Very good and fairly priced Cantonese food, with a great view of Victoria Harbour. There’s an audio show to accompany the harbour light show at 8pm.
中高檔路線，服務及格，裝修實而不華，座位舒適，點心小菜款式選擇多。
Expensive for the food, plus there’s a table charge for tea and a side dish. We went at lunch. The food was above average, but not something so delicious I’d want to go back for. Service was okay.
有接駁公車接送、行李託管，房內設施可愛，且具有主題性，電視節目也是可愛到不行！好適合情侶約會、求婚、家庭旅遊，希望有機會我還能去造訪這個有美夢編織的酒店。
中午吃港式點心,4個人吃了約900元,不算便宜,東西還可以,裝潢服務皆可.
有會說日語的工作人員，非常好用！

Summary: Long wait for the food, very little food, lottery in how much food you get, and expensive.
We were three people all very hungry looking for a restaurant when we went into Prince. There was food for 1000 dollars, but also food for 140 ish, so we decided to eat there. I ordered pan fried sea bass, one of my friends ordered ribs and the other some sort of fried rice with shrimp. We were concerned about the amount of food so we asked and the waitress assured us it was a good amount of food. When we placed our orders it took around 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive and we didn’t get it at the same time. I got a 5×5 cm piece of fried sea bass and nothing more, no vegetables, not rice, nothing. The only sizeable amount of food was the fried rice, which was 138 on the menu, but 168 on the receipt. We ordered McDonald’s afterwards.

Good quality food with friendly services, no fancy dishes but authenic cantonese cuisine with fresh ingredients, will definitely come back again !
Nothing special. Just a location. Overpriced. Food is not bad but not impressive. Duck was Ok. Spend your money and time somewhere else. Mott 32 or just go to Chrystal Jade.

你點菜，先出來的是熱帶水果和辣椒油醬，搞笑的是後來才加到總數上。如果加了金額，至少你要讓我知道，但是沒有這個字眼。如果你加醬汁，價格會上漲更多。一碗醬汁少3000韓元？大約。香港有這種文化嗎？我想，但沒有其他餐廳以這種方式收取“一個地方”的費用。水果價值、醬汁價值×2只=一份菜單的成本。我認為它出來了一點點超過一百萬韓元。我傻眼了
太貴了。我寧願去海港城的點心店。那裡的價格合理而且美味。王子餐廳太爛了，別去。
This restaurant is supposed to have 1 michellin star, but I really cant understand how? Yes food taste good and they offer some rare fishes and so. But the service is poor, they spill tea over your table and they dont recommend what goes with what. Wouldnt come back, it feels dated and the love for food and customer experience is not here anymore.
The taste is fine but it is not enough.

星期天來吃午飯。週日從 10:00 開始營業，其他日子從 11:00 開始營業。不過除了點心，好像11:30以後就沒有廚師了。我別無選擇，只能點心然後回家。除餐費外，茶費每人15港元，另加10%服務費。

Volume: I ordered a course. Each dishes were small, but finally felt full.
Service: above average, but not reached satisfied. Table was located at narrow corridor. cannot enjoy exclusive ttime. Chatting of waitresses were very loud.

The location is perfect, especially if you get an outside table, the view of 1881 Heritage is yours. The food is authentic and the potion is generous. BUT, I can tell the service is poor. They will stand watching you while you put the tip on the bill. I paid 18% tip for one-hour meal, but the waitress looked very unhappy and rather rude. 18% tip is too small in HK?? In the US, 18% is okay for dinner.
店內的氣氛是現代中國風。菜單上也有日語，好像很多日本遊客都會用。這次點的東西都不錯，推薦北京烤鴨。福山雅治、中井雅弘等名人都曾光顧過這家餐廳，入口處掛著招牌。位置也在鬧市區中心，位置極佳。
