說真的，很一般
Great Taiwanese food with tidy environment and comfy sitting arrangement are key successful factors of this restaurant. They can keep a very consistent food quality on my every visits. I strongly recommend you try it.
I love Xiao long bao.. very very good . They have a new flavour that is truffle with pork >> not good. Thenoodle with porkchop so delicious. Stir fry beef with ginger and scallion very tasty ???

Everything was delicious, especially steamed pork dumplings, spicy shrimp and pork wontons and steamed vegetable and pork dumplings. No line at 4 PM on a Saturday
小籠包水準大不如以前，燒賣也差，很失望！
合理且非常好的點心
味道非常一般， 最特別就是貴。
十蚊一隻，一籠六隻的招牌小籠包，皮不厚有韌性，不易穿，入口有足夠湯汁，但咬開後沒有鮮甜肉香味，湯汁偏淡，肉十分鬆散，呈粒粒肉碎，口感跟往常食開的不像，口感不好，肉粒也無味，就是吃下單調肉碎粒的感覺。
炸醬麵，肉粒茄粒入味，沒什麼不好。
蝦仁蛋炒飯，也中規中矩，沒特別好味。
茶不錯，環境夠大夠舒適，就是價錢貴。 吃著米芝蓮老本但味道十分一般，價錢偏貴。
This restaurant is in East side of Canton Road. Google GPS is not perfect – I hope I can save u 10 min of walking around. Look for the Chow Sang Sang entrance. The mall is called Silvercord with a purple color (see my photos). Take escalators to 3rd floor. Very good dining experience. Top experience. The dumplings had the thinnest skin ever but the soup was still in there. Double check your markings. The truffles dumplings may be a bit over the top – I cannot say I know the difference. BTW no need to tip ! Don’t carry your bad American habits here – a 10% charge is already built in.

The food here does not disappoint. We’ve been here a few times and their shrimp fried rice is excellent. So as their dumplings which burst with broth as you open it. So be careful and don’t shove an entire dumpling straight into your mouth. You could get burnt! Also recommended with fried rice is the beans and minced pork. This is an excellent combination. We’ve been there at different times of the evening. The last time we went we got there at 6:45 and were seated immediately. This was the first time that happened because we usually end up waiting quite a while. But that’s also since we otherwise get there around 7:30. So if you can go earlier, the higher the chance of being seated and ordering your food immediately.
So good.
The Michelin star for this restaurant is deserved. The service is fast and everything is very well organized. You get a number in the waiting list and order by marking dishes and quantities on a sheet of paper. The waiting times are a lot shorter than other Michelin restaurants, e.g. Tim Ho Wan or One Dim Sum.
The food is very delicious and easy to choose from the detailed descriptions in the menu. The waiters are smiling, especially one of the managers.
The restaurant accepts credit cards.

Good selection of dishes, soup dumplings were excellent with delicate wrapping. Cucumber with chilli sauce dish was very refreshing. Relatively expensive for dim sum but probably my favourite in HK.
Fantastic place to eat Taiwanese food! The best we tried was the waton with ‘special sauce’. Try the bun with sesame paste. Looks like a Germknödl :). The staff is pushy, but let’s understand, many people want to eat out there…
