牛肉麵味道一般，不夠台灣，先附費模式像快餐店。

Large with Industian design. Good Taiwan taste but too salty. Not much choices on menu but spacious restaurant. Taiwan plain rice is good, sticky & cheap. Must try with the still fry dishes.

Braised Beef with Pumpkin Rice
Some of the meats are tender, but some are still tough. I like the addition of the pumpkin in the rice, and the beef sauce to go with it. the portion is considered big too

Great! Hand made noodles that are fresh and tasty. I would say one of the better Taiwanese beef noodles places in Hong Kong
I don’t think people realize what the red roasted (紅燒）style is when they are really looking for the Sichuan style. If u like stronger flavors get the 麻辣 one!
Average to below average taste~ Beef noodles taste were not strong enough compare to Taiwan local made noodles. Brisket can be softer. Price is a bit high if compare to the food quality. The restaurant is a pay first and eat later style~

今次係第二次去，食咗台式牛筋腩麵，筋同肉嘅比例啱啱好。牛筋入口即溶但亦都好有咬口。整體都唔錯。
相對鹵水雞扒飯裏面嘅鹵水雞扒比較硬。
所以台式牛肉麵店最好當然係食返台式牛肉麵。

Damn good beef noodles – springy noodles, flavourful broth, generous helpings of beef
Good and Friendly service.
The food is decent and affordable. It’s a semi-service restaurant where you have to order and pay at the front first before they bring you food.
They offer lunch menu but it gets pretty crowded during weekdays; expect to co-eat with other strangers during lunch time.
價錢與質量一般
平平穩穩嘅出品，價錢公道，啲嘢幾好味，但好食過佢嘅都唔少。

有一位友好的女服務員喜歡韓國人。
麵條很好吃，配菜很特別。
總的來說，這是一頓舒適而愉快的用餐。

Pricey. Soup was not piping hot. Not much flavor in the beef noodle soup. The Taiwanese name doesn’t give the dish its justice to call it that. The preserve duck egg and tofu with a sweet sauce was pricey.
下午茶好多選擇，珍珠奶茶值得一讚!
Not bad, beef was tender and the soup was taste. However, it is too salty. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It would be nice to increase the size of the pieces though.

梅子地瓜：不是酥脆的口感，偏硬！
可能在地下室，也有可能冷氣不足，感覺有點悶。
一般，絕對唔正宗，給隻碗給我還要裂得好嚴重！價錢當然也不便宜！

Went here for Friday lunch and got the popcorn chicken and pork soup combo. Both were pretty good, but their star is definitely the beef noodle soup (which my coworkers got). Lunch set is reasonably priced for a good amount of food.
Enjoyed it. Will come back for sure!
