Used to be one of my favourite Sichuan cuisine restaurants in Hong Kong, but unfortunately since the renovation in summer 2018, it has completely changed. Interior and food presentation has improved in some degree, but other than that, the people, the taste, portion of dishes, quality of service, and price has got worse I must say. I believe many customers of the old days’ Man Jiang Hong are feeling the same…
If You like Sichuan spicy food , this is a good place. the interior furniture classic Chinese wood style is very nice. Good service.

麻婆豆腐，少啲辣，豆腐完整得嚟都夠滑，啲肉碎幾大粒。
口水雞，雞身滑同緊緻，辣味都有啲層次，不錯。
辣子雞都幾香口，又唔過油
不錯的選擇，口水雞?不太辣但?太老，有點韌，樟茶鴨很好吃，很有誠意，推薦哦 …

Very nice Sichuan (四川) food. I went with my Japanese and.Chinese friends for dinner. We ordered hot pot and also typical dishes like Watery Chicken (口水雞), MaPo Toufu (麻婆豆腐), etc, which are very authentic in taste. The.ingredients of hot pot are very freah and tasty. Service is very good too.
店長也很友善，能聽懂一些日語。
主菜是四川特有的極辣菜，吃得滿頭大汗。
麻婆豆腐好吃

今天跟好友相聚，朋友特別喜歡吃辣的食物，雖然我不太喜好吃辣的，但決定陪君一辣。
餐廳位於尖沙咀鬧市區，位置十分方便。餐廳門口有一個紅色的大牌匾，非常搶眼一定不會找不到。
餐廳內擁有中國古色古香的感覺，經過店員細心的介紹後，我們決定來一晚刺激吃辣的晚上。
先點了夫妻肺片及蒜泥白肉，頭盤來說份量十分充足。
主菜點了干鍋牛肉粒和馳名醬茶鴨，牛肉粒用火盆燃點着，熱辣辣的感覺加上辣椒的味道，非常刺激。馳名醬茶鴨外脆內軟，更配上饅頭作伴碟，非常有趣。
最後點了三個麵食，都十分正宗的感覺。
整體上，環境和味道非常出色，價錢亦不算十分貴，性價比高，下次必定再試。
午市套餐都幾多選擇，價錢唔算貴又坐得舒舒服服！食物份量唔少，夠曬麻辣幾過癮！不過紅油抄手冇饀就差D⋯
調味不錯，就是食材質量不太好，所以整體菜品有點差強人意。推薦。食材的不足被菜品的調料和地段所彌補。有日語菜單，可以放心。

食物味道還可以，但服務態度差，結帳時多收沒有點的酒精飲品及臨時取消網上預訂的九折優惠，還說他們有權隨時取消！大家一定要仔細檢查單懅！強烈建議不要幫襯此食店！！
水煮桂花魚$298 辣味好足夠！食得好過引，魚大概有半條左右。
麻辣豬耳$58 不過不失
喺大陸就食得多,賣相及分量都比較好, 但味道不相伯仲。
出品及服務很高水平，會介紹朋友惠顧。

我點了一套麻婆豆腐。
配有麻婆豆腐、米飯、蔬菜和湯。
麻婆豆腐的辣味和調味料完美平衡，我認為是香港最好吃的。

最近去尖沙咀滿缸红，真是一大驚喜，米芝蓮大財團新接手個多月，衛生和環境非常好，比起上一手有好大改善，調教川味和口水汁的大厨，是聘請四川大㕑坐陣，的確有水準，價錢也相宜，食家一定要試試……
Decent but not impressive, but with friendly service. The Sichuan hot pot was extremely salty and the cuttlefish tasted slightly fishy.

太辣了，所以我推薦溫和的。
食物四星。男服務員，十分有禮。小插曲，可能 因為我們未諗定，就叫店員落單，感覺她有點不耐煩。其實，我們不是未諗定，而是想查詢食物種類，只是查詢時，問了些較笨的問題。 長話短說，她說，酸菜魚不辣，但其實是辣的。
食品可口、價格合理、可以再考慮品嘗其它
Funnily I discovered this joint through some Koreans and Japanese because this is their favourite Sichuan joint.
Located on Granville Road, the restaurant is on two floors.
Near the entrance, they have sauces and condiments for the hotpot so you can check out the Sichuan peppercorns!
During dinner you can choose main dishes from the menu or opt for the hotpot.
As I was craving for pickled vegetable and fish lately, had it here.
It was quite a big portion and it was loaded with fish, pickled vegetables and oyster mushrooms.
It was quite good but the fish was a bit bony and slightly fishy which I didn’t expect.
Finished with the gastrodia fish soup which was comforting with a strong herb taste.

美味的食物……有點貴……適合那些喜歡辛辣食物的人。很多菜餚可供選擇。如果有點急躁，服務很好。沒有漫長的等待時間。部分大。許多冷菜，還有甜點和多種茶。典型的川菜。只推薦。
Simple restaurant but with very good sichuaneese cuisine. My deep fried chicken with bones, dry chilly and sichuaneese pepper, was so delicious.

這是一個吃飯的好地方。我不推薦給外國人，味道很濃。為一頓你不喜歡的飯菜花那麼多錢是不值得的。但如果他們來自亞洲，他們一定會喜歡它?
