Authentic Indian cuisine. Very delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
50年印度菜館,環境舒適適合朋友聊天聚會。
餐牌食物種類不少,除了肉類燒烤和各種咖哩之外,更有整整一版素食和幾款印度化中菜選擇。
很想吃Manchurian dumpling可是服務員說裡面有青豆,過敏沒辦法吃了唉。
食物份量感覺比重慶大廈的份量多,味道也不錯—燒烤拼盤不會燒的太乾又有香味;幾款素食(茄子,扁豆和菠菜芝士)香料味滿滿且不會太油;
可惜幾款烤餅相對之下就比較失色,太乾太硬了;
飲品方面mango lessi真是非常出色,芒果味滿滿真才實料且不過甜,只是有點小杯;mesala tea香料味道不足也不夠滑,可以不點;
服務要給五個星,有求必應上菜又快,加水也很頻;
只是價錢稍微有點太貴:三個人消費$1205大元。

Absolutely amazing food and overall vibe in the restaurant. The recent renovation gives it an elevated elegance and is a fitting outlook for the quality of the food. Specially recommend the avocado mango dahi puris which were insanely aesthetic and just popped in your mouth. Great food, great service, great experience!

Taco Time 印度夾餅
(Kerala spiced Crabmeat 蟹肉餡料) $138
必水推介,蟹肉餡料與黃色的醬汁非常合拍,十分滋味。
Guava Gol Gappas 酥炸麵餅配番石榴汁 $98
非常有新意的組合,吃法是把番石榴汁倒進麵餅內,然後一口吃之,酸酸甜甜,亦脆亦軟口層雙層次,味道唔錯,值得一試。
Lamb Seekh 串燒羊肉卷 $88
免治羊肉混在豐富的香料中,完全沒有羊肉的臊味,味道另類,是熟悉的味道。
Tandoori Jumbo Prawns 烤珍寶大蝦 $278
大蝦新鮮,不過吃過不少了冇咩特別,而且限於規例無法炭燒,個人認為欠缺一點風味。

今日同朋友嚟到呢間印度餐廳,裝修好靚 ,仲有outdoor 位置,而且有印度歌手駐唱好有氣氛呀!?而且聽店員講呢間印度餐廳已經擁有50年歷史真系歷史悠久! …
GAYLORD開業至今已經有五十年歷史,期間一度搬遷至現時位於太子集團中心的舖位,人氣依然有增無減,朋友更譽之為全港最佳的印度餐廳。
食物質素固然令人喜出望外,而環境方面亦相比其他印度餐廳更加整潔乾淨。
入座後會先免費送上兩款印度薄脆,原味輕薄鬆脆並簡單以鹽及胡椒粉調味,可以蘸上薄荷醬微酸清新。另一款則加上洋蔥及芫荽,更加惹味。
Truffle Butter Chicken ($218) 為傳統印度菜奶咖喱雞(Butter Chicken)加添新意更是錦上添花,松露油馥郁香濃而奶油令整體更加醇厚豐腴,雞肉雖然可再更加入味但肉質嫩滑無比。
Kerala Spiced Crabmeat Taco Time ($138) 印度夾餅分別有蟹肉或芝士兩款餡料選擇,薄餅質感柔軟並帶彈性,蟹肉鮮味十足配以洋蔥及芫荽微辣惹味。
Chicken Tikka ($148) 除了加入多種香料之外更用上乳酪醃製,所以經炭燒後肉質依然能夠保持嫩滑,邊位焦脆並帶陣陣燒烤香氣。
餐牌上更有數款前所未見的中式印度菜,據稱於250年前由中國人帶到印度,其中一款 Prawn in Hot Garlic Sauce ($168) 蝦肉肉質爽彈鮮美,醬汁酸辣有致並帶濃烈炸蒜香,中印融合而不失各自韻味,相得益彰。
Garlic Naan ($40) 烤餅質感鬆軟柔韌並帶彈性,蒜油鹹香濃郁,不論單獨品嘗抑或是配以咖喱或其他醬汁同樣天衣無縫。
Lassi ($65) 分別有芒果、玫瑰、甜及鹹四款口味,口感細滑而芒果加上乳酪酸甜清爽。
Virgin colada ($65) 主要以菠蘿汁、檸檬汁及椰奶調配而成,菠蘿與椰子味道濃郁平衡。

The hospitality and the friendliness of the staff is incredibly amazing. They are so friendly. The food is tasty however truffles for me are not really necessary in Indian dishes. It is a more fancy place.

今日朋友話帶我食米芝蓮餐廳?滿心期待?原來係印度菜,其實我甚少食印度菜?不過,我食完呢餐飯後完全改觀,原來印度菜都可以好好食?。呢間印度餐廳原來有50年歷史咁耐,我都未出世?。餐廳環境好舒服,餐具都特別精緻,而且食物款式選擇好多,有些菜式我完全未食過,鍾意食印度菜嘅朋友可以一試。

蕃茄味好濃郁,酸酸甜甜,有薄荷葉同印度香料的味道,好香濃!
♡酥炸麵餅配薄荷汁
街頭小食,賣相精緻。麵餅好薄脆,放咗薯仔粒同扁豆,再倒入薄荷汁一齊食,別有一番風味!
♡印度蟹肉夾餅
蟹肉好足料、好鮮甜,夾餅烤得好香脆,配搭洋蔥同醬汁,味道好夾。
♡松露芝士烤餅
烤餅好煙靭,表面好多黑松露相當足料,配芝士軟心好夾。
♡炭燒鮫魚
燒得金黃色,肉質結實,咬落有口感。

已拆殼方便進食?蝦肉彈牙爽口,咖哩汁好濃厚。

Best Indian restaurant in Hongkong! From traditional dishes such as dai puri, pani puri, roghan josh, to more modern twists such as truffle n cheese naan.. everything that comes out of their kitchen is bursting with flavour and just done with lots of heart.
Amazing service.. no wonder they have been around for 50 years!
This is the second time I came here. Very comfortable seating and atmosphere. They have both indoor And outdoor seating. Food is really good. They have an executive lunch menu which is quite value for money. This time we try the curry fish and the lamb, both are delicious. Will definitely come again.

印度餐平時就唔係好多食,因為覺得好辣,不過今次有朋友介紹一間唔係淨係得辣嘢嘅印度餐廳,就係尖沙咀開咗成50年,我真係無留意過?而且仲拎過米芝蓮,一入到去就感受到印度嘅風情,環境好優美仲有平台露天位可以坐出出面食野好CHILL?
一坐低就有印度前菜薄脆片加上綠色特醬,小食方面叫左酥炸洋蔥圈,洋蔥圈係剪碎左好多條既外層酥脆,內裡甜而不膩。精選什錦燒烤包含了各種肉類和海鮮,味道豐富多樣。南印度烤帶子拌茄子菠蘿果醬係一道清新可口的開胃菜味道幾特別,我幾鐘意依個口味?
雞柳香料炒飯的米飯,一黎到係用薄餅包住幾特別,吉開佢之後就聞到抄飯香口感嚼勁,配上香料的調味更加美味。煙燻三文魚的味道很好且不會太乾?,配上香草味道夠出。松露奶油咖哩雞柳?口感好豐富、風味十足的主菜,通過印度菜肉類多數偏”鞋”身,依個雞柳相對夠”林”。免治羊肉?餡餅則是外皮香脆、內裡多汁美味,但羊味反而依個唔係好出,可能因為食左太多唔同香料口味,整體黎講都無想像中咁濃烈,真心好食過以前食過既印度菜好多。
飲品方面,我叫左一杯蘋果汁同一杯cocktails tamarind margarita?。這款margarita有淡淡的甜味和微辣口感,非常開胃。
服務都非常好,不過最好預約因為都見佢幾爆下。

My friends and I had the opportunity to try our Gaylord Restaurant this week. It was highly recommended by many and we were not disappointed. Harshil and Rashid took very good care of us and paired out delicious food with good service. I was impressed with every dish and our favorite were the crab taco and the truffle sauce butter chicken. If you are in Hong Kong, even if it’s a short visit, I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

一開始先有特色小食,係一啲印度脆餅,好香口的。
蟹肉印度夾餅Taco係必食推介,Taco搭咗好多餡,蟹肉撈咗紅椒洋蔥同埋各種香料,味道好豐富。
圓波波嘅係牛油果芒果伴脆麵餅,酸酸甜甜好開胃。
Truffle butter chicken 味道偏甜少少,松露香味都幾突出,雞肉大大件啖啖肉,啱晒食肉獸!
烤珍寶大蝦又係好好味,蝦肉口感結實,用咗乳酪同香料調味,好香好惹味。
最後仲食咗chicken tikka masala,味道唔會好辣,帶少少甜味,配埋印度烤餅Naan食啱哂~
今晚飲咗50周年Anniveray special cocktail,賣相一流,酒味唔錯,啱晒女仔。
Indian food full of lamb after a long time makes you relish it even more. Quite nice place in the heart of the city with indoor and outdoor views.

Excellent service with such nice ambience. We sat inside (in this heat you can’t really sit outside) but the outside area looks lovely and comfortable for the cooler months. Lunch was delicious and the mango lassi was out of this world.
