型製作成金魚模樣,造型可愛精緻,很是適合用作打卡拍照。金魚餃餃皮厚薄適中,內層釀入龍蝦肉作餡料,整體口感煙韌彈牙,軟糯鮮嫩。其餘配料分別有白蘿蔔、燕窩,兩款食材均浸有龍蝦湯調味,因而色澤呈現橙紅,口感鮮味十足,鹹香入味,蘿蔔清香軟腍,燕窩爽滑香醇。
雪山黑椒和牛包
包點形狀呈現半圓,色澤米白帶黃,因外貌與雪山相似因而命名。外層麵包皮酥脆鮮香,內餡和牛肉質細嫩多汁,柔軟甘香,咀嚼時散發著濃郁的黑椒氣味。
飄香乾鮑荷葉飯
製作得色澤金黃的荷葉飯,頂部再配搭上一顆鮑魚,賣相矜貴美觀,同樣是款相機食先的菜餚。米飯製得火候十足,粒粒分明,富有口感,但可惜味道過於偏鹹。鮑魚則厚肉爽彈,香濃鮮甜。
雪燕陳皮桂花燉雪梨
清澈見底的糖水端上桌時已可聞到清香撲鼻,飲用時滋潤清甜,味道有著桂花芳香,雪梨亦燉得軟腍入味,是飯後用作解膩解鹹的滋補美顏佳品。
總結而言,餐廳裝潢優雅高貴,富有老上海的懷舊情調,菜餚賣相精緻美觀,用作打卡拍照亦很是適合,食物質素味道雖合乎預期,但部份醬料食材製作偏鹹,略有改善會進步。
Had a very relaxed dim sum lunch in this famous restaurant. Excellent service, good food. Cozy place, old style design, old songs were played.
Spent about HKD1400 for 2 persons. A bit expensive but the good service and good food worth it. Will try their set meals next time.
If you like Chinese tea should try their special tea. We tried 2 different ones HKD105/115 per person.
今午在半島酒店嘉麟樓吃了一頓很滿意的點心午餐。在古色古香和播放著舊歌的環境下進餐,兩位花了近$1400,雖然有點貴,但絕對物有所值。
要了$195 半份黑毛豬叉燒。上桌時的香味很吸引,味道也不錯。因為太廋了所以有點硬,下次要試試普通的义燒。
2件龍蝦金魚餃。做形很別緻,$98一件,味道不特別吸引,我下次會吃蝦餃。
XO醬炒蘿蔔糕$138,好吃。
2 件鮑魚撻,$78一件,好味道。
芋角$78,好吃。
忘記了點心的名字,腸粉內有蝦和油炸鬼$128,好味?。
帶子餃$82,味道偏甜,不太喜歡。
花膠竹笙灌湯餃$168一位,好味。
在特式茶款內選了兩款比較便宜的特式茶。茉莉銀針$105一位,茶很香。極品銀針白亳$115一位,淡淡的香味,入口很滑。侍應不停的幫我們加水冲茶,服務態度超好。喜歡中國茶的一定要試。
餐前小食蜜味合桃是免費的,味道也不錯。
下次會再來試試這兒的午市套餐。
