“Crap service, delicious dumplings”
I’ve been to 3 other Din Tai Fung restaurants in the world and this has got to be the worst for service, once again my biggest gripe with restaurants is that the chefs prepare such delicious food and the incompetent wait staff undo all the good the chef has done. My advice, be aware of what you have ordered and what they serve as they stuffed our order up 3 times and it was always my bloody fault. Absolutely bloody useless!!!!!!!

This place earned a Michelin star a few years back and it certainly wasn’t deserved! in fact it’s not even the best Din Tai Fung in Hong Kong!

我嘗試的所有點心都很美味。一起點炒飯和餛飩，然後把餛飩湯倒在米飯上。工作人員很友好，菜單是用韓語寫的，所以很容易選擇食物。

Amazing food and service as with all Din Tai Fung restaurants.
My favorite place to get xiao long bao (steamed soup dumplings)! They come out quick, hot and tasty! The other dishes are good too (we got veggies, veggie dumplings and spicy dumplings) but the xiao long bao is what you want to focus on when you come!
東西水準，一般，但很多人也覺得好味，可能我要求太高．
Excellent dim sum, very quick and efficient service with good staff members. The method of ordering isn’t clear at first but it’s very simple once you figure it out, simply tick the dim sum options you want in the first column and if you decide you want more, you can order more in the second column.
The food it self is incredibly good, delivered quickly and hot to the table. The tea is very nice as well. Don’t let the location fool you, it might not look amazing being in a shopping centre but it is well worth the visit.
Always exceptional food.

這非常可口。它很擁擠，但我們馬上就坐了。這是我在香港的第一頓飯。

食過好多地方嘅鼎泰豐，基本上都能夠保持水準，所以喺品管方面係做得好嘅。
點菜、上菜…整個流程都好順 n 快。 喺服務員嘅訓練方面，都做得好好。
必食嘅，除咗小籠包之外，就係清燉牛湯、炒飯。 醉雞、 涼拌黑木耳、豆漿都唔錯。
