金不換餐廳在海港城已很久，他們的咖哩蟹很好味，咖哩汁很惹味，必吃之選。
今天點了燒豬頸肉，肥美多汁，很大碟，份量足，配上酸菜吃一流。
豬肉生菜包，一般。
炒貴刁很好，配上新鮮青檸，酸甜很開胃。
服務一如以往的好。
This Thai restaurant has been in Harbour City for a long time. Their curry crab is delicious and the curry sauce is very tangy, a must-eat.
I ordered the roasted pork neck today. It was plump and juicy, a large plate, and a generous portion. It was excellent with pickle.
Pork lettuce wraps, average.
Stir-fried thai noodles are very good, with fresh lime, sour and sweet very appetizing.
The service is as good as ever.

次次食泰國嘢烏頭都係揀明爐，今次試吓呢個鹽燒烏頭，拎走左塊鹽燒魚皮之後，烏頭肉熟到啱啱好，魚肉都算鮮甜?

大大碟上枱，唔係得嗰幾舊，而且燒得啱啱好，唔會over cook，肥瘦適中，口感唔會太鹹，配埋個辣辣地嘅醬汁，更加惹味醒胃?

椰菜苗略嫌有啲苦，下次都係叫返炒通菜☹️

這菜館地方寬鬆, 職員有禮. 食物欵色很多特別是菠蘿焗飯, 材料新鮮配料很多好好食, 泰式鳳爪不救酸但是都爽脆. 甜品最正千層椰汁糯米糕我志愛好正呀！, 為壹是食物價錢好貴.

Food was okay, price was so expensive, if I don’t have the harbour city coupon, it will be a rip off.
If you would like to dine there, I would recommend the appetiser platter. Their shrimp cake was very nice ?
Given we didn’t eat much, I would just give four stars here.
蛋網海鮮炒金邊粉好有特色，廚房好有心機去做好每一道菜式，價格就比較貴。

所以又是時候發掘一下有什麼餐廳可以吃。
雖然餐廳不算少，但在繁忙的星期六想找間不用等位就很有難度。
金不換泰國餐廳 – 是在海港城較悠久的餐廳﹐還能看到海景。
✦ 蛋網海鮮炒金邊粉 ($188) –
和餐牌上的圖片看起來不一樣，就那”蛋網”實際並沒有很密。
炒金邊粉可以說是泰國菜中，我最喜歡吃之一。
甜甜的金邊粉，吃時加點青檸酸酸的更滋味，不過海鮮差了些 …
特別那蟹柳很色素的樣子，幸好還有彈牙的蝦和魚。
✦ 椰芯紅咖喱 ($188) – 可選雞、牛、豬。
我們選了雞，應該是雞髀肉來？很嫩滑，份量亦頗多。
咖喱味中帶椰香的甜，有點濃稠，用來配金邊粉吃也不錯。
✦ 蝦膏炒通菜 ($88) – 聞起來有很香的蝦膏味，
但吃落比想像中啖味，好像欠缺了些火候？

因為有優惠卷又不用等位(2個人很快安排到座位)可以考慮下。
正價的話略貴且尖沙咀應該有更好吃的泰國餐廳。
Good Thai restaurant in a convenient location of Harbor City mall. Went here for dinner on a Sunday night, and its very crowded (suggest to make a reservation or arrive early to get a token to be seated). They accept HC vouchers which make it all the more worth it.
Great variety of authentic Thai dishes with good quality ingredients. Spice level is adjusted according to your request well.
Ordered the papaya salad, green chicken curry, prawn and fish cake platter, spicy basil minced pork, and mango sticky rice for dessert. All the dishes were great, the curry and minced pork stood out the most for me.
This restaurant is within the ocean terminal area and very easy to get to. No bookings are allowed. You will only be allocated seats once everyone has arrived. So would suggest you go early. Seating time allowed is around 80-90 mins.
The food is tasty and it arrives pretty quickly. It taste fresh. Pricing is on the expensive side. However with harbour city coupon, it is worth it. Service is ok and nothing to wow about.

A Thai restaurant but the layout and lack of spacing makes the place extremely noisy, like typical Chinese restaurants.
After spending $500 per head here, they charged us $2 for each take out BAG we needed (this is on top of the paid boxes).
