Average delivery. The taro triangle was hard and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while.
Delicious Cantonese dim sum and good service
we have wait for awhile for getting the tea which those come later than us already got the tea. it is a very bad starting. honestly, the quality and taste of food are both not as good as its fame. Not recommend and won’t go again. very disappointed. not interested to take photo too.

Not an ordinary priced restaurant but I feel the overall experience worth for every dollar I spend there. Dim sum are in top quality. I especially like the baked sago custard pudding 焗西米布甸。The restaurant used chestnuts instead of lotus seed which gave the dessert a lighter but more complex taste.
The restaurant was famous for their mooncakes. Interior decoration remained its original look few decades ago. Service was excellent and all staff were well trained and experienced. The dim sum set menu was costly, about $800 per person. After the lunch, there was no feeling of full. The quality was just average and a bit salty for me.
Delicious yum cha ! Service is great . The place is rather noisy .

Came for dinner and loved everything about it. I cannot recommend the tea pairing enough, each tea was incredible and we learned so much about them. Service is beyond fantastic.

More like 3.5 to 4. Dim sum were good but not impressive. The good part of it is that relative to other expensive dim sum places, they have traditional dim sum without all the fancy stuff (like adding abalone on Siu mai/egg tart). Service was fair but not great.

I tried the staycation set dinner, it is unexpectedly good!
The bbq pork is must try! It is so sweet and soft, just like melting in the mouth!
The fish broth is not so salty, it got the original fish flavor, very healthy option
The stir fried prawn with truffle sauce is very bouncy, with rich truffle flavor, yummy!
And the veggies mixed is very good too!
The signature fried rice is the best that I had, it got lots ingredients like scallops, bbq pork, Sakura shrimps, shrimps.. etc, the fried rice isn’t so oily but with rich flavor.
The mango sweet soup is so refreshing and the cookies are very crispy. We had a great time!
This is THE BEST Cantonese treasure in TST, if not ALL of HK. Décor, food and service is impeccable. Best place to bring international visitors ( sigh ? one day) …

因為呢段時間實在遇到太多唔開心嘅事情，趁住今日放假，去食返餐好嘅令自己開心啲?一直都好想去半島酒店飲茶，呢間以一流粵菜佳餚及點心見稱而奪米芝蓮餐廳，以懷舊復古室內設計，裝修以古典風格柚木地板，配以東方地氈同埋彩色嘅玻璃，期間播放上海歌曲，有著20年代老上海的調調，充滿懷舊奢華，置身其中，感受到的是香港他處難尋的雍容華貴?茗茶櫃檯提供幾十種茶葉，座位附近亦都展示古董品茶器皿，賞心悅目??

一打開食譜見到呢個名，好想試試，因為天龍軒同埋龍璽都係叫冰燒三層肉，上台後，數一數，真係有一二三四五層肉㗎！而且燒肉外皮好脆?

棗味濃郁，甜度適中， 中間夾住椰汁層椰味香，煙煙銀銀，有水準?
食物中上，外觀精美，材料新鮮，可惜油膩感稍重，食唔到幾多。
