Very authentic Dim Sum restaurant with a wide range of different dishes for vegetarians too
Always busy. Average service. Average food. Fast food. Seating time limit.
Great Xiao long baos with thin shells and packed with pork broth but a little pricey

店員對餐具的處理比較粗暴，不過沒關係，因為國情不同。

我覺得香港的餐廳比日本和台灣的最好吃。
非常好吃，就是有點貴。。。
傳統京茶菜
味道很好，就是價格有點偏高。
茶每人HKD9，但杯子總是空的。每次上菜時，他們都會檢查收據，這樣就避免了付款時臉紅而沒有上菜的不幸事件。
小籠包、小麥、河牛都很有名，不過圖中的豬肉炒飯也很好吃（具體名字記不清了）
點心很美味，座位寬敞且友好。
Really reasonably priced, fast and delicious !
Kind of ridiculous that they only let you sit for 1.5hrs you have to leave after that. But the Siu long bao and potstickers are awesome. Love the food. 100% recommend.
我點了青瓜蝦小籠包，竟然完全沒有任何味道，蝦比較硬，口感不好。另一龍蝦蒸餃也是乏善可陳，與在台北吃的大相徑庭！令人失望的一餐！
Once a great eatery, din tai feng’s rapid expansion has meant that standards are sadly not the same in all branches. Still good good, just not as good as it could have been…

麵類就太差。飯類沒有試過，不知道怎樣。

已經很久沒光顧了，今天一試，味道大不如前，紅牛湯麵除了麵質是我喜歡那種，湯没有鮮味，牛肉亦一般，絲瓜蝦仁餃，只有如糖水一般的甜味，蝦是次一級的已是公閞的，不沾醋會吃不下。最好味的是菜肉飽。綜合價值論只值2星，因沒有試湯，還有一絲絲幻想。
食物質素能保持，遺憾在葱油拌麵裏發現頭髮
太好吃了。價格有點高，但味道有保證！
路經此地。友人提議再次光顧。入內只見顧客一般。限時進食的豪氣收斂了。正因如此。覺得員工亦不大起勁。各款食品色香味在水準。份量上似乎減了些。尤其是臺式四季豆，更覺顯眼。臺式紅燒牛肉麵，牛肉牛筋卻大大件但鬆軟。是次啲蛋白炒飯，欠了些少鑊氣。

美味的食物和合適的價格
The dumplings are of the top quality. Tender skin with juicy fillings makes it hard to resist. But, I don’t get why the name is changed. It’s saddening somehow as I’m nostalgic about every bit of it, especially how its name was spelled.

Famous cheap Michelin star restaurant. Gets pretty busy, the food is good for the price, nothing special in my opinion
我覺得上海菜做得還算不錯,因為份量少所以價錢不算平,味道也不錯,服務員招呼得也好。
This is one of the best Taiwanese food in Hong Kong. Food are exceptional and delicious. Must try is the Xiao Long Bao which is so good to eat. Appetizers include wine chicken, fragrant pork with garlic. Braised beef noodle and fried rice are also recommended. Ending with a nice dessert will be perfect for the evening.
Din Tai Fung, or DTF as it’s called among gweilos in Hong Kong, it’s a great introduction to Asian Cuisine. I’d say it’s Asian taste for beginners. The array of choices is great, and flavors go from subtle to strong, mild to spicy or hot. Dim sum is always great and that is why that restaurant in Canton Road is always busy. It is truly fascinating be to watch and observe the kitchen staff assemble the wontons, carefully and passionately sealing them with perfection. Highly recommended place to have a good dinner. And hey…if says spicy… it’s spicy.

食物ok,但款弍保守
Well deserved 1 michelin star. Just upon entering the restaurant you are greeted and given a comfortable seat as they bring you the menu. Not your typical resto where the waiters take your orders, in this case you have to tick the box of the item you want. What amazes me is that with in 10 minutes half of our orders were already served and we were totally elated by the simplicity of the presentation yet the taste of each food served tastes fantastic. My first experience of dinning at a resto with a michelin star makes me want to try more. I would definitely recommend this place.

Place look much nicer without mainland tourist. And they treat local customers much better nowadays. The food are great and tasty
