Number 1 noodles shop in Hong Kong but tiny place
Super yum yum HK style Cart noodle, order 3 items with chicken wings, veggie in spicy sauce.. and friend visiting tried Bigger bowl mixed with everythings. For the price in TST was star, prime location after shopping cinema, we picked the window seat enjoy people watching and the little privacy lol
Highly recommended if u wanna taste local ;P
永年士多在元朗有30多年老字號店。其車仔面深受街坊歡迎,繼尖沙咀、銅鑼灣分店後,最近在沙田新城市廣場又開分店。
晚上做完運動大約9點半多,與好姐妹去到尖沙咀分店,不愧車仔面遠近馳名,每次去食都系大排長龍,店內坐爆滿,今晚夜少少?不需要排隊,但都坐滿人。
店鋪沒有什麼特別的裝修,環境比較逼夾,座位也坐得不太舒服,如不是獨家秘制藥材湯底和辣汁(有 5種辣度)惹味之極,也不會吸引咁多客戶慕名而來。
四寶面米粉(微辣)
選用新鮮材料有豬腸、豬紅、豬皮、蘿蔔、菜。
藥材熬制的湯非常之清甜,加上秘制辣汁口感具佳超好味?。
豬腸無羶味,有微微的藥材香,入味又腍身

食物質素遠比不上沙田永年,搭配上澳牛級服務,不明白為何仍會有人去幫襯。

貴價車仔麵,d野食其實無咩特別,係枝烏龍茶幾清新咁。
服務ok 比起沙田店少味精 比起十六座車仔麵好食好多好多….. 好好食! 靠牆嘅座位狹窄
我想講沙田永年,早餐外賣,貨不對辦,加了8蚊要一條香腸,但漏發,回到家中,懶得回去取!另外相片中的豬扒煎雙蛋,放置不當,應該蛋放豬扒上面,便不至於弄破蛋黃
尖沙咀分店的食品味道大致與元朗老店相若,估計已是中央厨房炮製吧。
整體ok, 隔一段時間食一次,還是覺得好食

由收銀落單到執枱職員都極無禮貌,黑口黑面,唔憂做。
Finally tried it because this is a noodle joint from Yuen Long in the New Territories so wanted to compare it with the one in Sai Kung also in the New Territories.
The queues are long and it was packed with people, the floorplan is not an effective use of space but rather it causes congestion because the queue at the entrance separates the two sides of the restaurant.
All I can say is portions are big and it was very spicy.
They must have paid a lot to keep that huge bamboo banner up there as most surrounding shops would have complained or taken legal action.
There was so much seaweed in the noodles and it was clean without any grit however the soup was extremely salty.
The blood curds were rather sweet but then that is how they are meant to taste.
The kaya toasts were really good as the bread was light and airy which went well with the sweet paste.
餸菜好味,尤其自製辣醬,加入麪中令人回味。車仔麪滿載我們的童年回憶。這間是車仔麪中的名店,雖然價錢畧貴,但也會心思思再來。
味道唔係差。。但時代變了你,味道也變了, 始終搵唔返本人兒時元朗總店嘅味道? …

我個人最愛的車仔麵,辣汁好味到一個點,又香又辣,我說的不是麻辣(因普通辣很好味,所以未試過麻辣)
大碗麵,一次滿足你想每樣餸都試一下的慾望。
味道好像比元朗的老鋪差一點。
超級難食,完全唔明點解啲人會讚,所有嘢都係得一個味,就係甜味!
