Perfect ramen..free flow water..recommended
The soup was really tasty. The texture of the ramen was good too. We ordered two bowls, but one of them was way too oily than the other one. Also, it was a bit dull to have only one slice of BBQ pork and one half of an egg as sides.

Delicious ramen in shrimp soup from Hokkaido with reasonable price. You are free to select the favour so I think it should be suitable for all kinds of people.
P.S. Some of the seats have habour view
Clean, neat environment. Is special if having the Seaview seat. The noodle prawn soup base is very good, although bit salty which is normal for Japanese ramen.

一幻拉麵 的食品質素非常之高。
我來 一幻拉麵 吃過很多次，今次是第一次放相及推薦給大家。
餐廳裝修得很別緻，地方乾淨，座位舒適，顧客亦可選擇坐吧檯進餐。
餐廳位於海運大廈，地點方便，可以購物，娛樂，又可以吃很多好東西。
這裏的拉麵選擇不多，但每一款都很好味道，湯底味道好，亦都很濃郁。
麵可選擇幼麵或粗麵，麵身很彈牙，質感很好，非常好吃。
叉燒亦做得很好！溏心蛋更是一流！！！
至於小吃，酸甜蝦沙律及餃子都很好味道，可以一試。
最後我推薦大家來試試 辛辣味噌蝦湯蝦麵， 真的是非常好吃！這是我每次必選的拉麵，亦是香港店獨有的。
拉麵有蝦味，又可以对住海景，好正。

Yummy ramen with prawn soup base! This is our third time here, my daddy loves ramen so much, I decided to bring him here to try, you could make choices with the soup base, spring onion, thin or thick noodles, yummy choice of appetizers for you to add. Service provided is good! Love their egg with the ramen! Overall, it worth revisiting again. Easy to park at the shopping mall. Beer and Sake is available here too!
很香濃的蝦湯味。個人較喜歡湯麵，味道豐富，既有蝦味，又有豬骨湯味。味道有點過濃。
It is a rich broth even if it’s shrimp based (we had the original) so I can only imagine how much richer the one with the tonkatsu would be. The quality of the noodle is good. Quality quite good. Same with the cha siu and egg etc. The salad and the bamboo and mushroom appetizers while not expensive not worth it as it wasn’t good.
Great food, great atmosphere. The TST shop offers a spectacular view of Victoria Harbour.

Ramen, Chashu, Sake. Very taste of Japan. Avoid the peak hour if you don’t want to queue up.

Nice rich broth.
Like the spicy heat, to me just right.
Noodles are alright.
Had this in the vicinity of LKF, before heading out. At 88HKD, the shrimp based noodle soup provides a satisfying dinner. Walked by at 11pm, and the place was still packed
very nice, only one point not satisfied – can’t have Window seat due to not yet open that area!
The soup base is soooooooooo good. And they have a pretty good ocean view over to HK island, so this place is definitely worth a visit.
The red ginger tempura that they use as a garnish is very interesting, the flavor really works with both the rice and the ramen.
The gyoza were alright, but not the best I’ve had. Otherwise it was a great dinner!

來到海港城食晚餐 選了這家日式拉麵店? 其實這是我第二次光顧了～ 第一次來的時候剛好坐在海景旁用膳 維港夜晚景色美不勝收 十分難忘? 但今次來到不幸餐廳沒有開放海景位 所以只能嚐嚐他的美食吧！今次點了辛辣味噌蝦湯拉麵、招牌蝦湯拉麵?和一份餃子?

兩碗蝦湯拉麵都有濃郁蝦味? 有點像蝦子麵那種湯底味道 湯底偏鹹 但沒有豬骨湯那麼膩 每碗拉麵可以自選麵條 我們就選了幼麵 麵底份量比其他拉麵店多很多 男生食應該也不怕不會飽了?
只賣蝦湯，幾好食可以一試。個人較喜傳統豬骨湯底。
話說我之前係東京旅行買左一幻味噌拉麵回來，小食多怪，真的震撼了我的味蕾，食過咁多款呢類型嘅拉麵， 一幻拉麵完全係我杯茶，立即愛上了?

Favourite place to get ramen atm
環境舒適
不知是好還是不好，現在到這裡不用排隊，以前可能要一個多小時才能進入。蝦湯的確不錯，味道濃郁，拉麵也是彈牙，只是义燒質地一般。價錢合理，所以去了二次。

Good soup. But the soup is a bit too thick for me. The noodle is okay. Now +$18 all you can eat dumplings. Pretty good deal. And you get $50 coupons for next visit. If you are lucky, the view of Victoria harbour is stunning.
