Delicious fancy Vietnamese-HK fusion restaurant. On the pricey end of spectrum, but well worth it. The crispy chicken and curry beef brisket are must haves.

A superwoman entrepreneur hosted a business lunch here on September 27, 2018. A set lunch for four persons (under HK$700) was great value for money. Apart from side and main dishes, I liked its dessert which could be ordered individually – and even the packaging for takeaway looked different!
Restaurant with very dissepointing food and poor service
Came here for dinner, had the Vietnamese egg rolls, sugar cane shrimp, stir fried okra with truffles, lemongrass pork chop, fried squabs, pineapple fried rice and stir fried vermicelli with crabmeat. All were good except egg rolls. Service was also really good, the okra dish was complementary.

Amazing food apparently more than 30 years of history speaks for itself.
Disappointing, to say the least. Ever visit again ? Doubted very much indeed. For the price tag, the owner really needs to think it over before it will be closed down soon.

the curry is not curry, the stewed rice from.ho chi ming not so good to the price, the coconut drink empty without coconut juice ie used one to cheat the customers., tge so called roasted chicken has no authenic chick taste, the skin not brisky all in all.not worth the high n unreasonable price. no more next time .the price too high. better try the small neighbour one. byebye it is not worth, outdated n the waiters r rude n not hygenic, they transfered the flowers pots bare hands, after that they used the same hands to deliver the food to customers without washing hands,so they r below the standard n not professional .!!!!!!! think first before to try this rubbish vietnsmese restaurant,!!!!
菜單裡卻沒幾項越菜的越南餐廳。定價過高，卻又沒有相對的水準。二人7百多元離場還吃不飽。

Not your typical Vietnam restaurant. High quality ingredients, the beef cubes were very tender and flavorful, the deep fried soft shell crab, delicious and not oily. Only one type of Pho, beef, but very good. Excellent air conditioning!

Great experience at the renowned French Vietnamese restaurant. Food was no doubt great but the price itself is not so welcoming. Overall still a great experience’
出品不錯，吃了幾個餸都有水準，主要的食物夠熱及味道都好，尤其個乳鴿非常入味，不需要加配料都好好味，有空都會帶家人去品嚐。

This is one of the oldest (& highest class) Vietnamese restaurants in HK, first opening its door 3 decades ago. To be honest the cooking isn’t very authentic but generally well prepared & tasty. Service is also very good, especially so for a Vietnamese restaurant.
Food here is always good. Eel, curry and the roasted chicken….best you can find. However, it is a HK style Vietnamese restaurant….and you don’t come here just for a pho.

食物有水準服務一向之細心
Food was just okay. They were not able to give me anything that I ordered from the menu. I asked for their pigeon and they said sorry no pigeon today. I asked for pudding and they said sorry not pudding today. I asked for sugar and they said sorry no sugar cane today. All in all it was an okay experience. My tip to golden bull is to please stalk up your fridges thanks.

已經愛上了這地方，那種有經歷，歷念的菜式，氣氛和團隊。
老實說，一開始我進去餐廳，心想這裡的食物應該就還好吧。

海皇龍蝦湯，濃郁料多，咸度剛好。

蜜汁燒鱔，驚喜的好吃，燒得微脆，內裡的魚油一咬爆出，魚肉保持嫩鮮

大菇配帶子，半熟的帶子，黏糯甜滑。大菇多汁，就賣相可以再美一點就更好

另一道驚喜，是老闆娘推薦的。本以為是蝦跟香蕉同煮，原來是分開的。但這沙律醬大蝦淨食已經很好，但配上炸香蕉，我就沒出聲了，就默默一直吃比清碟，你吃過就知道那個配是怎樣回事

這雞烤得香口，南乳汁也香，只是雞肉一點點的乾。另外很喜歡墊底的金針菜，是越南的做法嗎？

最後加的蟹肉炒米粉也是出色的一道，炒得乾身，味道剛好，好吃。油小一點點更好

Great food n service!!
「燒鱔」這道菜是最為推薦的，鱔魚肉被燒得外脆內軟，肉質嫩滑，調味酸甜，非常開胃！
「香茅牛肉撈檬」這亦是另一道很開胃的菜式。撈檬的越式醬汁本身就是酸酸甜甜，再加上清新的青瓜絲、生菜絲、花生粒， 加上香茅牛肉和炸蒜，跟檬粉混在一起拌吃，非常開胃。
「鴨肉蝦片」這個是朋友介紹的我卻覺得一般。蝦片很香脆，可是我吃不出什麼特色。配上鴨肉總是覺得有點怪怪的。
「燒大蝦」非常出色的燒大頭蝦，吃得出是野生的貨色，而且味道香濃，唯性價比不算高。

Iconic! Have been visiting this restaurant since the past 18 years. The food quality and service has been consistent. Curried crab baked in a shell is a must try. Their menu is varied so lots of vegetarian options. I also love the steam rice vermicelli with peanut sauce on top. Simply delicious. The venue is easily accessible and the ambience is bright and tastefully decorated.

Silent and humble Vietnamese restaurant with a assisting server. Had limited vegetarian options but the Vermicelli were really nice and enough spicy. It seemed a little over priced given the state of the place but maybe that’s just me.
Great services, great authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
