Food is decently good with some hits and misses. Service could be improved especially with customers not eating abalone, sharks fins and roast pig.
Do not expect this restaurant to obtain their 1 star rating with service like this.

A Michelin Star restaurant with excellent food, service and a great view – No surprises there. The only surprise is the price is more reasonable than you’d think for such a complete dining experience.
I did not pay by myself so don’t know price, it seems expensive. However very delicious and good atmosphere. Staff service is also very good. If you care your important person, here is recommendable.
Very nice Chinese Food Restaurant. Has good food and very nice view of Hong Kong. Highly recommended to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant.
Made a reservation but had to wait for 15 mins before is given a table. Reception told us the table number and had to walk in ourselves. Ask one of the staff where is table 133 (our table) and he was like “wtf”. He walked away and helped his colleague to place foods on another table. Plates on the table is dirty. The price mismatch the quality of the foods as well as the hygiene. Pretty bad experience from start to end.
The most delicious of all is the fish menu. Please don’t miss
The restaurant manager was deceptive, typical unscrupulous and dishonest. They charged a whooping US$420 for a snapper with crispy rice. When confronted, the manager brazenly denied his behavior, faking an ignorant face!
Tourists and business people alike, watch out and try to avoid this, if you can! Zero Star but one has to be selected for publishing this comment
經理不老实，沒有說明蟹和龍虾多少錢一両便落单，結果 澳洲2斤半龙虾两味是3200元港幣，做法是龍蝦肉蒸蛋 ,虾头做伊麵。一隻星加坡胡椒炒蟹是1200元港幣， 味道不是很差，但絕对不值這個價錢! 另外，咕嚕肉太酸， 鹽焗雞得个鹹字……只有幾味招牌菜還可以… 其他菜色很一般……不推介……

食物水準還可以，但份量小得驚人，叫了一客蟹肉涼瓜炒蛋，落單前再三確定是鮮拆蟹肉，點知到時竟然食不出有蟹肉，而且份量只你薄薄一片，有欺騙顧客之嫌。最後話送糖水，點知埋單時要收費。質詢後經理話佢地只送紅、綠豆沙。吃完超激氣，以後不會再光顧。

The environment is great, service is good, and the dim sum are all in high quality standards. Even though the dim sum and views are so good, but the price of food is reasonable.
Authentic Hong Kong dimsum restaurant with the Victoria Harbor view when your table is right by the window. Not recommended to get window seat in the summer as it could get hot even with full blast AC

認識這間酒樓是2012年在新加坡的金沙, 覺得味道不錯, 然後有次想去銅鑼灣假日酒店的中式酒樓, 結果已結業, 由御寳軒接手, 將錯就錯, 覺得味道不錯, 價錢合理。與它的新加坡藉部長吹水, 才知道北京道1號也有分店, 去過幾次, 水準保持, 唔知現在是一星或是兩星。
這個食肆地方環境雖然唔錯,但係偏遠咗些少,如果行動唔方便老人家去吃飯比較麻煩有待改進

Classy restaurant with superb view and food. The food was very well prepared that stood out from similar restaurants in the area. The signature dish of suckling pig stuffed with sticky rice was exquisite and tasty, befitting its Michelin star rating, thankfully it could be ordered in small portions for tasting. The tables by the wide windows offered superb view of Victoria Harbour, recommend to reserve in advance, or come early. Service was impeccable and prices very reasonable for the location and star rating, highly recommended.
