Amazing food.
Awesome staff.
Great presentation.
Surely a must visit..
Ambiance is great and food is delicious. Menu is limited and can increase some more items for foodies.
Chaat platter and Bhatura platter are amazing. I love the bengali rasmalia
warm service & great food
cute decor
very nice for hongkong
The service is very poor. They missed our order and we Had to wait for 30 min.
We ordered biryani and it was burned. We complained and the manager came and aggressively asked us what is wrong with food. Very bad behaviour indeed…
Chat no good quality….find the pani puri …puri in stale condition
Very good ambiance. Food is not bad. Good and helpful staff.
The only suggestion is to reduce salt in Yogurt as we felt salt was bit on higher side for yogurt based chats.
new and modern look for an indian restaurant compared to other Indian restaurants in HK. Food is presented nicely. Service is fast and good. Food taste is also good, but not compared to restaurants in india. The items are a bit expensive, but that’s obvious for Hong Kong market and expenses.
Good food but do not visit on week end service is poor when they are busy
Very good furniture design . Looks like a luxiours restaurant. The presentation of food makes the customer speechless and a great taste of food .
Highly recommend it
Delicious food, unique way of serving, great ambience and not too expensive. Must try .
I have to say that we had amazing food experience. We will go back again and again
Chole bhatura & Pav bhaji are best
Too good service
Central location
Vegetarian delight
Hongkong’s best veg cuisine
Amazing decor and warm service
Best Indian vegetarian food in Hongkong
Must go for all
I LOVED their decor. Very colorfully spiffy. And the mix of colours seemed all in harmony. I haven’t been to a lot of Indian restaurants in India that have the relatively contemporary scheme of looks, neither here in Hong Kong, actually. Hence this one looked and seemed all the more nice and sprightly to me.
For food, we skipped the mainstream chaat, went for the paav bhaji, vada pav, matar kachori. And a basic fried rice for the child.
Pav Bhaji
Other than being a tad bit salty for me, the taste was quite on point. The husband didn’t find the salt excess. But the consistency was too watery for the bhaji. We have our dal thicker than that at times!
The paraphernalia it came served in was good, but where’s the candle to keep the bhaji warm. And speaking of warm, the bhaji didn’t arrive piping hot. It bothers me much if the hot foods don’t arrive ‘hot’. The pav was very soft and tender, buttered well but it could’ve done with more toasting, but tasted just as well without being toasted much.
Matar Kachori
This was a chaat version of matar kachori. The peas filling was chunky and flavourful, spicy. So was the chole masala, topped with tamarind chutney and yogurt. We’d have preferred a thin wrapper of the kachori, but it wasn’t undercooked, so not too bad there.
Vada Pav
Small-ish vadas. Though I did see the size go up on some other tables, but still not the vada pav size we’re used to seeing 🙂
They did a great job with the fried green chilies, smothering it with the garlic coconut chutney. And while the garli coconut chutney was superb on taste, some part of the coconut was a bit off (spoilt / rotten) and it was extra tangy for me. The hubster, again, didn’t taste it in his piece. And he’s the more discerning one of the two of us, so again, I’ll give it to them.
Fried Rice
Recently having read some soy sauces have some traces of wheat and with the child’s homeopathic doctor having asked us to watch his diet, we asked for the fried rice without soy sauce. It was the server’s recommendation, when we asked if they could do plain steamed rice for us for the child. Distinguishable rice grains, cooked to perfection. Reminded you much of that Indian-Chinese fried rice.

The food was alright. Nothing compared to the Bombay one.
Amazing setup, great taste
indo chinese is great
chaats are nice
clean place and decent interiors
good for all
We went there as a family of 3. We had to wait for around 30 min after arriving at around 20:15 hrs yesterday (Which was not too bad) They have limited space for waiting, however, the staff came across as very helpful and polite.
When we were given our table, it turned out to be a table for 6 to 8. (It seemed like they were going solely by the chronological order of the arrival of guests rather than factoring in the number of people, which worked for us, I must say). Then, after waiting for almost 10 min, a waitress came to me to take the order and her first remark was “Aap sirf teen log hein aur aap yahan baithhe hein?” (Its just 3 of you and you are sitting on this table). I replied that we were given this table and we did not choose to sit here and asked her if she had a problem (curtly), to which she replied no.
After giving our initial order and waiting for around 5 min thereafter, I spotted an empty table for 4. I told the gentleman managing the reservations that we would not mind shifting if it helped. to which he gladly obliged.
The orders were extremely slow to arrive, but, I gave them the benefit of doubt that they had just started and needed time to get their act together (although, I personally wouldn’t start a venture if I were not ready in all respects).
The food was so-so, however, the presentation and the ambiance was very delightful.
We were brought the wrong soup and the floor manager told us that it would take a long time to correct the order, and we then asked him to cancel it. I must say, he was extremely polite and apologised profusely.
After a while, the rush had subsided, but, the service was still very slow. We finally asked for the cheque and I spotted an extra item. I brought it to the notice of the floor manager. He came back with the corrected cheque after a good 5 minutes. He then showed me the new cheque and the old one and said, I’m destroying the old one and threw it right next to the table. I found this a bit odd, if not offensive. I handed them my card (They accept AMEX, although there is a sign at the entrance that says “CASH ONLY”).
I was returned my card after another 7 minutes and multiple requests.
I ended up leaving without tipping (I usually tip at least 10 % over the service charge and 20% if there is no service charge).
There was some wait but Once I got a table the service was amazing. Loved the food. Really had not had a better Wada Pav outside Maharashtra! Amazing chole bature and finally the Malai Kulfi was the best choice of desert we made. 500$ for 3 of us is slightly on the medium expensive side for Indian restaurants in HK but definitely worth it!
Wow amazing veg food and warm service beautiful decor
Worst service I have ever experienced in any restaurant.
we went over there they told us if you can finished your food until 8 o clock you can sit other wise you can leave…very bad experience
Good place for chat, lovely ambience, can indulge on special occasions not worrying about burning hole in your pocket.
Bad location, expensive and unhygienic. And I had the worst pav bhaji in my life.
Best chaats and deserts
Veggie paradise
Nice presentation and great decor
Not bad, wish they had modernized the food a little bit. 7/10
The service was really good. Turnaround time from ordering to being served was surprisingly fast (not just comparing to other Indian restaurants but overall restaurant experience).
Staff had good knowledge of the food being served and even offered suggestions that worked to our palate preferences.
Definitely recommend anyone to go there.
Tikki Chaat is the bomb! I just love this place ❤️
Very good taste & service! Different plates, attended by the Owner / Manager, has presence in many countries. The presentation of
The plates were amazing. Taste unique.-
Nice decor, decent food. Good for South Asian Chaat i.e. street food.
Probably the best indian restaurant in hong kong.
Super tasty, though curries a bit on the sweet side, perhaps aiding the overall popularity. Vegetarian to completely vegan deliciousness.
Good hotel in Hongkong serving Indian food
This Restaurant is really spacious, clean and special designed. Sofa is so comfortable! And decorating with colourful kitchen utensils.
Indian cuisine is really full of taste, very yummy! There are variety of choice to choose from, all are Indian classical traditional food!
I choose the homemade cheese corn tomatoes soup and samosa chaat.
Convinient location, great food and affordable prices!! You wont stop clickilng pictures of the decor and food ! Have a translated chinese menu and chinese speaking staff too. Do try the samosa, pav bhaji, paneer dishes, mango lassi and their signature dessert!
Excellent Indian vegetarian food here..The Khichadi they make is a must try..chats were amazing and rest of the items were all quite good. The staff was courteous and responsive.. however be prepared to wait for the good as it takes sometime for them to serve. The ambience is quite nice. The location is also right in the centre of the town there…so very easily accessible.
Delicious vegetarian Indian restaurant with great decor
Super tasty, nice decor and big portions! They were very helpful with pointing out the vegan options on the menu.
Went to the one in Singapore and had wait almost 2 years to return! Love it all!
Slow Service – Need to Order Carefully because they seem to be good with fast food but for Punjabi Curries the flavour was not too great but the food was heavily salted.
Place is good.. but food is not that tasty.. not value for money
food is good , price is higher then another nearby avalable Indian restaurants.
Im a regular customer yet because of its distinguished taste and presentation but everytime i got disappointment by delayed service and eventually losing appetites in mid meal
Nice food, quite appetizing. Definetly a place for vegetarians and spicy-lovers.
depends on when you have left India i.e if you have left India in last 6 months you still have that taste and for sure you won’t like chat items here. only if they heat any dry items 30 seconds in microwave will be great. cooked items are definitely good
Really delicious north indian food .enjoy chhat bhel bhatura indian Chinese vada pav samosa dabeli all types of chaat as well as excellent main course….njoy real north indian food here .dont miss masala chaas here. on 3rd floor ..5 min walking distance from tst mtr.nicr and helpful staff ..
The chaat platter is the best.
Food with good quantity and good indian flavours.
Maybe could a bit more spicy.
The ambience is also very good looking – nice bright indian colors with good combination of indian art effects.
The restroom are bad.
