I have never made any comment on a restaurant in public. The receptionist is absolutely terrible. We asked for a table for two and she just handed over the menu and asked us to read it first before even want to talk to us. I understand that it is not a cheap restaurant. However, I don’t care if you are a fast food restaurant or Michelin star restaurant (which you are not), you need to treat everyone with respect.
All we wanted was to have a good time and we decided to leave. I just hope the management take this message seriously and really train your staff properly.
Delicious and innovative dishes from start to finish. Desserts here are always a delicacy.
Second-to-none setting. Slow-served (Asian tilted) fusion course menu is good if not memorable.

I’d give a zero star if there is such an option. Restaurant will cancel your booking in last min because they accepted another group booking. Terrible service, do not respect their guest at all.

Lunch set menu可選2-4道菜??視乎胃口大小及菜式是否合口味？?值得一讚的是餐廳服務一流??服務員很細心…由坐下用濕毛巾到上菜及至埋單付款怎樣能享用優惠，服務員都很有耐性及用心講解，確保客人明白?????欣賞他們每一道菜送上時都會逐位介紹放在面前的食物及醬汁?讓你知道自己吃緊什麼??這樣詳盡講解… 即使好些酒店餐廳都未必做到這窩心的服務❤???

鹹點幾有特色，竟然有粟米湯及帆立貝刺身?粟米湯香甜濃郁，帆立貝加埋三文魚子及蛋黃醬，味鮮又醒胃?黑松露蘑菇撻及龍蝦包都非常推薦，前者黑松露好香，配埋蘑菇好match，後者麵包外脆內軟，龍蝦加入他他醬夠惹味?魚子醬三文魚三文治、鵝肝多士及伊比利亞火腿脆片都唔錯，只係驚喜感不大。

檸檬撻上係口感既似棉花糖又似布甸嘅cream，都幾得意?Tiramisu Cone入面係流心Baileys，啱晒Tiramisu及Baileys愛好者?開心果奶凍唔會好甜，有淡淡開心果香?Scone及跟配嘅Clotted Cream真係幾好食，非常推薦??士多啤梨千層酥不過不失?柑橘雪葩清清地，而士多啤梨雪糕入面有果肉，味道酸甜，感覺refreshing?

Summer Berry嘅味道令人諗起小時食過嘅藥水，感覺麻麻?反而Rose Garden嘅玫瑰味真係好香，飲落好舒服，相對較鍾意呢款?
餐廳環境寧靜且舒服開揚，食物質素又好唔錯，比不少酒店嘅tea set更勝一籌??價錢亦合理，Openrice做緊優惠就更抵?整體感覺非常好，真係超級推薦??最驚喜係用餐期間，英文人生教練馬米高係我面前行過呀呀呀呀~~~~

Food quality not that great and most disappointing is very bad service. None attended us after 10 mins seated. Some staff were sleeping even on the other side when we left at 4.45pm. …for a 1st class French restaurant ?!

really well-executed and innovative dishes. had the tasting menu for dinner along with their signature dish (sichuan mala spaghetti with fish maw) and I didn’t come with high expectations because sometimes “fusion” can be for fusion’s sake but this meal was genuinely delicious and surprising at turns. service was lovely and attentive and everyone in my party had a great time. many thanks to the Pano team
We had the Octopus salad and the Wagyu beef “two ways”. It was really tender and fresh!. Full recommendation from us 😉

這地方的食物素質很高，但價錢也很貴，平日午餐已要每位五百元左右。環境很好，安排也主要讓客人看海景。

Pano同其他西九餐廳唔同，佢係一樓嘅觀景台，遠處睇好似一座巨型玻璃藝術品咁，夠矚目，餐廳設計有格調，地理位置極佳，景觀開揚，四周綠草如茵，唔怕地下嘅餐廳有草地會太多人影響景觀，加上文化區內既藝術氛圍，令人可以遠離都市繁囂，享受悠然寧靜既片刻。餐廳入邊每張枱間距適中，有充足私人空間。餐廳以本地及亞洲食材，配合高級法國料理風格和烹調藝術，做出令人垂涎欲滴的精緻菜式。
就連餐前法包個牛油 都係配上蜜糖牛油 好味！

單睇色彩豐富嘅擺盆就已經藝術感滿分，鮮甜嘅紅蝦配上清新嘅車厘茄，好食得嚟又唔大負荷，作為前菜非常合適！

總體黎講，PANO係一間好適合你去打卡既餐廳，景觀一流，食物賣相精緻。 三面大玻璃,望到遠處藍天白雲都夠哂賞心悅目! 我自己都期待下次去試埋佢既晚餐，亦都可以享受維港夜景。

慶祝生日午餐，坐位舒適，服務員態度非常好。每樣菜式都會講解，清晰。每樣食物有姿勢有實際，味道好好。環境海境維港境，冇得輸，心情舒暢。有機會再嚟支持多次，穴集團呢間檔次攪得幾好。

簡單來說，這裏要環境，它擁覽超過180度維港海景，要氣氛這裏高貴靈靜，想要帶給你新鮮感的菜色這裏都有。
菜單有分七道菜和十道菜，素食和肉食的餐牌。10道菜的會比七道菜多了意粉和兩道特別菜單。如果是食量較大的男士，相信需要點十道菜的菜單才足夠飽肚，因為部份菜色真是只有一口的份量。
食物質素方面，每日色彩的配合到相當高，其中特別喜歡他們的餐前麵包，松葉蟹薑湯和炭燒和牛。
麵包上枱時環帶有相當的溫度，吃起來香脆可口配合海鹽和蜜糖牛油，滋味倍增。
松葉蟹薑湯是在碗來先放好松葉蟹再倒入火熱的薑湯，蟹的鮮甜和辛辣薑湯應承強烈的味蕾衝擊，而且最欣賞的是湯的溫度，湯還是熱騰騰才好喝呀⋯⋯
炭燒和牛油脂分布平均，不會只會吃到一口脂肪，品嚐到油脂芳香之餘，肉味也調校得不錯。由於炭燒的關係，肉質保持嫩滑，是當晚覺得最好吃的一道菜。
總括來說，食物有四星半，加上環境，當日非常滿意，絕對是一個適合浪漫拍拖或者周年慶祝的好地方。

TERRIBLE customer service after FOOD POISONING in this PANO restaurant, they started investigate two weeks after the incident.
Cocktails are not even made there… it shows the quality of this place…
When i pay over 6k hkd for a diner for 2persons, i expect quality food and service.
The way they treat customers when something bad happen was not professional at home, i am very disappointed and will never go back.
西九文化區內一間fine dining餐廳，食物有一定質素，擁有無敵維港景色，環境夠chill。
We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant – had a booking but needed to amend it, unfortunately couldn’t get through on their cantonese-only phone system, and they don’t respond to online messages after multiple follow-ups over the course of several weeks.
maybe is not my favorite. service quite not ok . decorations don’t like fine dining seems like normal cafe. but price not cheap. I order pork like barbecue pork (cha siu) + 68. and ribeye steak + 128. taste ok good. the staff maybe professional like the robot ( AI). maybe my very high expectation. I eat very rush to finished over 1000 lunch. unhappy and disappointed

What you pay for: 1) the splendid, gorgeous, and stunning harbor view of Hong Kong. 2) with the beautiful presentation and visualization in food. My partner loves what she ordered from the lunch selection — oyster as her appetizer, pumpkin soup with real crab meat (I also love the soup), slow cook salmon, and yogurt cheesecake. Drink selection is the A”me two” cocktail tastes great with her food (very tiny touch in alcohol).
Foods are so nice!! Especially the pork cooked in Cha Siu style.??
The restaurant is not very spacious but sitting arrangements are great, very cozy. …
