火鍋湯底非常好!食物質素一流!只可惜價錢有啲貴?PS一定要叫番壶凍玫瑰果茶@$98 …
Very nice view of the harbour. It is a good place for hot pot. The variety of food is many but a little bit pricey.
The soup base is absolutely amazing, and it is the only thing I am happy about! Food in my own opinion is a but overpriced. I was extremely not happy about the fact that when I made the reservation, I was told we will have a strict 2 hours dining time. On the day, I was told to finish and leave 15 minutes earlier than expected, and the reason was because it was the last day of the mall’s voucher (expires on that day). Apart from that we were seated at THE most horrible table ever as there were absolutely no air conditioning at all, we were literally sweating so much we weren’t able to enjoy and had to stop to cool down. I probably won’t dine there again, but wouldnt mind taking away the hotpot soup!
Went here ages ago.
Quan Alley is famous for hot pots and instaworthy hot pot ingredients that resemble Taiwanese sweet treats like Pineapple cakes and donuts etc.
I went there specifically for lunch because they serve noodles.
The great thing about the lunch sets is that they have my favourite duck blood and tofu in the hotpot broth.
There are three sections on the menu: stirred noodles, noodles in soup and stirred noodle with duck blood and tofu in hotpot soup.
During the day, there is less people and you get lovely view of the harbour depending on where you sit.
Started with drinks.
Had the healthy bittermelon juice which is great for detoxing while the preserved plum was appetizing.
For the noodles, had the Iberico pork with beauty soup and the Wagyu with Spicy soup.
As well as the noodles, the star of the show had to be the silky duck blood and the tofu which absorbs the signature broths.
Wagyu is a must because it was so soft and melts in your mouth.
As for the stirred noodles it depends if you prefer a sweet sesame touch or spicy Sichuan peppercorn tone because there are two different ones to choose from.
Overall, I am really glad I tried lunch because it had the soup and my favourite elements of hotpot.

Horrible experience. The duck blood was filthy and stinky. The manager Connie denied, what’s even worse, without any apology, she questioned us and threatened us throwing plates to us (horrible!) until the owner and chef came over and stopped her. The restaurant eventually acknowledged that the duck blood is expired and stinky and will contact supplier.
However, Connie rushed into our room and threatened us again saying she will follow us home – we never experienced anything like that.
WARNING SIGN ⚠️ Stay away from this restaurant especially the manager Connie. Will never come back to this restaurant again. The owner should fire the manager and train their staff.
鴨血過期惡臭,餐廳經理Connie態度惡劣,非但不道歉,還質疑辱罵甚至威脅我們。大廚和餐廳管理人後來都承認鴨血的確存在嚴重問題。但Connie仍態度極度惡劣,甚至要開始動手打我們,甚至威脅要跟隨我們回家,太可怕了。餐廳必須解僱Connie這樣的員工。不會再來。

然後遞來一三層高的華美食物架
頂層有三朵盛放玫瑰?
最深色的是牛痢油
中間的叫松板枝香 是豬肉來的
最深色的一朵是澳洲牛的牛舌
中層有五款美美的創意料理
最上高兩串糖葫蘆
左邊兩條鳳梨菠蘿糖
最前方紅白兩色懷舊台式月餅糕
還有旁邊黑黑兩塊墨條牛軋
除了月餅糕只需要2分鐘去滾之外
需要4分鐘的時間(沒記錯的話)
店員會一一耐心解說 大家大可放心?
最底下一層是迷你的雜錦蔬菜?
菇有三種 紅椒黃椒秋葵
西蘭花玉米? 擺放得像個小花園
最後再上一份甜品
是台灣的鳳梨蘇 加上淡淡練奶
只着重擺盤花巧.食物品質與價格極不對等。
前菜:皮蛋尚可,鴨舌淡而無味。
火煱子可能太厚,煲極唔滾,白白浪費一刻鐘致令限時二小時更食得狼狽。
豬肉片:可以。
Doughnut猪肉墨鱼棒 :一大盤冰上插五枝雪硬了的免治肉和墨魚粒,可想而知那些雪藏猪肉是什麽味。
老油條:只吃到一團浸濕了的粉,沒有油條的柔刃口感。
月餅:不知所謂!不甜不咸的糯米糍!口感Disgusting

耶!很有台灣味,台灣人來旅遊就不建議來吃啦!點鴛鴦鍋,胡椒豬肚非常好喝,建議在下料之前喝,豬肚非常好吃。
看完評論點了這些菜,推薦:”溫體牛”6盎司有12-13片,3盎司5-6片,好吃,”大腸頭”還可以,”鴨血”也還行,”水果茶”一定要點,有台灣味?牛百葉不建議點,不ok!老油條跟台灣不同 ,不酥不脆,香港多粉。 …
主打台灣精緻火鍋,坐位舒適,提早預訂,可以要求海景位置,約會和慶祝一流。??
湯底除了麻辣鍋之外還有養生鍋,雞湯,醉雞鍋等,?款式選擇多,辣或者唔辣都有,總有一款啱心水。?如果選擇麻辣鍋,一些細粒的香料,會放在火鍋中間的位置另外隔開,設計十分窩心,?在食火鍋恰肉恰菜的時候不會唔小心食到香料,影響整體進食感覺。??
最推介嘅食物係鴨血和豆腐,如果選擇麻辣湯底,鍋底已經有少量鴨血,但由於十分軟滑和入味??,有喺台灣食嘅感覺,所以每次去都必定額外再點多一份鴨血。
另外可以留意店舖每天推介的海鮮,今次點了一條活魚,都係二 三百蚊,非常新鮮,而且價錢合理。

A good choice if you want to try slightly better hot pot. It will be about 3 times the cost compare to all you can eat types of hot pot but the soup and ingredients will be much better.

地方闊落,有靚海景。 火鍋湯底一流,物料新鮮,必試麻辣鴨血,絲綢豆腐。
This must be one of the most overpriced restaurants I ever visited in HK. The food & service are actually OK but the price is very high. Except to pay over $1K per head for hot pot dinner here.

海港城真係一個好好覓食嘅地方,好多靚餐廳,有啲仲有海景,適逢有coupon 更提高搵食意欲,今次打邊爐
早幾日book 位,分兩個時段,6-8 同8-10, 入到去樓底都幾高,燈光少少昏暗, 基本上每兩張檯就有屏風,私隱度好高。
三人坐六人檯,所以好鬆動。

最近想揀一個靜靜地的地方同朋友打邊爐聚舊,於是決定食寬巷子。一坐底就欣賞下個無敵海景先,個海景同餐廳真係好近下,情侶黎撐枱腳應該會覺得好浪漫。
朋友唔係好食得辣,但我就無辣不歡,咁最好就係叫雙拼,最後決家食貢布豬肚加紅泥小染。侍應建議我地放食物之前先飲下個貢布豬肚湯,湯底有種胡椒的獨有的辛辣,但又唔會搶左整體的鮮甜味,飲左2碗後仲有股暖意湧上黎,而豬肚質素都唔錯。紅泥小染對我黎講辣度比較溫和,但麻同辣都結合得好好,本身個湯已有豆腐同鴨血,我就特別中意後者,鮮甜的味道值得另外再叫。
朋友話寬巷子玫瑰花豬好出名,咁就要試下啦。由於同時叫左溫體牛,所以叫左1朵玫瑰松板試試先。一黎到,擺盤果然好靚,朋友話之前睇過人地叫3朵,宜家即使1朵影相都唔會輸蝕,造型十足。我就唔係好睇樣的,味道上有少少似軟滑版的豬頸肉,有香口的油脂,幾好味。
溫體牛好多人都推介,入口果真牛香十足,肉質細滑香軟,出面好少食到,所以黎到真係必叫!
平日打邊爐我都會叫鵝腸,呢到的入口爽彈不腥,有質素!
本身想叫個「壽司」拼盤,但已叫左溫體牛同玫瑰松板,咁就叫個鮑魚滑試試,估計鮑魚事前有炆過,所以上面舊鮑魚鮮軟香滑,而下面的鮑魚滑就彈牙,兩者夾埋個感覺好新鮮。
值得一提的是,侍應主動加左2次湯,幾細心!

在台灣有聽過這間店出品精緻,但絕沒去試過。防疫沒晚市,就下午到店吃一次火鍋。店內地方闊落,打完邊爐衣服都沒沾上陣陣味道。
火鍋湯頭足料,令我非常滿意。火鍋之前,可以食咗湯料先。今次叫鴛鴦鍋,其中一邊係麻辣鍋,佢嘅小辣做得好好,麻辣係滲出嚟,令食物麻辣香味,易入口。
食物新鮮,份量足。
壽司蝦同水餃蝦比梳打粉拿到脆口。
玫瑰花豬頸肉油酥味重,本人就唔鍾意呢D豬味。
鴨血好滑,但比較薄身,食慣大大件鴨血呢就會覺得唔夠實在。
服務方面,今次嘅體驗較差。可能我坐得近外賣食具清潔位,進餐時都聽到燥底侍應的對話。
裝修好靚,門面已經見到好似舊式客棧,但入到去有fusion 的感覺,混合左中西日的設計。
鴛鴦鍋(紅泥小染/椰皇牛乳花膠火燉雞湯)
每張枱本身都已經放左一個好靚既半圓形支架用嚟承住打邊爐嘅鍋底。
綜合肉類盛盒(黑豚肉,羊,玫瑰支香)
想試唔同既肉,所以揀咗呢個盛盒。份量2人食剛好。
手握壽司滑
靚到唔捨得食,不過唔可以生食架!鮑魚、蝦、牛肉、豚肉喺面,底部就拼左不同類型嘅滑。每一舊都好大所以好飽肚。
毛肚
唔好以為係生菜墊高,成個毛肚山咁多,好抵食,出面好多火鍋店通常毛肚賣得好貴又比好少。

連寬粉都可以擺到咁靚上枱?我覺得同平時出邊食嘅寬粉有啲唔同,煙韌度剛剛好,亦非常入味。
Very beautifully decorated Taiwanese spicy hot pot restaurant. The dishes are pretty and delicious. Price is a bit expensive but worth to come and try at least once.
呢間寬巷子一早已在bookmark list之中,去之前對食物的質量都好有期待,做足功課睇定想食d咩。湯底方面揀左鴛鴦鍋,一邊要紅泥小染,一邊要貢布豬肚,兩個都係餐廳出名的湯底。鍋底中間放左辣椒同醬料,有小洞連接著辣湯底,辣味會慢慢沁過去,紅泥小染本身有鴨血同豆腐,煮一陣已經好入味,唔會話係十分辣而係辣中帶麻,同時食到少少豆瓣醬的味,幾有層次。至於貢布豬肚就辛香暖胃,豬肚爽口,雞件都唔錯。
肉類方面必點溫體牛!入口係有種細膩幼滑的感覺,最重要係牛味好重,推介!
之前睇過其他網友話「壽司」造型好得意,所以都叫左鮮蝦滑同鮑魚滑黎食。上到黎果然好靚,似飯的部份其實分別係蝦滑同鮑魚滑,如果要比較的話,我鍾意蝦滑多d,食到蝦滑o個種彈牙爽勁,其實鮑魚滑都唔差,影相呃like兩者都係滿分嘅。
另外一樣創意item就係鳳梨酥,如果唔係事先睇左介紹,食落口真係可能會以為係鳳梨酥。因為佢係有菠蘿肉o係入面,同時有豆腐、蝦、豬肉同花枝,整體清新開胃,o個個清甜餘韻要一讚!
最後,揀呢間餐廳其中一個最重要的原因就係迷人的海景,今次好好彩獲分配到窗邊位,邊食邊欣賞海景,真係好享受!

Hot pot, 1 of The most popular meal in HK, but this place is a MUST TRY! I was fortunate to be invited to lunch, wow…. better than what I saw on TV.
Place is uniquely set up with full harbour view, need to book early!
Starting from the pot, it’s unquely sitting on a raised perforated metal stand, a piece of art. We ordered twin soup base pot, 1 side Sichuan Mala, perfectly balanced spicy on the hot side with a special center spice station to maintain intensity, never seen before!
Show starts with hot pot dishes, all craftily prepared, innovative and tasty!
Each dish is artfully prepared with fresh ingredients and the beef is their specialty, must try fresh warm beef slices!
We ordered Sake to accompany this wonderful meal, before we realise 3 720ml bottle vanished, that tells you how great a time we had…… splendid!
Hot pot lover don’t miss this place, a little pricy, but worth the extra buck ??

港城寬巷子,好高質嘅台式火鍋。個景係望住維港夜景,無論係慶祝生日定同情人只膳,都非常適合。 講翻嘢食,湯底我選擇咗佢鴛鴦鍋,紅泥小染同椰皇雞。紅泥小染係麻辣鍋,中藥味重,個湯頭雖然麻辣,但絕對順喉,就咁飲都唔覺嗆。之於椰皇雞,重犀利,個湯底入面有半隻雞,重要個湯勁大椰香同牛油味,唔阻止我朋友佢應該飲唒啲湯。 所有食物都好出色!

此套餐用作觀賞. 幾朵花全沒肉味. 湯底不濃. 75 per cent 是疏菜, 菇..其它.
吃素可能較合適. 吃感受不到台灣味道和風格.
那杯茶不錯. 甜品紫薯吃不到紫薯味.
若用coupon 也要考慮下. 埋單時是hkd1400多. 就工作人員商量後可消費到hkd1500用coupon減5張即能減hkd500. 請她提議後order了飲品. 滿以為數已達標. 埋單仍不夠hkd1500..原來用coupon扣是未加一前… 即要消費hkd1500而加一並不能計算在內. 全數要hkd1650. 要再order.. 後加了一項.. 共hkd1650 多. 原先付單是hkd1300多而加一後是hkd1400多. 現多付約hkd200. 第一次加了見單不夠那工作人員說是自己弄錯..我們再要加第二次單.
