4個人黎打邊爐，叫左食妝鍋-紅顏花膠雞煲。 個湯底幾好飲，有好多菇，入面仲有啲迷你鮑魚仔。 鴨血同豆腐任食 伊比利亞黑豬肉好好食！出色過呢到啲牛肉！ 食到中段會送杯沙冰比我地，最後仲有茶味果凍送。 我地唔係點咗好多嘢食，有沙冰、甜品，仲有任食水果、白飯同埋鴨血豆腐，淨叫個湯底都夠飽?。 …
Finally had the chance to try CouCou hotpot place at K11 after several walk in attempts. That was because this time we walked in at 5:30pm ??? It was a nice decorated venue. The Taiwanese mince pork served with fragrant rice that was offered at the sauce and spices counter was very good and authentic. There was also a free flow of duck blood and tofu which brought me back to the traditional “Taipei” style hotpot nights! As in the tradition of the Taiwanese Hotpots, we basically helped ourselves with everything from the cutleries inside the drawers at the table to the wet and dry napkins, even plates and bowls. ??? Unfortunately, the service was as cold just like the blasting air conditioning. ??? The servers gave the ambience that reminded me of the old black and white horror movies where ghosts would float by in the mists. ???They just floated by whenever we needed attention. The pond with the dry ice fog was appropriate to add ??? to the scary effect. 3 out of 5 if we would rate this place.

Nice Taiwanese style hot pot place. Atmosphere is too dark and hip for me, otherwise everything is good. Would come again if I have a crave for Taiwanese hotpot again.

湊湊火鍋is an awesome hotpot restaurant. the environment is great and comfortable. the atmosphere is chill. various choices of hotpot soup are served. the soup is verrrrry delicious. meat , seafood and vegetables are fresh. i love the water melon and deep fried balls at the self-served sauce bar very much. the restaurant is highly recommended . it is suitable for gathering.

聽說這間火鍋也好多人光顧，一直都很想試，價錢是中上但食物真的不錯！點了兩個不同味道的湯底，一邊是台式麻辣任加豆腐和鴨血，另一邊是紅顏花膠雞湯，火煱前先喝一碗花膠雞湯先，很好喝?我喝了2碗?。火鍋配料我們點了一客牛和豬，相當新鮮，還有新鮮蝦滑，午餐肉，魚，一份大菜盤！四人火煱雖然我們點了食物不算很多，但我們都吃到飽飽的，因為添了不少豆腐和鴨算呢? #火煱 #台式麻辣火鍋 #豆腐鴨血吃到飽 #湊湊火煱

有隻企鵝跌落水?
湊湊火鍋‧茶憩以台式麻辣火鍋與自家台式茶飲作主打，有好多唔同既湯底選擇（最近新加左椰子雞喎）
好似一般既台式火鍋咁，佢哋既台式麻辣鍋底用上雞骨、牛骨及中草藥熬製，辣味溫和, 紅而不嗆。仲可以無限追加鴨血同和豆腐
椰子雞清新甜美唔會搶左食物既完美，不過就無佢其他款既鍋底咁突出。
好懶咁叫左二人餐，睇落好少野又係飽到反艇 ((最開心係可以飲埋珍珠奶茶))
嚟到緊係一定要叫 QQ 企鵝仔丸，雖然只係一般般嘅墨魚丸，但可愛就係皇道?

Beautiful hotpot restaurant with splendid interior design. Price is very reasonable for the setting. Just wish their waitresses smiled a little more, that’s why I give it 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5.

Shockingly bad service from Chris and Kaka in an emergency, when asking for a sugary drink for my father who was feeling light headed – refused to help in any way and added ice to the drink when I specifically said don’t do it. I can’t believe how insensitive and unhelpful someone can be like Chris behind the tea counter. Have raised the complaint with the restaurant manager in the meantime. If you enjoy arrogance and a flippant attitude, this is the place for you. Worst service in Hong Kong!
Excellent selection of broth bases, meats and vegetables. Generous portions. Very hearty meal in cold weather!

The service attitude of the waitress is pretty bad. They ignored my request many times. My dining time is around 4:40-5:00 pm. It’s not busy time. They were hanging around my table and literally ignored four people’s call for service. How dare they chose to serve people as their main career?

鴨血好好食，花膠雞湯好飲。
我們來到這家火鍋店，店內裝潢簡潔，讓人感到舒適自在。不過，當我們點菜後，就發現了一些令人困擾的問題。
首先是肉類的問題。我們點了一些肉類，但是夾起來的時候，發現它們並沒有解凍，一夾就碎了，這樣的疏忽讓我們有些不滿。
此外，醬料區的環境也有些油膩，地下黏黏的，公用餐具拿上手也很油膩⋯讓人感到有些不舒服。醬料區應該是一個讓人期待的地方，但是這裡的環境清潔度跟普通廉價放題店沒有差別，讓我們有些失望。
湯底跟海鮮的品質還算不錯。總體來看，這家店的價格有些過高，價格並沒有反映在食物質素上。
除了以上提到的問題，炸物也相當普通。我們點了幾種炸物，但是它們的味道和口感都是中下等級。

Very nice Taiwanese Hotpot restaurant with relaxing and classy ambience. Food quality is good. The penguin meat ball is adorable yet yummy. Fish and beef are another must try items.

Quality hotpot with good service. The ingredients were fresh and come in fairly large portions. The price is reasonable given its location and food quality. However, we found the lighting too dim. Also, they had a dining time limit.
