Food is tasty, as always at DTF. This branch seems to be much quiter than CWB, never had to wait for a seat.
味道不錯，偏清淡，但份量少偏貴啊，果然都係台灣食平啲
小籠包其實都幾細個，平時嗰啲一啖食唔晒，呢個一啖就食完，而且偏瘦
食物是有質素的， 只是比不上台灣那家鼎泰豐那麼有淮揚色彩。
I went with my friend on a Sunday, NOT peak hour! The food is delicious n the service is good as well. The price is quite reasonable n there is a great selection of food variety. Will definitely go again.
Been a fan for many years across many different cities.
Not sure that was worth sharing, but anyway.
Just to clear up the address, it’s in the Silvercord building on Canton Road (level 3), in case you are looking for directions.
I like the service at this restaurant as they are always happy, polite and try to help.
Food is always on point and comes out at a decent pace to not totally cover your table and leave you with no wriggle room.
If you have never been, I recommend it.

小寵包水準的確唔錯，值得推薦。
如果要食連鎖店上海菜,還是去翡翠小籠包好,那裡價錢尚且合理。
食物都是流水製作,而且食物/味道與價錢不符,今日的鼎泰豐,可免則免。
2021年11年再來，食物水準嚴重下降了，最愛的清燉雞湯和醉雞都過了火候，老到不得了。換了一次醉雞都還是頗老。
杏仁豆腐糖水還糖水，杏仁豆腐完全無味…
吃到懷疑人生，應該廚房出了大問題。服務員則還是殷勤，保持高水準。

We usually go to the Causeway Bay location, but this one is far less busy… No wait for a table at lunchtime!
This is my favorite restaurant that I frequently visit. Quality of food and services are consistently excellent. Expect long line up at peak hour in non covid time, approx 1hr. One interesting fact is they have developed over 200 SOP for the staff to follow to make sure the quality are consistent across all branches. Also visited the Singapore branch few years ago, also excellent.

Best soup dumplings in the world, perhaps second only to Taiwan, the origin of this.
Food is not very tasty.
?Overrated. So not worth it’s price. Food quality was poor. How did it even get Michelin awarded?! So disappointed. I would never go back to any of its branches again (it’s London branch was just as bad too!)

價錢是硬傷，但是服務跟用餐環境都很好阿！當然餐點也很不錯啦！
紅油抄手的醬很好吃，有點點辣又不會太辣，然後很香。
小籠包就是招牌啦！很好吃，但是不能吃多會膩。
蝦仁燒賣我覺得就像是小籠包上面放了蝦仁的感覺，沒有港式燒賣感，也不太有特色，可以pass。
酸辣湯可以看出師父刀工很好，但說到我覺得還好，不知道我是不是便宜貨嘴，我覺得八方的酸辣湯好喝XD
炒飯好吃，可惜最後很飽了吃不完。
肉包也好吃，就很台灣口味的肉包。但也不是非吃不可。
整體來說算是解鎖了我一個人生成就吧！在台灣沒機會吃反而在香港吃了鼎泰豐，如果有機會還是願意再來，但是價格不是會讓人有勇氣天天來的。

If you’re there, do give this a shot. No one makes egg fried rice like Din Tai Fung. But of all the outlets I’ve been to around the world, this is my least favourite.

味道依舊，還在水準。但是，幾乎每樣食品的份量大概都少了1/3或1/4。門口的迎賓員也不見了笑臉，似乎客人欠了她們什麼。澳洲鼎泰豐的醜聞之後，似乎之前的美好印像都在變化中，真不希望2022年是鼎泰豐開始走下坡路之年。保重，我曾經最喜愛的鼎泰豐！
Had a decent experience, but all the ordered items were brought to the table practically together, on account of which, few of the items got very cold by the time we could eat same. Possibly this may be due to our reaching late, but it took away some of the pleasure from the food.
