Nice place, some of the tables even hv a good sea view. Staffs are okay, HK typical staffs, polite but not counted as friendly.
Food are nice too, must try the famous chicken rice and the Indian flat bread. But avoid one of their signature dishes, the fried turnip cake, it is salty af.
View is good, food is average, waiters response are slow
expensive and the staff threw the chicken rice to me!!!

The Hoi nam chicken is boneless, very tender and moist. Together with three different sauces, simply yummy! The chicken soup is very rich and the rice is full of flavor. Love it!
比上次好吃,但waiter就沒有招呼了!人已經不多了!这裡價錢也可以!

又到聖誕,又到聖誕!
海港城商場做推廣,購物消費後送餐飲優惠券,老細送了3張優惠劵給我,到指定餐廳食滿$100可用1張$50優惠劵 (半價?)。剛好約了妹妹在尖沙咀吃飯,她喜歡肉骨茶和沙嗲串燒,search 一吓南海少爺可以用?。
大約晚上8點到達,不用等位直接入座,餐廳安排了我們坐在落地大玻璃窗附近 (好靚的夜景),看看餐牌有一個2人套餐$338,有沙嗲串燒?、炸蝦棗?、炸腐皮卷?、海南雞?、肉骨茶?和菜?,就點這個套餐吧!
總括: 上菜速度快,環境裝潢和衛生很好,服務都ok, 在食物方面會推介沙嗲串燒 (燒得剛剛好,表面有微焦,有肉汁,肉質有小許咬口,沾上香濃的醬汁更美味) 和推介海南雞 (就是招牌菜),2位女士份量剛剛好,如果男士就可以加個飯或麵食了。
在疫情期間來了兩次, 兩次食的食物有相同的, 亦有不一樣的, 第一次來是在17 Feb. 三個人食晚飯, 店方特定選出幾款菜式以特別經濟的價位作招徠, 我們要了鹵水拼盤$38(感謝節咁話), 食過兩次價錢一樣, 但第一次明顯見到有豬手的肉, 而第二次則相當稀有地被蓋住了, 鹵水味道一般唔會太咸, 海南雞食過兩次,第一次稍為遜色, 第二次則出色好多(雞肉嫩滑)了, 馬來西亞肉骨茶一份$128 份量也算足夠四個人吃的, 比起兩年多前在深水埗某專門店吃過的, 這裡的相對夠份量, 因為這裡的一個煲內配料也不少, 至於味道本人並非十分鍾情這料理, 是否跟足傳統無法辨識, 只能用最普通人嘅眼光去評估, 份量同價格是對等吧! 椰香海鮮喇沙$98 有點貴, 盡管是有蝦,魷魚圈, 魚片, 荳卜, 半只溫泉蛋, 沙嗲串燒六串$82 以豬最好食,其次是雞, 最後是牛, 因為牛肉被醃料昇華至另一層次, 第二次來時試埋另一個感謝優惠:明爐黑椒浸烏頭$68 以價錢來說都沒什麼可以投訴了, 唯一可能係燃料火力太細, 少少氣泡都沒有升上來,蠔餅只是一般, 酥餅是預期之內的油膩配咖哩汁食係絕配, 但一定要夠人数才能叫, 網炸春卷你所食過的同類食物中最差勁的一品, 內裡甚至吃不到蝦膠, 只是一層又一層的炸網, 希望他們能夠買些有水準的貨供給客人吧!
兩次光顧結果, 總體服務表演沒有令人失望, 這裡比較特別的是用上荔枝紅茶, 而非普耳飲茶同時感受陣陣荔枝香氣, 所以$8/位茶算是值得的吧! 菜式有改善空間,但大部份都是令人吃得暢快,

美味的海南雞飯和肉骨茶。
One of my go to places in Hong Kong. Located within Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui. Great view across the harbour if you managed to sit by the window. Food comes out quickly and staff are friendly.
Very tasty Seafood Laksa. Recommended.?? …

點餐後15分鐘後才告知點的喇沙沽清了。不過晚上8時許入座來說也是可理解。侍應忙於處理外賣也是可以理解,但態度還有可改善空間。
It’s been a while since I have been to Hainan Shaoye.
The restaurant has improved the decor and the menu has changed.
Started with the coconut milk , cane sugar and grass jelly drink which was sweet and refreshing on a miserable rainy day.
Tried the new prawn balls which were springy.
I liked the prawn to pork ratio as there was more prawn giving it a delicate taste.
They can be ordered in 3s or 6s.
Next was the classic Turnip cake in sambal Soy Sauce.
Each cube was evenly flavoured.
For mains, had the laksa and chicken.
My friend from Singapore said it was really close to the laksa there.
The Hainan chicken I had was flawless because I love white meat and and it was skinless.
It came with quinoa rice which was healthy as well and suitable for people cutting on starch.
Finished with the pandan chiffon cake and layered cake which was the perfect ending.
Hopefully they will have more desserts like before as they had pandan silky tofu pudding which was quite unique.
The food taste pretty good, authentic Singapore/ Malaysian food. But service needs some improvement.
疫下很少出外吃飯,在家太耐,今日出來唞唞氣。第一次來海南少爺,感覺不錯。店內面積有限,但坐位仍保持距離,不會感覺太擠迫,而當中有三張枱貼住海景窗,感恩可以坐到窗邊,欣賞美好的天氣。坐下馬上奉上一壺帶有花香的荔枝茶,非常特別,即使要收茶錢每位$8元,亦算值得。
這次點了海南雞飯拼椰香鮮叻沙及炒貴刁午市套餐。 叻沙湯底香濃, 粉亦美味,中間的蝦及溏心蛋也非常的不錯。喜歡香口臘腸的就應會愛上香口美味的炒貴刁,炒貴刁雖然比較油膩,但炒得香濃, 非常惹味。吃星馬菜怎能少得海南雞?招牌海南雞已去骨,啖啖肉唔會太肥,雞肉嫩滑又有雞味,沾上三種不同的醬汁食,十分滋味。油飯飯粒粒粒分明又唔覺油膩,香氣更盛,其實這裡的出品也非常不錯,一點不失禮。惟一不理想,就是杯咖啡,未能完滿。
