此店提供新派法國料理,混合日式烹調技巧,環境舒適寧靜,可眺望藍天海景,享受一頓愜意的午餐,實在是一大享受。
A bit overpriced for a lunch but food was ok.
餐廳食物質素好高,由前菜,主菜,甜品每樣都精心設計過,餐廳service都好好,可以比人行出去影海景
K11 Musea有好多值得嘗試及打卡的餐廳?呢間新派法國菜便是其中之一,因融和了日式或亞洲食材,似乎更適合我的口味?

What a great deal!!! A hidden gem, not many people, so u can still enjoy a bit of privacy in a very chill environment overlooking the harbour!
其實一星,兩星因為夜景可以評價。
我約了一家日本人開的香港法式餐廳吃晚飯,這家米其林一星。幾乎所有的桌子都能看到港島的景色,這固然令人驚嘆,但必不可少的食物和服務的水平卻讓人懷疑,“這真的是米其林嗎?”課程費用為 1,300 美元,外加宮崎和牛主菜 300 美元。味道當然很好吃,但也不是那麼好吃。在日本是5000日元左右的酒吧還是餐廳?一共吃了7道菜,要是不吃麵包,我連半個都吃不飽。
服務是平均的,即使考慮到香港。雖然沒有夜景,但是港島這邊有很多餐廳比這個便宜,服務也好,很明顯服務不是這個價位的。需要改進。
考慮到K11的餐廳,它是商場中的高端食品線之一。我可能不會再去那裡,但如果我再去K11,我還是會更喜歡隔壁的拉麵店Tagaya,而不是這家。

Set menu only for dinner, taste were good. They also have a free flow champagne package for $5xx, not bad for the deal.
Excellent Japanese French cuisine. Using many fresh and quality ingredients from Japan, combined with French cooking to bring out the flavors of Japanese ingredients. Great service, view, interior, and atmosphere.
A nice view and decent restaurant to go, a bit pricy though
The restaurant got a nice modern interior with sea views. It is rather spacious, with nice sofa seatings.
We tried the selected lunch set$698+($238 Japanese wagyu) which we are kinda impressed.
The amuse broche is the persimmon cold soup , it is kinda fresh and light, a nice start.
The starter made up of a slice of beetroot wrapping crabmeat and apple, beetroot give some crispy texture to the crabmeat, and the crabmeat is quite umami, overall a refreshing dish.
The wagyu is Kagoshima wagyu, it is so good!! It is so tender and soft! With the duck gravy enriches the taste of the wagyu beef, so good! There isn’t any visible fat at all, all can be ate, nice one!
The deserts is also interesting , it is panna cotta made with radish. It is very Japanese style ingredients mixing with buntan, with a hint of mint and citrus flavor, so light and fresh!
The cappuccino is very good too! The coffee is gentle and with rich foam, what a creamy texture.
My hubby orders earl grey, also very smooth and light.
Overall we had a great time!

The service here is just very disappointing: charging a afternoon tea price like a hotel lounge but waiters and waitresses are not attentive to clients’ order because some of them was quite busy to check their mobile phone. Not to mention the tea here is not good and options are limited. In short, an overrated resto. There are pretty many other restos for u to choose if u needa hv cuppa tea in Musea.

Very satisfying lunch. Most of the dishes is beautiful and great to eat. I especially love the flying squid and the quail.
Just not a fan of their dessert. The petit four is more to my taste.
早幾日book位requested 埋window seat , 好開心可以安排倒,11月係一年中最靚嘅天氣,180度嘅海景加上無乜雲嘅藍天為午飯揭幕。
雖然係日式法菜,但裝修偏西式,天花嘅木條設計好特別,心諗唔知會唔跌落嚟呢??, 全餐廳最優越嘅位置當然喺呢排窗口位,所以檯都擺得有少少密,可以清楚聽倒隔離檯講緊啲咩。
menu 預早已經whatapp 咗我,其實都幾簡單,498同698,分別在於多個stater , dessert 同coffee , 我地就點咗498嘅set, 其中一個set 加238轉A4鹿兒島和牛。
“Artistic Japanese French cuisine “, they called themselves. Well, not quite enough for average gentlemen.
So, it was just a normal Saturday night two tired and hungry girls who just finished shopping so we thought maybe it’s a good idea for some proper food. Usually for these kinds of restaurants, you need to book prior. After we called about 3 restaurants, TIRPSE is the only one said they have table for 2 so thats how we chose the place (should’ve realize sth is wrong from there).
First of all, there is only one set menu for dinner, two choices for the main: Wagyu and Lamb. The waiter told us that they only have wagyu after we sit in(didn’t mention it in the phone and we called at 6:30pm). Ok, wagyu it is.
Then, we selected two cups of wine and one of the waiter comes to us and started to introduce the wine. I asked which one is which because me and my fd selected two different types of wine(yes we wanted to try the differences though none of us know anything about wine). The waiter looks back to us and responded with a tone:” Haven’t I told you already?” I mean, we just wanted to know which one is which, also does it bother that much for you to ask which of you ordered which wine?
At first we thought maybe it’s because we arrived late (booked 7:30 arrived at 7:45) so they were in a hurry. Maybe thats why they don’t want to repeat the name for the wine, but then we realized that they speak in the same tone to the couples sitting next to us.
The place closes at 10pm.
There are some good things about this place: wine and the view, took good photos. But you can achieve the same effect by order a cup of wine and sit at the balcony.
We paid HKD 4396 in total including the service fee. For this price, you can have much better food in similar vibe and better service. If you’re too tired to go to the island side, this price is enough for you to pay for the food and call an uber back and forth. If you really really want to visit this place, please visit during lunch not dinner.

帶子配上栗子、芹菜打成的泡泡,味道不太搭配,只吃帶子的話,是正常刺身帶子的美味

太刀魚配上牛油果?及味醂,加上意大利翠肉瓜,味道搭配良好,魚也煮得不錯,是本次最有質數的菜式。

主菜分別為Aveyron Lamb . Alpine garlic. Ginkgo及A4 Kagoshima Wagyu . Shiitake . Hazelnut,羊肉本身煎得不錯,剛好四成熟,選肉肥瘦均勻,羶味淡,只是配菜奇怪。
A4和牛也煎得不錯,剛好四成熟,不過不知道是選肉問題還是煮法問題,吃起來沒有半點A系列應有的入口即溶感,旁邊的冬菇也不錯吃,只是不太搭。

甜品分別為Blueberry. Lavender. Violet及Celeriac. Chestnut. Vanilla,前者手工好、有創意,後者口感香脆,可惜味道屬中下水平。

Petit Fours一共有五款:朱古力蛋糕、香橙蛋糕、柚子黃豆酥盒、無花果白朱古力米通,以及Rasberry棉花糖,手工不錯、有創意,但味道非常差。

熱朱古力有驚喜:味道不錯,拉花也很漂亮。

整體來說,食物味道若以Café來說,不過不失,
但這家是米芝蓮一星餐廳,除了服務合乎預期外,

Each set comes with a delicate basket of French bread, and we had Focaccia on our day of visit, a flat leavened oven-baked Italian bread, similar in style and texture to pizza, but slightly more fluffier and crispier and with pleasant notes of olive oil.

Two starters will be presented in the 4-Course Lunch Set, featuring ‘Sweet Corn. Crab. Amasake. Caviar’ as a savory and creamy starter and ‘Firefly Squid. Onsen Egg. Bottarga. Parmesan’ for an innovative and fresh satisfaction.

For the mains, we’ve chosen ‘Skirt Steak. Lotus Root. Chicory. Macaroni’ that was flawlessly cooked to medium rare, which was perfectly tender and succulent to savor; paired with a tiny bowl of cheese macaroni to further enhance the beefy flavor from the skirt steak. The other main was ‘Tilefish. Mussel. Wild Plant. Fresh Peas’ that features the firm and mild-tasting flavor of the tilefish.

Topped off the whole meal with a surprising dessert named ‘Mango. Black Rice. Black Lemon’, which is an Asian-inspired sweet treat that created with a similar concept of mango sticky rice, but with an exquisite and innovative twist of flavor and texture.

In general an enjoyable experience.
Freshly baked bread with home made butter is excellent. “Platinum pork” was unfortunately a disaster, stiff and lifelessly bland. Dessert was photogenic and well designed and executed. Portion on the small side but they are more than happy to refill the breads

pretty neat food, tiny for lunch but pretty assured in quality as a business lunch, with adequate aethetics. Service is decent enough.
