Perfect dumplings. You will find this in a high end mall, but don’t let that concern you. I was worth scouting out. Many other locations throughout the world. Find it!!!

gold food, taiwanese style. but if you’re looking for cantonese dimsum, you should go somewhere else.
Great xiao long bao and chicken soup. Service was on the poor side.
第一次吃小籠包,不過就是想吃這個。。。我也推薦蝦仁豬肉炒飯。。。
Nice food. They have funny little place cards explaining how to eat dim sum!
wonderful pork xiao long bao, but the crab roe one tastes particularly fishy. the wonton in chili was delightful because it was a bit sweet. first time that i’ve ever had a waiter tell me that i’m ordering too much food!

They have amazing food – and amazing xialong bao! Those steamed little dumplings that are filled with soup and explode in your mouth. They have truffle ones at this location I believe…and they’re well well worth it! Lots of other great dim sum and small dish type offerings.
Not as great as their location in Taipei though…

Very tasty dim sum and very understanding service (roughly a third seemed to be tourosts). Our meal came to 320 without wine so very food value. Top floor of silvercord mall.

The best 小籠包 in the world, supported by excellent other dishes.
特色小籠包 ($53): Incredibly refined, with skin that somehow manages to be both amazingly thin, yet impossibly strong. Unfortunately, I’ve been twice where they seemed to be having an off-night, and the flavor of the filling wasn’t up to their usual excellent standard, so their consistency could use some work.
絲瓜蝦仁小籠包 ($54): A more lightly flavored and unusual take on the soup dumpling, the flavor ends up dominated somewhat by the vegetable.
乾拌蝦肉餛飩 ($50): They have a real way with the skin of dumplings, also very good.
蝦肉煎餃 ($68): Very impressive visually, it comes out as a single large flat sheet of dumplings. The flavor is pretty good, though maybe a little shy of my expectations upon seeing them.
蝦肉紅油抄手 ($52): The plump shrimp and pork dumplings are already good, and then add on the spicy oil sauce for another very good item.
紅燒牛肉湯麵 ($68): Extremely tender beef in a rather light and delicate beef broth. Not the best Taiwanese beef noodle soup I’ve ever had, but maybe the most refined, and definitely not bad.
台式擔擔撈麵 ($40): A fairly ordinary dan dan noodles, except that the noodles themselves are very good here.
香蔥拌麵 ($40): The sauce isn’t bad, but the noodles are again the star of the show.
紅油拌麵 ($40): The best of their noodle offerings that I’ve tried, I really like the spicy sauce on this, and it features the same great noodles.
甜酸川子雞 ($85): Reminds me of something like orange chicken from the United States. In the US for orange chicken, I would say this is an above-average but not outstanding rendition.
There’s also an 8 a person tea fee, and a 10% service charge.
小籠包 is always great this chain. No exception here.
SO GOOD. BETTER THAN IN THE STATES. The beef brisket soup is so delicious, and of course the soup dumplings are just out of this world. Even though they have it back in the states, this was the best meal I had in Hong Kong, and I would make a special trip here even though I’m traveling

不厚道,很好吃,沒錯。
還有韓文菜單,即使是第一次來韓國的人也可以輕鬆點餐。
盡量避免進餐時間。這很好。等待時間有點長。儘管如此,等待還是值得的。等候的時候,我隨手在等候台後面寫下了提前點餐的號碼。
無論如何,這是最好的餐廳。
糯米小麥是獨一無二的,至少要嚐一次的味道……你在香港旅行吃的第一口飯?

Excellent dim sum and other Chinese tit bits. Very very busy because it is all so good. Worth the wait though. Lots of choice on the menu, all that we have tried has been great.
Simply awesome dumplings. That is all.

Excellent dim sum. Some of the best dim sum I have had. The wait took 15 minutes to be seated. The staff was fast and efficient. There is a service charge added to the end of the meal. The wonton soup with noodles was delicious and very fresh. The pork dumplings were tasty and prepared in 10 minutes after being ordered. The tea cost also per person, just so you know. Great place to people watch. Prices are a little higher than other dim sum places but the quality is very high here.

I never leave Hong Kong before eating here best is the Siu long bao.
I think it’s time to consider opening a Din Tai Fung in NYC! Bring it!
Traveling in Hong Kong with my niece who is crazy about this restaurant. I felt compelled to try it and settled on this particular location. I tried the steamed taro and steamed red bean buns and was greatly disappointed. The wrapper tasted very much like the homemade pasta that I make. Proportionately, too much filing and not enough wrapper. I felt like I was eating a piece of candy.
I also tried the tofu with pork soup with glass noodles….nothing special.
I think this restaurant is overrated. The younger crowd likes it because it is trendy.
Very good Dimsum, especially their Xiao long bao. Quite a long queue tho, for diners. But worth the wait.
Only the xiao long pau is good. Don’t try the beef noodles.
DimsumDinner for two! We were seated immediately at 830 on a Sunday, ordered the pork dumplings, spicey cucumbers, cantonese rice, and some Bok Choy… This was a lot for two people we could barely finish the Bok choy! But delishhhh
This one is different from the Taiwan one because they have ham jelly. Weird!!!

有水準~上菜速度快
Anticipate a long line up but once you’re in there is excellent shanghai food.
Food is delicious, on the oily side, and well priced for full service.
The veggies were fresh and crisp and just about right to salt-sensitive me. I like very much the Shao long bao which was juicy and tasty. I’d eat there again when I return to Hong Kong.

鼎泰豐是在尖沙咀每次想不到吃什麼就會去的餐廳,至少去了幾十次,有興趣的菜基本都嚐過了,不過最喜歡的還是排骨蛋炒飯。
餃子。白菜、小籠包點心、雲吞湯
與香港餐廳相比,設施乾淨,員工友善。不過點心(蝦、豬肉)皮厚,吃起來沒有嚼勁。考慮到味道和價格,我覺得至少來一次是值得的。這是我個人的看法。

Long lines. As good as the dtfs in taiwan
A very good branch of Ding Tai Fung, classic Shanghai cuisine. Excellent soup dumplings. A must go in Asia. Lots of people in this particular beach so expect to wait around 30 min on a busy night for two people table. We spent around 170 HKD per person.
Stable good service. Actually, this level of service in HK should be considered excellent. LOL Good Yumcha, my favourite.
